Mohammed and Haneen were about to finish high school, but the war made that impossible. With schools disrupted and safety compromised, their dreams were temporarily halted. Now, the only hope for them to continue their education is to travel abroad where they can resume their studies. However, the high costs of travel and education put me in a difficult position, as I need money to make this goal a reality. I am working hard and looking for every possible opportunity to secure their future in a safe place away from the war.

Soveroud our children of warfolts of war.
In Gaza, where the sound of war overshadows life, children dream of their schools and pencils like children around the world. Despite the blockade and hardships, their right to education remains a hope that never fades. The children of Gaza deserve a future filled with learning, just like any other child in the world.
⏩️I humbly request a donation of 50 Swedish Krona if possible, and if not, any support you can provide would be greatly appreciated. This will help us travel to a safe place where we can continue my son Yazan’s treatment, ensure my children’s education, and provide a better life for our family.
⏩️Note: If you wish to donate, please be aware that the currency used in the fundraising campaign is Swedish Krona. 50 Krona is equivalent to 5 USD, and 100 Krona is equivalent to 10 USD, and so on.
⏩️Friends, my appeals may seem repetitive, and I apologize if my requests have caused any inconvenience. But I am in urgent need of your continued support. Thank you for your kindness.
When you guys have visited potential apartments, what kind of questions did you ask besides the basics like what rent and utilities include?
My friend @amalashuor has reached out to me and asked me to bring her story to my followers.
Amal was studying for her Master's degree when the bombardment started, and had to flee her home with her husband, and her one year old girl Maryam.
Since January, the three of them have been living in a tent in Rafah. Even after constant displacement, and the unlivable conditions they've been forced to endure, they've been ordered to evacuate once again. With nowhere to go, Amal and her beautiful family are trapped. They need OUR help to save them. They are unable to cross the border without the required funds, and donations to their campaign have been stagnating!
As of now, Amal's campaign hasn't reached even 25% of it goal, and time is of the essence. Please, please, I urge you to donate if you have anything at all to spare, and to share this as much as you can, because these wonderful parents and this precious baby are counting on us.
Thank you. 💕
Amal's fundraiser is #175 on this list of vetted fundraisers by el-shab-hussein and nabulsi.
We already knew this but the ICJ has now ruled that Israel's continued occupation of Palestine is illegal and needs to end ASAP.
They found that Israel's occupation does not give it the right of sovereignty over the West Bank and Gaza and that it is not a temporary occupation but is an illegal, permanent and discriminatory annexation. The ICJ also found violence against Palestinians, Israeli exploitation of Palestinian natural resources, transfer of civilian population (settlers and companies/organisations), extension of Israeli laws to replace local Palestinian laws, forced displacement of Palestinians, confiscation of Palestinian land, annexation. That Israel's 'security concerns' are not valid justifications for any of these measures.
The ICJ has ordered Israel to end its presence in the West Bank and Gaza immediately and to cease all new settlement activity, return all lands and assets to Palestinians that they've ceased since 1967 and that includes archives and items of cultural significance, evacuate all of their settlers from the settlements, pay compensation, and repeal all laws that maintain this occupation and discrimination. The ICJ is not legally-binding but does carry significant political weight and this ruling is important for continuing to advocate for Palestine and to put pressure on our government's to do the right thing and for them to put pressure on Israel. Keep contacting your representatives!
the fact that so many peoples first response to seeing all these palestinian children orphaned is not ‘wow we should really do something to ensure these children live in a world where they don’t have to fear waking up to a bomb being dropped on their parents heads’ and instead is ‘oh em gee how can i adopt these children whose culture i have 0 knowledge of whatsoever and bring them to my homeland thousands of miles away, thereby thrusting them into another deeply traumatizing situation’ is actually kind of wild to me.
please be so serious …. they don’t want you adopting their children. you guys do realize that arabs have a deep sense of family and community right… even with 0 family members left there are still so many people who will step in and make sure those children are looked after. those kids don’t need rescuing from their homeland, they need their homeland to be safe so they can have yknow, a chance at life. they don’t need new families, they need for their families to not be murdered in the dead of the night. why don’t we work on that instead and drop the savior mindset please????? to do nothing towards the cause of palestinian freedom but offer to adopt their children is nuts.
ps. it would benefit a lot of people to do basic research and realize that the process of adoption into a lot of western countries serves to completely erase the identity of the child and also is not in line with the principles / general process of adoption in islam (which is the religion of a fair majority of these kids). ‘offering’ to take them from all they know is disrespectful enough without the consideration that in doing so you would completely be overstepping multiple rules and processes of their religion and culture.
none of us want any more kids to die but ‘save the children’ doesn’t mean the solution is to let anna from florida have them. it means the solution is to make sure they have a future where apartment buildings don’t fall over their heads while they sleep.
🔴 can you help me 🇵🇸🍉
There are currently ZERO functioning hospitals in Gaza City.
If you get injured: You die.
Hello, My name is Mosab Elderawi, and I live in Gaza with my family. Life here has become harder than I ever imagined, and I’m writing this with hope in my heart that you might hear our story.
The ongoing war has devastated my family. We’ve lost 25 family members—each one a beloved part of our lives, taken too soon. I miss them deeply—their laughter, their presence, their love. Every day is a reminder of this unimaginable loss.

We are now facing daily challenges to survive—things that most people take for granted, like food, clean water, and a safe place to sleep. The harsh realities of life here have replaced our dreams with the constant fight for survival.
💔 Lost Stability: The war has left us without work or a stable source of income. 🍞 Basic Needs: Food and water are becoming harder to afford with rising prices and scarce resources. 📚 Dreams on Hold: Like so many here, my family’s dreams have been replaced by the need to simply survive. 😢 Unimaginable Loss: Losing 25 loved ones has left a void that can never be filled.
I’m sharing our story with the hope that someone out there might care. Even $5 can make a big difference for us, and if you’re unable to donate, just reblogging this post can help spread the word.
Your kindness, no matter how small, is something we’ll never forget.
Your support is not about changing our entire situation—it’s about giving us a little relief, a little hope, and a way to keep going. We are not asking for much, and we understand if you can’t donate. Sharing our story is just as valuable to us as a donation.
Thank you for reading this far. It means the world to us to know that someone is listening. Your kindness gives us strength and helps us believe in a better tomorrow.
With all our gratitude, Mosab Elderawi and Family ❤️

We are now living in the midst of a hellish war between death, destruction and hunger.

I was waiting for more than 8 years to have a transplant to have my first child, but because of the war, fear, sounds of explosions and displacement from one place to another, I lost my child.
I am now living the worst days of my life because of all this. My husband and I want your help to escape from all that we are suffering and get out of Gaza to safety.
