While I enjoy the Non-Bianay Lance HC, I think than Shiro only said Lance separately from the "Heroic Men & Women" o make him feel Good or Just because he made a face. I am like, 100% sure Lance is behind the Swooshy-Sparkley sound (and is the camera man)
