Y'know, I'm starting to be a little worried about the egg. Pippi and Chief are reassuring me that all is fine but it was supposed to hatch like... well, a while ago. Vital signs on the incubator panel are still normal, and I guess the chanseys would know best.

I've been carrying it with me constantly, and the incubator manages the temp, humidity, etc. so it should be fine, but idk.

Maybe the lil guy just doesn't wanna hatch yet.

Is that an especially hard transition? I work graveyard shifts and I know it takes me a while to get back into the swing of things after my time back in the day!

Just had a super weird slightly nerve wracking call at work… heebee jeebees!

Egg I totally didn't forget to post yesterday or anything

Its pretty large for a tynamo egg. Wonder if its twins.

Alright, I managed to get away into a building. Damn thing got my arm bad but I mean I'm still alive so its all good

And yes I grabbed that foongus before running. I'm not gonna just let a salamence incinerate it if its still possibly alive. Its in the big jar. Idk if its actually alive or not, hard to tell since mushrooms don't really have a pulse or anything that I'm aware of.

Y'know I'm probably still not all that safe, its really going at it against this building.

I called every authority I could think of, I'm gonna try and put some more distance between me n this gigantic raging death lizard. If I don't say anything in the next like hour or two it probably got me.

He tends to be isolated and repeat the same routine daily, including housekeeping and care tasks for … anyone? No one in particular? Making poultices and bandages and preparing cups for medication and the like.

We’ve been trying to encourage him and his little oddish pal to do other things- they both enjoyed gardening with my grandpa in the past, or fishing… but it’s really just the same caretaking routine every day.

He’s also reluctant to eat or drink much? He has a little chansey mobile he drives around with, but that’s about all he does for fun. Otherwise he just kind of sits on the couch and… waits.

Chief the Chansey, with his little Oddish passenger (they are inseparable… we’ve tried) are the clients!

Background: Chief was a medic in the pokewars of yore and belonged to my grandpa. He’s in my care now as my grandpa isn’t able to care for him. He’s not distrustful of humans really, more so he sees them all as in his care and can’t seem to submit himself to their care. He’s been pretty isolated and is mourning my grandmother and the loss of company of my grandpa/ loss of caretaking for him since he is in my families care now.
