I need to work harder some days

Ended up doing wind sprints again. It's weights day again today though.

30 minutes of wind sprints (35 secs on/25 secs off) at 7.7 mph or 12.39 kph and 15 min. yoga cool down on Monday.

And

Weights: 7 different techniques 9x sets each. Mostly standing some squats and a 5 min jog (6 mph or 9.65 kph) yesterday.

Don't know what to do today... but prolly core and some elliptical.

It's been a few good days. Couple of organisms. Lots of play time and more to come.

Serious note

Theres kinks and fantasties in the world of gooners but there’s also boundaries one must set and respect for one another. You can go deep into your perversions but the line is drawn when you target someone not on board/down with it and or hurt someone and that includes yourself. When you start seeing those signs and possibilities, is probably when you need to seek help.
