hii how has your day been?
i completed almost all of my goals today! studied for an hour, cleaned my desk a bit & vacuumed the dust off of my floor. when going to the city to meet my friend, i cycled so i guess you could see that as a workout? or at least some good movement!
i didn't take a shower but i need to work tomorrow from 07:30 in the morning, so depending on how greasy my hair is, i'll just do a slick back pony tail with a braid π or i could just get up now and spray some dry shampoo into my hair (that's what i did in the end).
i'm pretty content with how i did today. i wish my screen time was a bit lower though. it's nearly 7.5 hours, but that's because i was awake till 4 in the morning and i was using my phone a lot at that time
me and my friend cycled/walked to the city together and went to the park we usually go. it's near the water, and during the summer it's packed with people that are picnicing! tonight we were the only ones, since the sun was setting already and it was getting a bit chilly. we sat there for around 1.5 to 2 hours i think? we talked a lot about all kinds of things and i'm happy we got to catch up again! i feel at ease when i'm with her
