Sugawara Koushi:Â
First, the keys jingled in the door. âYN, Iâm home!â
âHey Suga, can you come look at something in the bathroom for me?â
And thatâs how, two hours later, you were still looking for those damn keys he set down when he went to help you.Â
The plan felt genius at the time. At least until you realized you had trapped Sugawara inside with every single one of your bobby pins. Now you couldnât use them and he couldnât use them. Thankfully, you had enough brains to shove a kitchen chair under the door while you searched.Â
âYN, please stop and think about what youâre doing, darling. This is ridiculous.âÂ
He sounded so calm. Then again, didnât he always? Thatâs why it pissed you off so much.Â
âHmm, letâs see. Fuck no, and fuck you.âÂ
âWatch your language, darling.â His tone dipped tensely, but trapped inside the bathroom, he couldnât do anything to you now.
âFuck you twice, then, Suga.âÂ
You picked over everything in the living room. Behind the TV, under the couch-- hell, you even had half a mind to search inside the oven. Nothing.Â
âYN, youâre acting absurd. Come let me out and just tell me whatâs wrong.â
âYN, please donât test my patience. Just let me out, love.â
Your blood boiled at how level-headed he was. He sounded so damn confident that you wouldnât escape, so self-assured that you wouldnât be able to leave him.Â
Iâm gonna prove him wrong.
You resorted to pen caps while he whined, chucking a few at the bathroom door in annoyance when he got a little too loud. âYNNNN please! Iâm getting lonely in here. Wonât you come join me?âÂ
When you ran out of those, you moved onto trying to bend forks. âYN, at least just talk to me so I know youâre okay. For all I know, you could be really hurt and need my help out there.â CLANG! You chuckled at the yelp Sugawara let out after hurling the fork at the door.Â
And then, for a solid ten minutes, Sugawara fell into silence. First, you counted it as a blessing. Maybe he passed out. Maybe he died.
You doubted you were that lucky.Â
Instead, while you perked your tongue out the corner of your mouth and wiggled a single fork prong around inside the main door lock, you heard a noise that made you want to cry.Â
*jingle* *jingle*
The keys. The motherfucking keys. He had them the entire time. You couldâve sworn you heard him set them down what mustâve been two hours ago now, but evidently you were wrong.Â
âYouâve gotta be fucking kidding me.â
âCâmon, YN. Doesnât this make your efforts pointless now?â
Your jaw clenched at that, and you knelt down once more, jamming the fork into the main lock with more force. Your vicious stabs flooded the apartment, and apparently only served as entertainment for Sugawara.Â
âSweetheart, youâre so adorable when you get all bratty like this. It almost makes me not want to punish you, but that just wouldnât be fair now, would it?â
*Click*
The apartment fell into a dead silence. Sugawara sucked in a breath behind the bathroom door, and you stared in amazement when the lock clicked open.Â
âHoly shit,â you mumble, hands shaking in surprise. âHoly shit. Holy shit, holy shit, holy shit, I got it! I fucking GOT IT!â
âYN, DONâT GO THROUGH THAT FUCKING DOOR OR YOUâLL BE SORRY!â Sugawaraâs desperate cries almost got you to stop, but you were already on the high of winning.Â
âToo late now.â You grinned and whipped open the unlocked door, dashing into the halls with Sugawara calling after you.
In the apartment, the walls were soundproofed and the windows were blacked out, but when you sprinted through the corridors, you were surprised to see you were on the first floor. A clear glass door had never looked so beautiful as you shoved your way out of the apartment building, hopping right over the steps to the street and landing flat on the sidewalk. Your muscles burned from the sudden burst of movement after being trapped in a confined space for so long, but you would make do.Â
What you had to do now was find someone to help you, like-- there!
A police officer right down the street, dressed in full uniform and ordering from a hot dog stand.Â
âOFFICER!â You raced toward him, almost tripping over your feet before sliding to a stop right at his side. At the shout, he had glanced up in surprise, but a look of recognition fell over his face at the sight of you.Â
âYN? What are you-... are you okay?â The cop had warm, brown eyes and short, dark hair fluffed around his sunglasses, but he still didnât look even the slightest bit familiar to you.Â
âDo I⌠know you?â You furrowed your brows, glancing the officer up and down a couple more times just to make sure you were right.Â
âYeah- well, no, not really. But-â
âYN!â Oh shit. Sugawara scurried toward you in an all-out sprint, pushing past others on the sidewalk and reaching out a hand toward you. âYN, please!â
Without a second thought, you returned your gaze, more panicked this round, to the cop once more. âPlease help me! That guy back there kidnapped me for, like, I donât know how long, but I just escaped! Please, cuff him or something!âÂ
He didnât move, first narrowing his gaze at Sugawara coming down the street then shifting it back to you and sighing. âCome with me.â In what you hoped was a comforting manner, the officer wrapped an arm around your shoulder and led you right in the direction of Sugawara. Instinctively, you panicked and tried to wiggle away, but with one âitâll be okayâ from the cop along with a kind smile, you relented and allowed him to lead you back.Â
The instant you were close enough, Sugawara reached out for you, but the cop batted his hands away. âSuga, stop it!â Wait, what. The hopeful expression on your face fell away in exchange for blankness with a mix of confusion. What the fuck.
âDaichi, please, just help me! I donât know how, but she got out!âÂ
Oh shit, they know each other.Â
OH SHIT, THEY KNOW EACH OTHER!
The second that thought flitted through your brain, they were already both dragging you back toward the apartment building, both of their combined strengths overpowering you easily. âSOMEBODY HEL-â Sugawara shoved a hand over your mouth and helped Daichi lead you back into the building, straight back into your little, personal hell.Â
First, you were sent to your room like a child while the grown ups discussed what went wrong and where. Couple of dickheads.
âFuck you both.â
Sugawara only slammed the door in your face before talking to the cop.
âJesus, Suga, I thought you said you could handle it?â
âI thought I could too, but she got out somehow!â
âItâs only been a damn month and I canât even trust you to keep her safe inside for that long? I never even got to meet her, for fuckâs sake.âÂ
âI know, I know, but now you have, Daichi. Isnât she beautiful? Just like when we first met her.â
âRight, but now weâre both on her bad side. How the fuck are we supposed to fix that?â
âLet me handle it. I know just how she likes to be punished.â
Well shit. Of course, they were in it together. Because who could possibly have worse luck than you, their darling.
Kuroo Tetsurou:Â
You werenât sure how it happened. One minute, he was entering your room, a forlorn look in his gaze seeming almost abnormal on his face. The next, his lips and hands were all over you, all over your body. And you let him.Â
When you woke the next day, the sun wasnât even in the sky. A glance to your nightstand told you it was turning close to four am, but only then did you seem to have some true clarity.Â
Oh God. Oh God, what have I done?
Your body felt covered in germs, sticky with dried sweat and sore with stiff muscles.Â
He touched me. I let him touch me.
