askin God to remove laziness, procrastination, and the fear of being judged out my body by tonight and forever, thanks!
you have more degrees of freedom than you think
you can completely reinvent yourself in well under a year with sufficient commitment
you probably make at least one decision every day which will meaningfully alter the path you’re on if you change it
this is terrifying but it’s also maybe the best thing about being alive
as long as you’re breathing, there’s a chance
Daily Makeup?
Sometimes I switch out the Hourglass concealer for my Armani concealer. I think it’s creamier, it blends well and doesn’t crease under powder, and I love the color I have it in. It’s a simple routine, but it’s not one that I’m devoted to; I like to switch up my eye makeup.
Favorite Clothing Brand?
Helsa is probably my favorite brand at the moment. I think half of my closet is Helsa, and I find myself buying and wearing a lot of Elsa Hosk’s brand as of late. I’ve never had any trouble with what I’ve bought; the quality has all been really nice, and the fit and length have been perfect for me. I will say that I feel like a lot of the pieces are priced like investment pieces but, in reality, have a bit too much polyester to be worth the price they are, but all in all, I buy from the brand because I love what I own so far and enjoy the way and feel everything looks when it’s on my body.
Chic and cringe are twin sisters and sometimes they switch places!!!
Things that changed your face?
Lip filler, a tan, no more bottom mascara, thinner and slightly darker eyebrows, gua sha and nu face daily, good skincare, limiting alcohol and focusing on what I put into my body, cutting sugary drinks and adding kefir/kombucha to my hydration schedule, washing my sheets and makeup tools weekly, red light therapy, and learning how to apply makeup properly did it for me.
Favorite restaurant in NYC?
My favorite place to lunch in New York City is The Boathouse. Sorry lol, I’m basic. Give me the Central Park Boathouse over anywhere else in the city almost any day, put a drink in my hand, and let me stay there. It’s a classic; the location is beautiful, the food has always been really good, and the setting is perfection. I’m not the sort of person who’s going to try a million and a half different places when there’s one place that has everything I want, and when it comes to NYC, there are so many trendy (expensive) places to eat that it’s nice to have one or two on your mind that you know will satisfy your needs. It's pricey, but totally worth it.
