i feel like he wouldn’t tell a stranger about everything, but he would tell someone (you) that he confide in.

jason is absolutely HAMMERED when he tells you.

“jason! what’re you doing!”

“i’m- *hic* crying, obviously!” his words are slurred, and the stench of alcohol present on his clothes.

“why’re you crying?” you almost giggle, he looked so cute when he was pouty.

and he lets it slip, “*hic* b-because you’re so prett- pretty!” he lifts his head up, revealing his red eyes and even redder nose.

you’re shocked, jason wouldn’t say that when he was sober, unless he was playfully flirting. “well, i’m glad you think i’m pretty, but we need to get you to bed.”

jason nods, his head feeling heavy. you move to put his arm around your shoulders, helping him walk up the stairs to his bedroom.

“i lov- *hic* love you, y’know that?”

now that, that made your eyes widen. you again shook it off as him being drunk.

making it to his bedroom, and letting him change into something more comfortable, you make sure he’s okay before you leave.

“okay, you alright jason? do you need anything?”

“you.”

you blush, but before you can say anything, he yanks you to the bed and wraps his arms around you.

i guess you’ll find out in the morning if drunk words actually are sober thoughts.