Disgusting. Gross. Used. Unclean. But how could you excuse letting him do that to you? You hadnât even put up a fight, and in the back of your mind, you remembered actually liking it.Â
Kuroo was sound asleep by your side, his chest and cheek pressed to the mattress while an arm draped over your midsection. It was hot, too hot. At any second, you were afraid he would wake up and see the fear in your eyes, because you knew if he saw it, he wouldnât let you go.Â
Moving his arm was a painstaking process. Every time he let out a snore, you would move it just an inch higher, and after what felt like hours, you were finally free. You set his arm back down on the bed before rising to your feet and padding to the door. Opening it without a squeak seemed to be a worse challenge.Â
Reek.
âMmm, where are you going, Kitten?âÂ
It was everything about him that set your skin crawling. The raspy tone, the smug glint in his eye, the teasing lilt of the nickname. When you responded, you were surprised with how confident you sounded.Â
âThe bathroom. Iâll come right back, I just, uh, couldnât hold it anymore.â Too much information? Maybe so, but it seemed to do the trick. Kuroo shifted onto his side and propped himself up on an elbow, the sheet over his body inching down a bit farther.Â
âHurry back.âÂ
A dismissal, and with a nod, you left. Truly, it wasnât completely an excuse. You went to the bathroom and did your business, but while washing your hands, you tried to cleanse more. Hand soap was lathered all the way up to your elbows as you rubbed them raw, bottom lip trapped between your teeth.Â
How could you let that happen? How could you just agree to letting him touch you?Â
You scrubbed your face clean of the stale sweat and dabbed the skin with the hand towel. What have you done, YN? Movements slowing, you let the rag slip from your fingers before dragging your eyes down to your body. Neck, covered in bite marks. Wrists, red from a tight grip. Hips, bruised purple and blue. Kuroo had taken a part of you last night you had never wanted to give to him, not since he kidnapped you from your home seven months ago. He had said he was lonely, lost, saddened because he loved you so much and knew you would never feel the same.Â
In a lapse of your own judgement, you foolishly said he was wrong. After months of being deprived of human contact, you were desperate for anyoneâs touch. Now, you were paying the consequences. But you didnât want to stay here.Â
No. Get out of here.
When you left the bathroom, you caught sight of the sofa straight across in the living. Dragging it over was easy, but doing it quietly was a pain. As lightly as you could, you leveraged the furniture under your bedroomâs door knob.Â
Then you began the search.Â
âKitten?â Still groggy. Good.Â
His bedroom was clean. Nothing hidden in the box in a closet. Nothing hidden in the drawers of his dresser or nightstand.Â
âYN?â The door knob rattled, but didnât move. âReally, YN? You wanna do this now?â
The kitchen was clear, and so was the living room coffee table.Â
âGod, itâs so early. Canât you just come back to bed and weâll discuss this later?âÂ
Your hands shook the more you couldnât find that damned key. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing!
âFUCK!â you shouted, running a hand through your hair and slamming the glass door of the console closed. Behind your bedroom door, Kuroo chuckled.Â
âHaving trouble, Kitten?âÂ
âGod, I hate you,â you hissed, dropping to the couch and shoving your head into your hands. Not even a headache of frustration was arising. Only a tight pain was growing in your chest. Every time your heart thumped, it ached and choked you up.Â
âNow, we both know thatâs not true. After all, have you already forgotten what happened last night?âÂ
âDonâtâŚâ
âDonât what, Kitten? I know you donât want to leave. Do you really want to go out into the real world after Iâve been with you? Can you live a normal life knowing that?âÂ
âStopâŚâ
âLast night, Kitten. You said you loved me. Said you always would-â
âI didnât mean it!â
âDidnât you? Didnât you beg for more as I kissed you? Wasnât it my name you moaned as I made love to you?âÂ
âJUST STOP!â You kicked up to your feet and wiped away your tears, stomping over to the bedroom door only to bang on it. âGOD, I HATE YOU SO MUCH!â
The worst part is he never even took it to heart. No, even after your screams and your cries, your pleas and your whimpers, you could still hear the arrogance in his tone.Â
There was a smirk on his face. After what felt like hours of breaking down, you dropped into a worn out sleep right into the sofa lodged under the door. And when you woke, six long, dreamless hours later, you were back in the bed where it all began.Â
âI knew you didnât want to leave me, Kitten. Now stay here and rest. Iâll bring you breakfast when itâs ready.â His fingers, rough and hot, were gentle against your stiff cheek. He pressed a kiss to your forehead, and when you felt your last drop of dignity wither, you reached out and snagged his hand again.Â
âTetsurou.â
âHmm?â
You couldnât even meet his gaze. It was so full of pure love that you resented the warmth it spread through your veins. âI donât⌠I donât want to love you.â
A muscle twitched in his cheek.Â
âItâs wrong, what you did to me. Bringing me here. But⌠but I do anyway.â
At that, he turned away, but not before you saw genuine happiness twinkle in his eyes.Â
You wanted to hate it. You really did. You wanted to wipe his hidden smugness right off his face. But instead, you pressed your cheek back into your pillow and watched him pad out of the room, only to stop in the doorway.Â
âKitten?â
âHmm?âÂ
God, he was going to keep you in his arms forever. âI love you too.â

âYNNNN!â
The wail of your name roused you from your slumber, followed by a loud crash outside your dorm.Â
âOw.â
The sun hadnât risen outside your window, and darkness still shrouded your room aside from a small glow exuding from your alarm clock. 2:37 AM, it read.Â
Who in the goddamn fuck-
âYN open up!â Loud knocks sounded outside your room, but not on your door.Â
Uh oh.Â
You scrambled from your bed, cursing under your breath as the night air nipped at your skin. Snagging your Jedi robe hanging from the wall near your door, you shrugged on the warmer layers and hugged them close around your body, which had only previously been clad in undergarments.
You couldnât press the button to open the door fast enough, but by the time it had, you were too late.Â
Obi-Wan stood with a brow raised in his own doorway, obviously unimpressed with the figure before him. And, clad in his usual getup of dark robes, leather boots, and tousled hair, stood Anakin Skywalker in complete disarray. His robe, already worn inside-out, slouched off one of his shoulders. Parts of his hair were knotted and tangled, matted down and stuck to his head with sweat. As he stared in utter confusion at his former master, his entire body swayed from side-to-side.
