My favorite part about OCs created by preteens/young teenagers is that they’re solely constructed from Vibes. 11-15 year olds will cobble together anything and everything they think is cool and shove them into a character without hesitation. No guidelines, no shame, their only limits are their own thoughts and feelings. I love that. Please keep doing that forever

They are 2/3 of an oc trio I call Concert Nerds (they’re all musicians), and if it weren’t for the third member they would probably argue until they died of dehydration. And yet they became strangely close afterward. It is a very caring hatred between frenemies

A problem with tone tags that I don’t think anyone realized we’d have is that, because the people who use/need tone tags most are neurodivergent, we tend to interpret them differently.

I have friends who have expressed they don’t like /gen because it feels insincere. I have other friends who love /gen (myself included) because they have anxiety and it reassures them that I mean what I say. I can’t use /nm around a couple people because it reads to them like I am indeed mad. Sometimes /nav reads as intended, and sometimes it doesn’t. At some point I started using /silly instead of /j because it made more sense to me, but then I have to explain it because that’s just a whole extra word attached to the end. Don’t even get me started on what /hj means to everyone

Perhaps a controversial take but if companies are going to sell Pride merch and market it as Pride merch, it should be pretty obvious that what they are selling is indeed Pride merch.

If I see one more shirt that’s advertised as Pride-themed that just has the company’s name in 🌈rainbow🌈 or one of the character’s color pallets replaced by a 🌈rainbow🌈 I am going to explode.

If I were ever a drag king/queen I would 100% choose either “Hips Don’t Lie” by Shakira or “Pink Pony Club” by Chappell Roan as my song, because man do they make me want to abandon all societal norms and go absolutely feral in a nightclub
