Gotta be honest, the popularity of blond Percy thanks to the pjo show is driving me insane because every time I see pjo fanart, I have a crisis over what little blond boy is being depicted
Kill The Child

I swear the magisterium series went so hard with saying you can bring someone back but you can’t fix death and then they ruined it
LITERALLY! For the age group, it was so raw and poignant and quite effective, in my opinion. Absolutely loved Aaron's brought back wrong story; i've never forgotten the descriptors of when he woke up and his hair and nails were longer because they'd kept growing in death, and how that clued Aaron in. and his screams. the way in the end, Aaron wasn't alive, he was under Call's control; Call told him not to talk about things like that, and he didn't. because he couldn't. Aaron didn't have free will, he had Call's will. the dawning horror when Call realized, and Aaron begging to be put to rest...favorite part of the series for me, I think
then they decided in book five actually we can fix death and are going to bring back Aaron perfectly fine this time <3
WHY. WHY did we do all that then. i HATE it. magisterium fandom unites around a hatred of the golden tower. in my heart aarons dead for real <3

<------ if you're confused about this post, i suggest to check this one out)
Ok I’ve decided I’ll stop screaming in my posts.
I trust everyone has done the reading 👀👀👀
Anyway! To spark the discussion, here’s three questions to start with! reblog or reply with the answer
What is the most iconic line in the first five chapters of TIT?
The best character in the first five chapters beside the trio (the one you find the funniest, the most intriguing one)
Rate the first five chapters on a scale from 1-10, either based on how the rest of the book compares or simply in general
Also, apologies, but I will be tagging everyone who interacted with the og post, if you don't wanna participate, just ignore this!

What I'd give for one of the Cinderella remakes to go into how when you're in an isolated and abusive situation, sometimes you need to be saved and you're not weak if you can't escape by yourself
I've never been a fan of bad faith reinterpretations of fairy tales, especially ones which flatten the originals into "princesses is saved by a prince and nothing else", to then go #girlboss. The princess can save herself because she's a strong female character! (Implying if you're in a bad situation, it's because you're not strong enough to get out)
Feels good to draw something stupid again
This is honestly the best example of how Book 1 Agatha was the superior Agatha
I love that Agatha saw the 'magical' side of Evil, it's propably regarded as parlor tricks to the more experienced villains but still, the fact that Agatha was amazed by it was something purely done so by her. She sometimes complimented Evil in her own way and almost never underestimated it.
This was her edge, I think. As a first year and even before that, she never saw Evil as inferior but something equal to Good.
But regardless of that, she also knew when to stop when she's being tempted too much for the sake of greater good.
And I think this is what makes her Good; her selflessness to abandon things dear to her because she knows that it will help others.
She's still very flawed; she can be rude, sometimes smug, sometimes closed minded and is just not going to agree much less follow all of Good's etiquette but she chooses to do Good regardless if she looses something very important to her.
Throughout the books she sort of lost that spark to her personality where she admired the weird and reveled in the things that other people find repelling.
This could be because the plot becomes much more complex and there are no longer times where she could show this side to her again but still.
I kinda wish that we were shown more bits and pieces of this peculiar side of her instead of always being commented about preferring black and dark places. A simple, passionate reasoning would suffice.
The only weird thing that Soman keeps on commenting is her appearance and like, we get it, Soman, she's not the best looking person out there and ahe doesn't really put much effort but be more creative when showing how people see Agatha as kinda different.
Make her wear really weird jewelry, maybe one of Anadil's bone bracelets or make her say something something completely witchy that gets goody-two-shoes Evers a bit uncomfortable.
You know, sorta quirky in her unique, witchy, 'graveyard' girl kinda way.
One of you will fail. One of you will die. And one of you is already dead.

Making my siblings watch the sge movie, and 10 minutes in my older sister already hates it LMAOO
is this the scene where agatha is crawling in the vents and ends up in the gallery of good and finds out about the mogrifs? that be hella cool