He was totally shitfaced.Â
âMaster?â he hiccuped. âWhat are you doing in YNâs room?â There was a slur to his words, one you hadnât caught when he was shouting for the entire Jedi dorm to hear.Â
Obi-Wan, shockingly impassive, drew his gaze to you, a single brow raised. You hadnât realized your hand had come up to muffle a snicker until Anakin almost toppled over. You jumped up from your position across the hall as his body leaned too far to one side, but thankfully Obi-Wan reached out a hand to steady him before you could.Â
Then Anakin smacked his hand away. âI said, what are you doing in YNâs room?â His tone was angry, filled with betrayal. His hand went to his hip, where his lightsaber was latched, and that was when Obi-Wan lost his patience.Â
Staring past Anakin and at you, he nodded toward the Jedi Knight. âI believe this is yours.â With that, he retreated to his room, shaking his head and mumbling something under his breath.Â
You stood with pursed lips, waiting and watching as the wheels in Anakinâs head turned, trying to comprehend Obi-Wanâs words. Finally, he turned around in utter disorientation, only to straighten up like a pleased puppy at the sight of you.Â
âYN!â he shouted much louder than necessary. He reached out, making his way towards you only for the sudden movements to give him whiplash as he stumbled to the right, completely miscalculating your location as he crashed face-first into the wall beside your dorm.Â
You cringed, sucking in a breath through your teeth before going to his aid. âYou okay?â you asked gently, grabbing an arm and guiding him into your room.Â
âYeah,â he choked out, rubbing his nose. âThat hurt.â
âIâm sure,â you cooed, rubbing up and down his arm comfortingly as you led him to a seat on your bed. âStay here.â
âWait,â he snapped to attention as his metal arm snagged yours, grip tight but not enough to leave a mark, âwhere are you going?â His eyes were wide and nervous as they danced around your face. He seemed scared you were going to disappear forever once you left right now.Â
âIâm just gonna get you a glass of water,â you soothed, unlatching his hand from your wrist. His gaze fell to the action, and his grip tightened just a bit before he let go completely with a furrow of his brows.Â
âBut I have to tell you something.â
âI figured,â you chuckle, âbut Iâll be quick.â Escaping out of your room and down the hall, you left with the feeling of Anakinâs despairing eyes still latched onto you. You slipped into the bathroom, filling the cup with tap water as you gazed at yourself in the mirror. Eyes bloodshot from being woken up, your hair a ratâs nest on the top of your head, and a small drop of drool on the corner of your mouth-ew! You yanked the cup out from under the stream where it had been overflowing and set it on the counter before scrubbing your face. The cold was a shock to your system, less-so than Anakinâs being drunk outside your room at two a.m., but still did the trick to remind you that this wasnât a dream, and that, yes, a very drunkâyet somehow still very attractiveâAnakin had been calling your name and searching for you.Â
It didnât help that youâd had a crush on him ever since youâd met as young padawans and heâd arrogantly introduced himself as the Chosen One. It really didnât help at all.Â
With a couple of smacks to your cheeks, you finally had the courage to return to your room, leaving the bathroom and immediately crashing into a solid chest.Â
Anakin, you realized, glancing up for reassurance. He looked distraught, eyes wild and unfocused as he towered over you.Â
You were surprised you hadnât heard him coming, considering he was barely in a state to walk a straight line much less make it down the hall and around the corner. Well, you thought, somehow he made it back to the Jedi temple from whatever bar he came from alive, surely this wasnât as difficult.
Until you realized his hand was stationed against the wall for support as he swayed.Â
Scratch thatâhow the hell is he even alive?
âAnakin,â you stressed, âwhat are you doing? I told you to wait.â Like a lost puppy, you led him back to your room, the skin of his forearm much too hot underneath his robes.Â
âYou took so long, I got nervous.â And yet the only one who seemed nervous as you arrived back in your room was you. Anakin, on the other hand, locked his eyes reverently on your form as you returned him to his place on your bed, watching you with an unfamiliar look in his eyes as you handed him the glass and told him to drink, to flush out the obvious abundance of alcohol in his system.Â
At your command, he downed the glass of water in seconds, swallowing and licking his lips. You forced your gaze away from the action when you realized you were staring too long afterwards. Yet, even as muddled as he was, he still noticed, still smirked like he always did.Â
For so many years you figured you were hiding your crush so well, thought he was just the type of guy to smirk at everyone for such things. It wasnât until he had gotten a padawan of his own, gotten an army of his own, that you realized the way he acted around you alone was different.Â
Even as smashed as he was, he still made you feel as though you were acting the fool. Like he was teasing youâhow embarrassing.Â
Shame colored your face as you spun around, searching for something to do as a drunk Anakin lounged on your bed.Â
âYN?â
âHmm?â You still faced away, searching the room for anything else to do but stare at the sight on your bed. That is, until a hand latched around yours, yanking you around hard enough that you almost fell over. The force of the pull landed you straight between Anakinâs knees, his hand still on yours while the other stabled you at your hip. Your hand had instinctively gripped his shoulder, but you stole it away quickly.Â
Nonetheless, he stared at you, positioned in front of him. For a minute, thatâs all he did. Stare and stare, eyes locked on yours as the smirk on his face carefully transformed into a dropped jaw. He looked at you like⌠you didnât really know how to describe it.
Like⌠like you were the one who hung the stars in the sky, who placed planets in orbit. Like you were the cause of the glow of the sun, like you shifted the tides using the moon. Like you were worth worship, worth praise, worth the doting look that took over his face.
A shiver crawled over your skin the more he looked at you; youâd barely noticed his hand had taken to slipping past your robes and connecting with the bare skin of your side, metal thumb caressing the skin. The other was still latched on your wrist like he never wanted to let go. Distantly, you wondered if it would leave a bruise.Â
A heavy silence fell over the room, just you waiting in anticipation as Anakin lost his focus, face flushed with besottedness. For once, you didnât feel like he had the upper hand over your feelings. For once, it appeared you controlled his.Â
âYN.â He mumbled your name almost subconsciously, like it had slipped out without his knowing.Â
âWhat?â Softly, carefully, you urged him for more. In response, his eyes locked on your lips, running his tongue over his own involuntarily. His face, so dazed, so infatuated, so lost, finally seemed to have come to grips with his purpose for that moment.Â
âIâm in love with you.â
For a second, you felt nothing. You said nothing. No reaction, no response. Nothing. You didnât even breathe.Â
For years youâd dreamt of⌠well, not exactly this moment, but something akin to it. Anakin professing his feelings, appearing absolutely infatuated with you. His handsome face glowing with joy as you returned the sentiment. His hands steadily, assuredly cupping your face and guiding your lips to his.Â
Like in your dreams, your chest was so trembly and shaky, so completely and utterly in disbelief that the man youâd been in love with for years was completely infatuated with you. Your hands shake and breaths escape you in pants as though youâd ran miles just moments prior. Your heart was pounding hard, trying to escape and your mind grew blankly overwhelmed.Â
Anakin, having spent the last few seconds with zero response from your end, was visibly unnerved. He searched your face for any reaction, any clue into what you were feeling. Finding nothing, he looked lost, scared, and dejected.Â
Long ago had he sobered up, but the alcohol was still in his system as he staggered to his feet, not largely taller than you but his overall form still being a formidable sight. Youâd been forced to lift your head as he rose, following his movements. A waft of alcohol infiltrated your nose.Â
The hand previously on your side rose to your face, cupping your rosy cheek. A cold thumb caressed your cheekbone for just a moment as he took in your face as though for the last time. Then he shook his head in what you could only interpret as anguish. âIâm in love with you,â he repeated, this time less shy. âFor so many years, I have been. And I thought you felt the same, but I see now that I am wrong.âÂ
You open your mouth to question him, but he continues. âIâm sorry for bothering you tonight.â A sad, forced smile encompasses his face. âLetâs forget this ever happened. Goodnight, YN.â
Your chest grew filled with guilt and regret and pity for making him think this way. And when his hand moved to drop from your face, you drew up your own to prevent it. Your face, you were sure, was filled with too many emotions to interpretâconfusion, for doubt that this was real; joy, for happiness that the man you loved returned your feelings; amazement, for sheer question of how you had come to be this lucky.Â
But a flicker of hope struck his eyes at your action, and so he stayed put, waiting dutifully for your response.Â
Like your dreams, his lips were soft. Like your dreams, he eagerly responded, pulled you in, close and tight, like he would never let you go; he swore himself to you, would do anything for you, would follow you anywhere.Â
Like your dreams, you worried for the Jedi Councilâs discovery of your love, and Anakin kissed your worries away.Â
Just leave it to me, he said the next morning, his arms tight around your form, his ruffled hair glowing like a halo in the morning sun. His bare skin was hot against yours. Iâll handle it. We can be together, and they wonât be able to stop us.Â
Like your dreams, you trusted him.

