Ok, so this is the second part of my fluid acrylic music painting series!
Each painting in this series is based on a song I listened to over and over again throughout the course of the process. I wanted to take the song and really think about how I felt listening to it, and try to capture it using fluid acrylic paint in an abstract painting. These are some of the paintings that came of this whole process.
This particular set are all based on songs from Panic! At The Disco. In order, they are:
1. Say Amen (Saturday Night) (Pray for the Wicked)
2. Emperor’s New Clothes (Death of a Bachelor)
3. Miss Jackson (Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die)
If you’re interested in checking them out for yourself, you can find them on my Etsy page here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/PaintingFire448
I’ll be posting the other paintings I worked on so far in just a bit, so keep a look out for those too (Check out my page for the ones I just posted of songs from NateWantsToBatle)! If you have a particular song you like that you don’t see in what I’ve got up so far, you can message me through here or Etsy, or you can email me at paintingfire448@gmail.com with special requests.
This was all I could think of at first when we cut to Will tied to the chair
Wilford, blindfolded and tied to a chair, surrounded by knives and guns held towards him
Will: Hello?!
Will: …
*smiles slowly*
Will: Hold on, is this a Febreze commercial-
Hey, guys! Building off of the experimenting I’ve been doing with sharpies, I thought I’d try a little bit of text art. This piece is meant to serve as a reminder that you *do* have power.
If you’re interested in looking at this piece further, you can follow the link to my RedBubble page for it here: https://www.redbubble.com/shop/ap/50941051
I’M DEAD HAHA 😂
Reminder guys: last chance to place a bid on the Avatar the Last Airbender scratchboard I released a couple of days ago! There’s about 5 hours left in the bid, so if you’re interested, now’s your chance!
Hey! This is a portrait that I just finished for my Art Honors Society, where we made portraits for orphans around the world that can’t have their own. I really liked doing this, hope you like it!
