(I know that I keep on posting on the same day, but I'm just catching up for what I lacked for the past few weeks... So please let me do on what I needed to do).😅

But anyway; please let me introduce you all a new Poppy Playtime OC of mine.⭐😺😸⭐

Meet Monto Monkey! My very own Nightmare Critter oc.⭐😌⭐

Likes: To prove that he can literally do anything right off the charts, hanging off of trees, rebel, Poe, Floppy Treefrog, and having somewhat of company.

Dislikes: The rest of the nightmare critters (especially Simon Smoke), all of the smiling critters, Mrs. Delight, Huggy Wuggy, Kissy Missy, Mommy Longlegs, the rest of the other toys, and The Prototype.

Survival Techniques: Double Jump, Longated Tail, Tree Climbing, and Intelligence.

Bio: Monto Monkey is always the one who has to try his best to gain everyone's attention, even if it means that he has to practice up to 4:59 Am in the morning to make it fully perfect for his audience. But ever since he joined with the nightmare critters, he doesn't do his tricks unless he does them at home by himself. But at least he appreciates Floppy Tree frog's approval and presence whenever he does his infinite number of tricks, even if he floods his entire house a few times.

I really love how Monto Monkey turned out, especially with the shading part as well.⭐😻😸⭐

Bestie’s new and improved token art!! Here’s how it holds up against the old one:

Difference: six months of studying and practice!

Improvements:

Clothing folds

BEYOND insane colour palette improvement

Shading/rendering for the colour layer, including tiny dots in the shadows for depth

Experimenting with gradients on the lineart layer

Better idea of shape and direction - feet clearly flow out, hair is obviously curly

Joints that are built-in instead of being drawn onto normal legs last-minute

PROPORTIONS. I'm not sure how, but for this one it's very obvious Ollie has a small(er lol) body, and it would be easy to mistake them as a kid while wearing kidcore.

A BITCH. Nowhere near as innocent and bubbly as they were before. Four years of being treated like a toy plus Theodore’s death turned Ollie cynical. Still retains their old personality with friends though.

They got a hold of the nearest working phone and threatened to dox every single illegal experiment the company had done straight to the news channel. Their conditions are that they can maintain a position of power at the company and have a say in how the experiments are treated.

Still 4’ tall, still has a child’s voice

Also never wears shoes to spite the one time Theodore called them a goody two-shoes. Wears Catnap socks to honour his memory