        You were just as beautiful as when he had first met you eight centuries ago. The too-small apartment you bumbled around in was just outside the universityâs campus so you could get to your early morning classes, and resided about two miles away from your horrible job so you could travel to work easily too.Â
        Through your window, he could see you singing a tune shyly under your breath, still new enough to living in an apartment that you didnât know whether your neighbors could hear you. The clangs from the dishes you placed into your cupboards hurt his ears, even though he was a few hundred feet away on another complexâs dusty rooftop. There was a gentle smile on your face that sped up his heart, and a lively glow in your eyes that made him hold back a giggle. Your skin looked so soft too-
        âWhatâs she doing?â A dull voice hummed behind the older, more energetic man.Â
        âThe dishes, just like every other Thursday,â he responded cheerfully, peeling his gaze away from the telescope and swiveling to his friend. âSheâs putting away the knives.âÂ
        âSheâs gonna hurt herself.â
        âNo way,â the older shook his head, âshe handles knives just as well as she has in her past lives.â     âYeah, but this round sheâs seriously clumsy. It gives me a headache.â The black-haired male shoulders past his companion to glance through the spyglass. He sighs at the event he witnesses. âThere, see? She just cut herself.âÂ
        âOh shit, let me see!â The erratic man pushes his aloof friend aside to watch you, scared you had been seriously injured. It doesnât take long before the sight of you takes its effect, and he feels his canines piercing through his gums. You were bleeding.
        Inside your apartment, you hiss against your teeth while gingerly dabbing a tissue against the finger you had sliced open. Anxiously, he gulps before pulling away from the scope and turning to his friend.Â
        âI guess weâll just have to watch over her even more this time.â
        âNo kidding.â
        Both men loved you. Both men needed you. And soon, both men would have you.Â
                                ~~~
        University, you decided, was going to be a blast. You had a wonderful job at a little diner, many classes that interested you, and a cheap apartment that cost almost nothing compared to how wonderful the size and interior of it was.Â
        There was only one small downside: everywhere you went, it felt like a pair of eyes was constantly watching you. While you did your homework, while you slept, while you traveled to class, it was terrifying. Someone was watching you; the only question was who?Â
        âYN!â A voice frightens you out of your daze and you turn to find the voice. Itâs Sakura, the only friend youâve made since youâve been on campus so far. Her long, black hair tumbles down her shoulders in wavy locks, and it brushes the waistline of her drastically-mini skirt. Most of her toned stomach is showing, but the neon orange crop top sheâs wearing isnât really doing her any favors. In a word, Sakura was⌠voluptuous, even though she stood about a petit four inches below you. She certainly knew how to flaunt her assets, anyway.Â
        You, on the other hand, accepted your collegiate fate instantly. Hiking your hefty backpack up higher on your shoulder, you tried not to feel like a potato sack standing across from her in your plain, maroon sweatshirt and black yoga pants. While she stood on the most popular Vans of this decade, checkered and all, you settled for your black and white Adidas, which were way past their prime. Your budget couldnât afford it anyways, so there was no point in a comparison.Â
        âHey Sakura!â you waved shyly and tensed when she joined her arm with your own. âwhatâs up?âÂ
        âOh nothing,â she rolled her eyes playfully before skipping on her feet beside you, âIâm just freaking out over getting to meet the new, hot teacher!â Squinting your eyes at the screech, you press your heels into the ground to stop her trek. Sakura glances back at you curiously.
        âNew teacher?â Her jaw drops at you.
        âYou didnât know?!â You flinch at her high-pitched exclamation once more before shaking your head.
        âNoâŚ?â
        âOh my God, YN!â she drawls and smacks your shoulder playfully, âyou need to get in the loop around here! Youâre a student too, you know.âÂ
        âOh, trust me, I know.â You roll your eyes and let out a huff. âNow tell me more about this âhot teacherâ youâre so excited to meet.â She squeals with delight and latches onto your upper arm, dragging you inside the schoolâs main building.Â
        It looks much more sleek on the inside than on the outside. While the exterior of the school was made from old, mossy bricks and had spire-like architectures to resemble a castle, the interior had pure white marble floors and walls covered in glass cases holding trophies. More awards than you ever thought existed lined the bright halls of the university, each adorned with a picture of a smiling alumni. Distantly, you wondered if you would ever accomplish something as special.Â
        âSo Brittany told me that Alex said that Jennifer heardâŚâ Sakuraâs gleeful chitters echo down the endless corridors, trailing off as you fall deeper and deeper into a worry-filled rabbit hole. What if you failed right on the first day? What if you never even came close to winning any kind of important awards like the people who had come here before you?Â
        A headache grew not only from the bitter scent of Windex in the air covering every glass surface around you, but also from the flurry of thoughts in your head. You barely even comprehend when Sakura drops your arm and gasps at something, and you only shake out of your daze when itâs too late.Â
        âOof.â You slam into a sturdy, bulky chest and fall with a thud to the marble floor. With a hiss, you rub your aching backside and groan lightly. âThat kinda hurt.â
        âOh, Iâm so sorry, are you all right?â The voice is deep and throaty, but thereâs a certain giddiness about it that makes you wonder if his bumping into you was really an accident. Huffing, you glare up at the man, only to freeze at the sight. His hair looks like a black and white explosion, and his golden eyes are lit up with childlike excitement. Everything about him screams âpowerful,â and even though his mouth is hidden behind a black facemask, you could almost swear he was beaming at you. Suddenly, a hand is waving around in front of your face.
        âAre you okay?â he asks again, eyes still narrowed arrogantly while he offers you help to your feet.Â
        When you accept, a spark trails from his fingertips to yours and travels through your whole body at lightning speed before settling in the pit of your stomach. Involuntarily, you shiver and your fingers squeeze his large, rough hands. He lets out a small hum and closes his eyes at the action before whipping them open not even a second later. The pupils, black and glittering, have taken over the majority of his irises, and the man takes a small step closer to you.Â
        âThanks,â you whisper, unable to detach yourself from his enrapturing gaze.
        âOf course, YN.â The skin just under his eye twitches as he leans closer to you, and your breath hitches at his growing proximity.
