I haven’t written for sfh in AGES but suddenly I had this idea; a house of leaves esque fic where Junghwa finds a notebook of Jongwoo’s, her sort of weird, might-have-gone-missing college friend, in which he discusses the tapes filmed by Moonjo about his weird residence that somehow keeps on growing. The more Jongwoo writes about the tapes, the more he sees things - Moonjo, or his own apartment becoming strange and odd - which he notes down as footnotes. Only, after Junghwa decides that maybe this Moonjo is a place to start searching for Jongwoo, she discovers that neither Eden residence nor Moonjo never existed.

I NEED an adaptation of The Priory of the Orange Tree and A Day of Fallen Night in the animation style of Castlevania. I just want my queer fantasy and intricate gorgeous art??
