Sometimes it’s best to just ignore canon or you will never know peace.

some songs aren't just songs, they're feelings, they're a memory, they're vibes of a certain period of time in your life that you can't put into words

i want a love that thrives on irrationality. writing you letters even though you live 15 minutes from my house. going on night drives that take us nowhere. watching bad romcoms at 2 in the morning. buying you a gift even though it’s not your birthday. writing me a poem even though it’s not mine. taking me on a 45-minute drive to the fringes of the city to watch the stars, despite the fact that the earliest star shower in our area is scheduled for next month. i want us to do things just to do them, because when i do them with you, that’s all the rationale i really need.

i think there’s actually nothing better than being randomly told “I love you” after doing something characteristically stupid. Like what do you mean I’m a lovable person and I just did something silly and you thought “of course you would do that. I love you.”. No better feeling

some people were asking for actual advice and i can never pass up an opportunity to procrastinate so here’s just a couple of things i always need to remind myself of…now back to my paper :(

ya know, this fandom can be so draining as of late

most people are so kind, fun to talk to and engage with, but there’s just little corners of it that refuse to stop with the hateful anons, fighting about the same discourse over and over, again, holding onto grudges, clique behavior, mean girl behavior, etc

this isn’t directed at anyone in particular because there’s SO much negativity coming from different corners of the fandom

I want to give a shout out to the sane, level headed people here. I’ve never been in a fandom like this but one thing I’m learning is to keep the good genuine people you know and keep them close, they make dealing with everything else worth it ❤️ interact and surround yourself with the good stuff and leave the rest behind life’s too short to fight with people on the internet