        âAhem!â Someone clears their throat loudly behind the wild-haired man and he instantly pulls away from you at the sound. It was like you had burned him, but before you could ask if he was okay, he mutters an apology over his shoulder and twists away from you, but not before giving your hand a quick squeeze. With a wink, he disappears into another hallway, leaving you with a tight feeling in your chest and a racing heart.Â
        âYN!â Itâs at that moment that you realize Sakura had witnessed all of that. âWhat the hell was that?â she whisper-yells at you with wide, mystified eyes. Still flustered yourself, you can only shrug and clench the straps of your backpack tightly.
        âI donât know.âÂ
        âWell it doesnât matter,â she scoffs before grasping your forearm and discreetly gesturing to a man in front of you. âLook,â she whispers enthusiastically, âitâs the hot teacher.â
        Oh, so thatâs why she had gasped. And not without reason, too. The guy standing in front of you stole your breath away, and jump-started your heart just as it was about to settle down.Â
        He had gunmetal blue eyes that seemed to narrow at everything, and messy black hair you desperately wanted to run your hands through. Though he was less built than the man you had just run into, there was still a hint of muscle under his clean, dark blazer. He was decked in a suit and tie, and looked more like James Bond than your new English teacher. Not that you were complaining.Â
        âYou ladies must be new students in my class.â His tone, albeit flat and bored, still set a fire to your nerves, much like the boy from earlier.
        âYes, professor, we are!â Sakura nods frantically beside you and bats her eyelashes. âWe are so excited to be in your class this year!â While she puckers her lips discreetly, you shift on your feet and bite the inside of your cheek, trying to restrain a blush. When his gaze shifts to you and the corner of his lips quirks up, your plan goes down the drain.Â
        With a light chuckle under his breath, the professor nods approvingly at the two of you, and an emotion flickers through his eyes for a fleeting second as he stares at you once more. You barely catch it and canât identify it in the small amount of time before he says, âWell, my room is right here. Class doesnât start for another fifteen minutes, but youâre not the only ones to arrive early, so go ahead and find a seat.âÂ
        He gestures for you to follow him inside, and the door closes with a whoosh behind you as you enter the classroom. While the professor, Keiji Akaashi from what you can read off his nameplate, takes his seat at his large wooden desk, you peruse the space around you.Â
        Students are chattering about in the lecture hall. Some are gathered in large clumps peering down at phones and giggling, while others are alone with headphones on, relaxing before the first class of the day. Sakura foolishly attempts to seat you both at the bottom row, closest to the teacherâs desk. Although you appreciated her reasoning, something always drew you to the back of the classroom, the very end of the space. Normally, what led you to covet this mostly hidden area in the dimmer part of the luminescent room was the idea of solitude and sparement from cheating, but today it was something more.Â
        There was a boy, yes another one, lounged in the farthest row. With feet kicked up and crossed one over the other on his table space, he leaned back and watched you just as you watched him. His arms were folded behind his head while he served you a smug smirk, running a slow hand through his dark bedhead before waving teasingly at you. The cheeky act made you squeak in surprise, then a sudden growl rumbled around the room.Â
        âMs. YLN, please find a seat. Preferably one where you wonât be distracted.â Mr. Akaashi grumbled, observing you with narrowed eyes.Â
        âYes sir.â With a frantic nod, you dash up the steps to the last row of desks and plop down in one, Sakura long forgotten in the front row. Sheâs already made a few friends who seem just as thrilled as her to be in this class, so you werenât exactly worried. You drop your bag to the floor beside you and pull out your phone to distract from your lonesome, but it doesnât last long. A warm body approaches you and collapses into the spot right next to you, relaxing back into the same position you had seen him in two seconds ago.Â
        âThe nameâs Kuroo,â he grins at you, opening only one eye to look you up and down.Â
        âIâm YN,â you sputter out, dismissing formalities. âNice to meet you.â
        âI know,â Kuroo simpers, and you canât help but scoff at his response. The confidence he oozes is contagious, and so is the smirk he wears.Â
        âOh wow,â you laugh with a nod, âall right, smooth guy, calm it down.â
        âWhat,â he raises a brow playfully, âis it not nice to meet me?âÂ
        You bite your lip and shake your head in disbelief. âOh, I donât know,â you slump down into your chair and mock his posture, kicking your legs up onto the desk and crossing your arms, âyou tell me.âÂ
        Your desk buddy cackles at this and you giggle with him. His laughter is just as infectious as his attitude. In your head, you knew this was going to bloom into a fun friendship-
        âYLN, Kuroo! Class is about to begin, so settle down!â Mr. Akaashi looks like he is about to blow steam out his ears, and his jaw twitches while snarling at you two. The sight sobers you right up, and you hurriedly sit straight up at your desk while muttering an apology.Â
        For the rest of the period, Kuroo whispers the occasional joke into your ear that makes you want to crack up, but youâve already had enough of your teacherâs scowl to know that would be dangerously thin ice. It ends with Mr. Akaashi dismissing you all and handing out a rubric for your first assignment as people exit the doorway. As you scramble to gather your notes and pens for your backpack, your new friend stays behind to keep you company.Â
        âIâm telling you, YN, youâre only gonna cry at the end if you watch it!â Kuroo insists while handing you a textbook.Â
        âWhy would I?â
        âBecause they shoot the dog!â You pout at him sadly while he furrows his brows and starts to continue. âAt least, you really shouldnât watch it alone.âÂ
        âMhm.â He follows you down the steps of the lecture hall and to the doorway where Mr. Akaashi waits with a withering glare.Â
        âMaybe we could-â
        âYN,â your professor interrupts with a blank stare, handing you a paper. His long, roughened fingers brush your own as he does and the touch leaves a spark, âhave a good day. Mr. Kuroo,â he directs his darkening gaze to your chatterbox companion and slowly bares his teeth. âA word, please.â
        The door slams behind you thunderously as you stumble out into the hall from the force.Â
        âWhat the hell was that all about?â you grumble, hiking your bag higher up your shoulder before leaving the university building.Â
                                ~~~
        The diner was never as wonderful as you wanted, but it paid the bills. Of course, there were always the usual creeps, who showed up at around five, and then there were the occasional newbie creeps, who always shot their shot while they had the chance. Thankfully, and you suppose not-so thankfully, you werenât the prettiest girl on the job.
        Although they paid you mostly to drop enough dignity to wear a short skirt with an apron, you werenât the one with the most assets to flaunt. That job was also incidentally how you met Sakura, who had plenty to show off. You had become good friends when you had the same shifts, but you had become great friends when you helped her fend off a fresh pedophile from out of town.Â
        Since then, she stuck to you like white on rice whenever you clocked in, and always jabbered about the most important things in life when you had time to talk. Todayâs topic: the hot, new teacher.
        âOh my God, YN, you should have seen the way he looked at me!â She bit her lip and clenched her eyes shut excitedly, wiggling with happiness. A miniature wave of jealousy flowed through your veins at her words, but it was gone before you could question it.Â
        âReally?â
        âYes! God, he has the most beautiful eyes!â She sighed dreamily while wiping down the counter. âAnd that hair! Ugh, donât you just wanna run your fingers through it?â Yes.
