The project I'm working on for your AU might take a few days or so to complete so here's a random thought/question in the mean time :) ~

I saw that one post where you said if Pit's name were nature themed it'd be Petunia, cause it sounds like Pittoo-nia (lol). I thought it'd be extra funny if that were his first name and Pit is a nickname. How would he feel if his first name were Petunia? (I personally think it's cute, but if I were a character I wouldn't say that to his face :P)

honestly i don't know why i doubled back on that because Petunia is probably the most brilliant thing i've ever conceived of. i think it was because it would make naming canon Pit in this au kinda weird. like. Wilted Petunia is a little too on the nose?? and wordy. but if Pit is a nickname... hehehe...

but no imagine if the only reason Viridi ended up taking him in was because he had a nature themed name. simply for the aesthetic. like:

honestly i feel like 'pit' would be the mean-spirited nickname some of the other angels gave him back when he was a little guy living on Skyworld (since he couldn't fly and all) but then he ended up appropriating it for himself to 1. stick it to Skyworld's face and 2. because it sounds way less cutesy than Petunia. but ultimately, i don't think he cares much one way or the other. names aren't really a big deal to him. especially since he spent a good portion of his life so far wandering around alone in the wilderness. but viridi definitely uses his full name when she's trying to scold him lol

i think i was trying to write a one shot about how Pit and Viridi met at some point but i never finished it (as most of my one shots are wont to do)

I played Super Smash Bros with my younger brother today so I shared this interaction that I think would definitely be something that happened at some point with these two~

Dark Pit: *electroshocks Pit*

Pit: *Upperdash Arms him back* You have Electro'd your last shock!

Dark Pit: *punches him irl*

I am glad you like it!! The feathers at the end were definitely something I was pretty proud of when brainstorming how to end the video, happy you think it's really neat! Your response was a great thing to wake up to! ^^

This is a short little tweened amv centered around Pit and Wilted Pit, and their insecurities. Very fun to draw and edit, half pain half fun to tween/animate, and an overall success! I experimented a lot and it turned out very close to how I envisioned it. Still some flaws here and there, but I really like how it turned out ^^

More about the video in my tags! I also am working on one more small video related to your AU. That one has no angst, it's just a really funny idea to me. You'll see :)

I think another reason why Dark Pit calls Pit a puppet is because that's how Pit feels sometimes, and here those feelings are manifested in a vivid dream (nightmare, beyond this point).

One of my final projects (the one I'm most proud of ^^)

This is a hexagonal luminary/lantern protraying the tale of Icarus in animal / wolf (or fox) form because I love drawing wolves/foxes :)

Also had to arrange the panels with type :)

(Actually I had to make a whole document to practice narrative presentation, but it has my name on it & some mistakes and I don't feel like editing on indesign rn xD)

I put off posting this because I wanted all the panels glowing, but ultimately decided just one was fine cause it doesn't quite have the effect I wanted oof. Still cool though!

The design is actually on printer paper glued to mixed media paper because my family's printer refused to print properly on mixed media x)

It would probably look even cooler if I cut out some shapes but I didn't have time for that rip (I had to do SO much for finals lol)

In general, I'm pretty sure Pit is always ready to throw hands with any god or goddess at any age.
