(Or perhaps a roleswap where Silver is the one who can turn into a Pokémon? Or maybe talk about what legendaries you associate with other trainers?) There are no gods in the Lugia Lyra AU. Lugias are the only legendary pokemon that can breed and shift into human forms and Lugians are a result when a human and a lugia(in disguise) have a child. They aren’t as strong as lugias but they are definitely stronger than humans.

If Silver were a Lugian, he would be in the middle of an identity crisis and completely reject his Lugia side(which he’ll eventually accept over time) unlike Lyra, who’s trying to find out what she really is and exploring more about Lugia and Lugian culture.