        âUmm, sure.â You pick up the stray menus while nodding distractedly.Â
        âAnd donât even get me started on his smile. He has the most amazing teeth! Did you see his teeth?!âÂ
        âYep.âÂ
        âOh, donât you think he has just the most wonderful-â The bells along the top of the restaurantâs entrance chime, signalling a new visitor, and you donât wait to scramble away from Sakura.Â
        âWelcome to-â Oh.
        Itâs the man from earlier, from before your class, except this time heâs missing his mask. Judging by his reaction, youâre guessing he heard your slight gasp. Even from behind the counter, you can see his blinding smile, and the almost sharp teeth that come along with it.Â
        âHey YN!â he waves and takes the stool directly in front of your awestruck form.Â
        âH-hi.â Your meek response makes you grow many shades of red from your neck all the way up to your hair. With a gawking mouth, you blindly feel for a menu and lay it in front of him.Â
        âThanks!âÂ
        âYeah.â Your breathing falters at the wink he throws you before scrutinizing the laminated pages before him for his dinner. It only takes a few more minutes of awkwardly gaping at him before a realization hits you.Â
        âWait!â you announce loudly, capturing the attention of the whole diner. The room silences and you tense with wide eyes before waving your hands dismissively to return the patrons to their normal chatter. Itâs not quite as pleasant and rowdy as before, but itâs enough to please you. Returning your gaze to the wild haired man from before, you flinch to see heâs already watching you like a hawk. Or maybe like an owl, according to his hyper focused, expectant stare.Â
        This time, you make sure to lower your voice as you whisper, âHow do you know my name?â The man before you stiffens and his Adamâs apple bobs.Â
        âUmm, I⌠IâŚâ he avoids your eyes as his own dart around the diner nervously. âI heard your friend say it!â he exclaims with an assured nod. âYes, yes I heard your friend say it.â He points at Sakura who is chasing down a customerâs toddler running rampant around the other tables and chairs.Â
        âOkay,â you nod slowly, still scrutinizing his face with narrowed eyes, âI guess that makes sense.âÂ
        âYep.â He grins complacently at you before dropping his face down onto the menu again.Â
        âAll right,â you repeat, bobbing your head still. âAll right, so if you get to know my name, doesnât that mean I get to know yours?âÂ
        âYes!â His eyes sparkle with happiness as he practically breaks his neck to face you in a split second. âMy name is Koutarou Bokuto!â He shoves a hand over the counter and you gingerly accept it, shaking it politely with your own. It causes more fireworks along your nerve endings and forces a slight huff out of you.Â
        âNice to meet you, Bokuto.â A small smile had crept onto your face during the handshake, and your gaze on him softens.Â
        âAww, câmon, call me Koutarou!â He pouts and shoves his chin into his hand, slamming his elbow down onto the counter indignantly. You disguise a giggle behind your fingers and his dramatic facial expression lets up a bit.Â
        âNo way, we donât know each other enough,â you laugh, pulling the notebook and pen out of your apron. âNow do you want to hear the specials?â
        âFrom you? Hell yeah!â
                                ~~~
        A couple weeks have passed since your first class, and within that time you seemed to have become a teacherâs pet. Apparently, according to Mr. Akaashi, you were the only student who actually tried or paid attention in his class. At a certain point, you wanted to correct and reassure him that no, you barely paid attention, you just really liked English and studied on your own time. But as time went on, you began to appreciate his comments on your abilities. Plus, you supposed he wasnât exactly wrong; most people were either entranced by your professor himself or stuck in a daze while staring outside the convenient, twenty-foot high classroom windows. They were quite the aesthetic, which also made them a conducive distraction.Â
        In this spanse of time, you had also received more visits from Bokuto at the diner, and you spent more time out of the classroom with Kuroo. Through those hours with them, you grew closer to both, each of them gaining the title as your friend. Lately, however, a large majority of your time was spent helping Mr. Akaashi grade papers. He had inquired you a while ago to become his student assistant, and you didnât mind helping out.Â
        When he had asked, though, was when you lost favor with just about everyone in your class.Â
        âYN, could you come down here for a second?â He had just dismissed them all, and singled you out just as you began to pack your things. With a curious glance from Kuroo, you shrugged and trudged down the steps, nervously standing in front of his neatly-organized desk while students filtered out behind you.Â
        âBitch.â
        âAttention whore.â
        âWhat a slut.â
        You glowered at the names and slumped your shoulder, practically hugging your bag like a safety blanket at this point. Mr. Akaashi only rose from his chair and slammed the door closed after them angrily, Kuroo being one of the last to leave.Â
        âIâm sorry about that.â You take in a breath and wave your hand dismissively.Â
        âNo, no, itâs okay. People are just stupid.â Akaashi purses his lips and nods at your words, but a muscle in his jaw twitches nonetheless.
        âAll right,â he sighs, standing across from you and placing his hands on his hips. The action causes his suit jacket to shift back and the front of his pristine, white undershirt to tighten against his chest, showing off its toned muscles. You swallow at the sight and unwillingly drag your gaze back up to his. For just a second his eyes darken, but you blame it on the lighting, no matter how stable it is.Â
        âAnyways,â he continues gruffly, âI wanted to congratulate you. You did well on the last assignment, and Iâm proud of you.â His praise shoots deep into your stomach and you bite your lip to fight off a full-blown grin.Â
        âOh, um thanks.â You were flattered mostly, but a small part of you would mourn the way your classmates used to ignore your existence.Â
        âOf course. I can also tell, by your assignments, that youâre quite ahead of the others.â God, he just never stopped. The apples of your cheeks were Rudolph red at this point. âAnd I was wondering if you wouldnât mind helping me grade some of the othersâ papers if you have the time.âÂ
        The proposition made you pause at first. He later explained that it would only be a few hours a week after school just around the time the sun began to set, and that he would really appreciate the help.Â
        ⌠Who were you to say no?Â
                                ~~~
        You should have said no.Â
        In some weird way, you enjoyed scrutinizing the stupidity of your peers. Especially after the assholeish way they had been treating you recently. Even Kurooâs essays on topics that werenât even assigned were fun to read, as he usually would type up a five-page rant about why a certain cartoon character was an idiot, instead of about why Romeo and Juliet killed themselves.Â
        However, there was a small factor in the process of helping Mr. Akaashi that you had accidentally mulled over.Â
        He was hot.
