the trolley problem vs. systemic oppression: a comic.
Hi boss sorry I'm late, the night sky was alight with every colour of the rainbow while only the strongest stars shone through. Yeah, there was even this one point where it all converged right overhead and it was just so cool and looked like a bird or butterfly or something. Really made me realise how small I am in the grand scheme of everything, you know?
Yeah so anyways I'm contemplating the meaning of life now so I might not be in today.
antigone was right
Okay so Ive found more. Linkin Park has songs with the forver rock picture, as well as a rock ballads pic. Mcr seems to have danger days under 10's top hits or smth like that, and tøp has truce under sleeply songs for sleepless nights. If you look in the truce description then supposedly josh dun is singing. Theres also a bunch of other bands I found with songs under these and similar categories.
I think this is just youtube using an ai to categorise their music, which would explain why this stuff is not getting posted under the artists accounts.
Is anyone else seeing this stuff?? It seems like they might've done this with the whole blurryface album. But then if you go to their channel they havent uploaded anything since the line.
And I don't remember the exact date, but this seems to be roughly a month after they did the same thing with self titled.
Also dude falling through a hole in the ground?? A reference to no phun intended?? Or am I looking into it too much/wrong?
It is too early in the morning for this

I enjoy a joke about fucked up German fairy tales as much as the next nerd, but it's genuinely striking how often the source for the really fucked up stuff turns out to be "yeah, this is only in the Brothers Grimm version and doesn't appear in any extant oral tradition, and we're like 80% sure they added it themselves". To a large extent it's not German fairy tales that are fucked up, it's two specific German dudes.
In a world where gods are very casually involved in most aspects of life, but there are also very powerful magic users who can easily mimic the powers of a God, the only difference between a God and a mortal would be whether they can die, right?
So, theoretically, if God's could be born to mortals without ant direct provable divine intervention (like jesus), it's very possible for this God to grow up believing they're a mortal, possibly even being atheist. So when this God is proven to be immortal (rip their loved ones) they simply believe they are immortal. It's just a coincidence that theyre very gifted in this one field, even to the point of being the best in existence.
"tragedies: the love was there"
When we were kids we dreamed of discovery and exploration. We dreamed of exploring the furthest reaches of the universe and the darkest depths of the oceans. We dreamed of technological advances only explored in sci-fi.
Then we learned.
We learned about unjust hatred between neighbors and families for how one person might be born. We learned about fear and greed and the destruction it leaves in it's wake.
The more we learned, the smaller those dreams grew. Now very few of us dream outside of sleep, and even our dreams are plagued with nightmares. Many of us have learned it's easier - safer - to kill our dreams than to let the disappointment consume our last shred of hope.
When we were kids we dreamed.
Now, we only dare hope to make it through the year alive.
I haven't seen dancing pumpkin guy ONCE this year, are you guys okay?
Hmmmm this reminds me of something....... it's right there on the tip of my tongue..... oh! Here it is!
Almost 50 years apart, in completely different countries, yet the same sorta story.
(On This Day 2019) This still makes me so mad because in this situation the cops literally threw all their training out the window to act like Die Hard protagonists and it Gets. People. Killed.
I do not possess chickens :( sometimes I write silly stories, other times I don't! let's just see where this goes lol