        Already, there was nothing more distracting than your hot professor sitting across from you at his desk with his overcoat abandoned and his sleeve shirts rolled up to display his impressive forearm muscles. No, he made it worse, because this bastard forgot to mention he wore glasses.Â
        Every few minutes, he would feel your gaze on him and glance up at you over the frames with a small smirk. The minuscule act was devastating on your focus.Â
        Today was no different, although, something weird had happened. You had mistakenly walked in on him arguing over the phone with someone.Â
        âYouâre too stupid to be in my class. Plus, that dumbass cat is in it, and I know you wonât be able to hold yourself back around him.â Mr. Akaashi hissed into his phone. You couldnât exactly hear the person on the other side, but something about their tone seemed⌠familiar. After that, he had spotted you and quickly hung up.Â
        Now, you sat across from him at his desk with a chair you had pulled over from the corner of the classroom, and yawned behind your hand while reading a fellow classmateâs essay.Â
        âYN?â He slowly set down the paper he had been marking with a red pen and peeked at his watch. âIt is a little later than when we normally finish. Would you like me to walk you home?âÂ
        The offer was tempting, and although you did have self-control, your professor was really pushing it with those glasses.Â
        âNo, Iâll be okay.â You stand up and grab your bag, smiling shyly when he helps you put on your coat. âThank you,â you mumble.
        âOf course.â A twinge of happiness leaks into his voice behind you and you have to glance back to make sure itâs still the same guy. Heâs not grinning abnormally like you expected, but something akin to excitement glows in his eyes.Â
        âOkay,â you rush out, a little flustered by his bizarre display of emotion. âIâll see you tomorrow, I guess.â With a wave over your shoulder, you donât even dare to look back, too afraid that you might hop on him like a wolf in heat. Something about Mr. Akaashi always made you want to stay longer than necessary, but you never did. Damn self-control.
        The sun had set hours ago, you could tell that by the way that you couldnât even see your own feet.Â
        âGoddamnit,â you groan, snatching your phone out of your pocket and turning on the flashlight. It was about a half a mile walk to your apartment, and you werenât sure if your thirty percent battery could handle it.Â
        âFuck, fuck, fuck,â you hiss. Not only was it dark, it was also freezing, and you puff warm air on your fingers to fend off the cold. The streetlamps on the campus sidewalk buzzed and stirred with moths. A particularly cold wind nipped at your nose and threw your hair into your face. You could only spit it out with a âplughâ while you hugged yourself tighter. Crickets chirped and signalled they were the only sign of life in the area. Well, except for whatever had just snapped that twig behind you.Â
        âWhoâs there?â you yelped, whipping around and flaunting your flashlight in front of you. Nothing responded, and all you could see on the frosted concrete was a broken, wooden stick. There wasnât even a footstep. By now, your whole body was trembling from fear and cold, but you kept on your way, speeding up your pace to a power walk while hastily trying to not trip over something as well.Â
        A shiver rolled up your spine as a familiar feeling returned. Someone was watching you. Their gaze was tangible, like two fingertips jabbing against the back of your head. The hair on the back of your neck stood at attention as you started to jog, dismissing the possibility of a fall.Â
        Adrenaline rushed through your body and you could hear your heartbeat pounding in your ears, along with the heavy breathing of someone behind you. Oh shit!Â
        They were right on your tail, and you sped up into a sprint for your life. The flashlight on your phone flickered, then flickered some more when you smacked it with a frustrated âCâmon!â before finally turning off completely.Â
        The universityâs street lamps were long gone, as tonight you had chosen for a quicker back way so you could get to sleep earlier. Damn your need for beauty rest.Â
        Your lungs pleaded for air as your legs burned. They wiggled from underneath you, now only fueled by your fight or flight hormone, and right now you were flying. Â
        And then you werenât.Â
        With a horrified screech, you tripped over a stray rock on the concrete and tumbled into the grass near the sidewalk. Your stalker let out a small chuckle and straddled your screaming form.Â
        âHelp! Oh God, help me! Help m-mmpf!â A cloth slammed over your nostrils and mouth, and in your panicked state, you breathed. You couldnât see the man above you, only a faint form of him, but you could tell from his weight that he was big. Well, not big. Muscular.Â
        âSshh, YN, we need to take care of you now. Just breathe it in, then we can take care of you forever.âÂ
        Tears pricked your eyes as you let out more muffled screams. Your heart was in a frenzied panic, and skipped a beat when your head began to grow woozy.Â
        âGood job, YN.â Oh God. âYouâre doing so well, darling. Just you wait.â Was that⌠âWeâll take care of you, and weâll love you forever. Just like the old days.â Bokuto.Â
        You were so tired, so very tired. You just wanted to sleep, to close your eyes.Â
        So you did.Â
                                ~~~
        Pain overtook the sides of your brain as you woke up. With a pained groan, you peeled one eye open, then another before glancing around. The room was relatively large, and you observed your surroundings as you sat up off a wood floor, wrapped only in a blanket and sitting on three couch cushions with a matching pillow.Â
        The first thing you noticed was that you were in a cage. Metal bars surrounded you and grouped together so tightly you could barely fit your full forearm through. There was only about a foot of space left around your makeshift mattress, and the metal bars led all the way to the ceiling. A lockspace for a key was directly in front of you, and past it was a door to the entire room. To your left was a couch, de-cushioned for your benefit, and to your right was a TV, softly playing the dayâs weather forecast. Behind you, there was a window, with the curtains pulled back to show a forest, the sky, and nothing more. Birds chirped from outside, signalling that morning had just started.Â
        âWhat?â you whispered brokenly, scratching your already abused throat from yesterdayâs screaming match.Â
        âYN?â The door opened, and in an instant you stood and crashed forwards into the metal bars, reaching for whoever it was. âYN, are you awake? I brought you breakfast.âÂ
        The voice triggers a pain in the side of your neck, and you hiss while pressing your fingers against it. Then you whimper at the feeling.Â
        There, on the side of your neck, equally away from your collar bone and your ear, were two scabbed puncture wounds about the size of pencil eraser tips.Â
        âOh my God,â you whisper, trembling with fear and pain. âWhat did you do to me?â
        âGood morning, my love,â Akaashi purses his lips and draws closer with a metal tray. It holds plates with pancakes, sausage, eggs, and anything else for breakfast that would normally make you drool. Itâs well-made too, but too bad you feel more like hurling than anything else.Â
        He sets it down and nudges it under a small space between the cell bars and the floor, just barely making it untouched into your cage. âMy apologies,â he soothes with a gesture to your neck, âsometimes Bokuto just canât help himself around you. I assure you he only tasted a drop though.âÂ
        With a strangled sob, you fall back to the ground and cup a hand around your bruised neck, weeping silently and hugging your knees into your chest for comfort. The sudden action causes Akaashi to jump, slamming up against your cell and clenching the bars with wide eyes.Â
        âMy love? Are you okay?â The door slams open behind him.
        âWell, is she awake?â The sight of him makes you moan in despair while tucking your face into your legs. Another clang against your cage is heard and you peer up to see Bokuto grabbing the bars as well, watching you with fearful eyes.Â
        âWhat did you do to me?â you hiss angrily, tears oddly drying up in an instant. Your bloodshot eyes remain as you bare your teeth, and rage takes over you. The petrified state has passed and youâve moved onto the next level.Â
        âWhat the hell did you do to me?!â you shout, still pressing a hand against your neck. As if that could eliminate the mark he left.Â
        Bokuto huffs and puts on a small pout, pressing his face dangerously close to the bars as he whines. âIâm so sorry, YN, I just couldnât help myself! Next time, I promise Iâll wait until you let me!â His words ignite a flame in your chest. Your emotions are so up the roof in this moment that each one takes over on a whim.
        ââNext timeâ?! âLet meâ?!â You stand and charge the bars, reaching out to strangle both nutjobs only to smirk when they step back hastily. âIâm gonna kill you motherfuckers!â
        Both men stay silent and observe you hesitantly. Akaashi wonders if you might just go batshit enough to break out of the cage. Bokuto wonders how soon he will be able to get a taste of you again. After all, this time you taste even better than all your past reincarnates combined. Itâs addicting.
        You wonder- oh fuck it.
        âWhere the hell am I?!â
*Tips toes back into the request box* Hey! It's me again, I got another yandere!Garou idea, what if he had a childhood friend who was always there for him and defended him from bullies and he fell in love with them and he confessed but his crush tried to reject him in a nice way and he just snaps.I'm so sorry that i keep requesting yandere!Garou content but I really love how you write him and portray him (and because I'm a simp for him too),
*GIF not mine*
Summary: The monster never gets the girl, but why not? Garou never knew, but what he did know was that that was about to change. He was getting the girl⌠getting you, whether you want him or not.
A/N: *Almost passes out writing this at 2 am* Ehh, I really wish this one could have been better, but I already procrastinated enough on it. Sorry it took so long, and I really hope it fits what you wanted. This idea was great, and I only wish I had a better time writing for it. But anyways, in all honesty, I hope you like it!
Word count: 2525
        âHaha, look at the monster cry!â
        âBeat him up, heâs evil!â
        âTake him out, hero! Take out the villain!â
        The calls were all the same. Every game, they would cheer as Tacchan stood over him, kicking him and hitting him with the nearest stick.Â
        âTake that, monster! And that!âÂ
        Why? What did I do? What made me the villain?
        âStop hurting him!âÂ
        The pain stops as Tacchan is shoved away. A girl-- you-- kneels next to him, surveying him for bruises or other wounds as he stays curled up on his side.Â
        âWhy are you defending him, YN? Heâs not the hero. Heâs just the dumb monster.âÂ
        You fix a fierce glare on the schoolâs pretty boy, keeping a comforting hand on Garouâs shoulder as you speak. âYou know, heroes lose too sometimes.âÂ
        Those words⌠someone finally understood. Someone finally believed in what he believed, was willing to fight for what he was willing to fight for. You stood up for him. You stood up for the monster.
        It was those words that left Garou falling for you. Addicted to you.
                                ~~~
        Why couldnât the monsters ever win? Why couldnât they defeat the hero or succeed in their plans?Â
        Why couldnât the monster ever get the girl?
        Garou never knew why, but one thing he did know was that, looking at you, he was going to change that.Â
        Iâm getting the girl.
        âIâm just saying I think youâre overreacting.â
        âPshh, says you!â You shove him away and stick out your tongue. âWhere finals are concerned, your opinion is irrelevant. You dropped out; therefore, I get to bitch about finals all I want!âÂ
        The pair of you walked side by side down the street. Once in a while, your hands would brush at the proximity, and Garou did all he could to resist intertwining your fingers with his own.Â
        Be patient.
        âWell, maybe you should try actually studying instead of watching anime.â
        âMaybe you should shut up.âÂ
        He only grinned as you pouted, continuing down the street at what mustâve been ten at night. Both of you had just left the cinema after a particularly disappointing horror movie. Garou had vetoed the other options, which consisted of two superhero movies, one documentary, and three cheesy chick flicks. He had hoped that you would duck into his shoulder at any jumpscares, but the movie had been dreadfully bare of any actual horror.Â
        Through the glowing streets of City S, you guided Garou back to your apartment building, leading him up the steps and to your door.Â
        âShit, it was freaking freezing out there!â Your hands tremble as you try to unlock the door. After the key finally wiggles its way into the lock, you let out a noise of relief before leading him inside. âWhy donât you stay here and warm up before going back to- oh where was it you said you were staying again? A lovely three-story mansion with a backyard hot tub?â
        Scoffing, Garou observes as you toss your coat aside on the kitchen table and collapse onto the couch. âIâll have you know my shack is actually quite warm compared to the outside.â
        You hum, unimpressed as he settles down on the cushion beside you and lays an arm out directly behind your head. âYeah, sure. Because fifty degrees is always considered warmer when compared to forty-nine.â
        âExactly,â he nods, smirking at the laugh it drags out of you. A comfortable silence falls over your living room as you lean your head back on Garouâs arm. You were always so comfortable and accepting of him. You thought the same way he did, always considering the villainâs feelings along with the hero. You shared his sense of humor, his adoration for children, and his deep devotion to your guysâs friendship.Â
        Truly, Garou believed there was no way you didnât feel the same. Every hug and kiss on the cheek you gave him assured him so. He just had to tell you.Â
        If he confessed first, he knew you would feel confident enough to say the same.Â
        âGarou.â All too suddenly, heâs dragged out of his thoughts of you by you yourself. He doesnât mind, though; listening to your voice was a million times better than imagining it in his head. One too many times had it not been enough when he sat in his hideout, imagining you lounging around and planning out his next hero attack by his side.Â
        Your hand stretches over his lap to grasp his own as you sit up and turn to him, one leg folded while the other hangs off the couch. âHonestly, I really think you should stay here tonight.âÂ
        No, he would never refuse that. Not in a million years. You wanted him here. This time, you invited him to stay in your home.Â
        It was much better than when he used to settle for intruding while you slept, crawling into bed beside you and watching you slumber long before the sun rose. It was always harder to leave than it was to enter.Â
        âYNâŚâ
        âI know, I know, but I hate to see how youâre living right now.â You tear your gaze away from his intense one and shake your head. âMy spare room is always open.â
        No, no, thatâs not what he wanted.Â
        âItâs got a mattress and everything. Itâs gotta be better than the bale of hay you settle for.âÂ
        âI donât sleep on a bale of hay!âÂ
        You raise a brow and he rolls his eyes, grumbling his response. âItâs not as uncomfortable as you think.âÂ
        âCâmon Garou, you need this. And honestly, I donât mind you staying here! I promise.â
        That wasnât his issue. Of course, he wanted to stay here too, but for different reasons. You wanted to keep him inside and safe like a friend should.Â
        He wanted to sleep on your bed and hold you in his arms. He wanted to wake you with breakfast in the morning, kiss you before you left for school, greet you and help you with homework when you returned.Â
        He wanted to make love to you on the counter, in the shower, on the sofa you both sat on right now.Â
        No longer could he stand this platonic bullshit anymore, and he knew you felt the same.Â
        Iâm getting the girl.Â
        âIâd be a shitty friend if I didnât let you stay here for at least tonight-â
        âWhy donât we both sleep in your bed then?â
        Garou finally shifts his body to face yours, mirroring your position and pulling the arm off the back of your couch to drop it into your lap. His fingers splay out along your thigh but you donât bother to stop the movements.Â
        Jaw dropped, you stare at Garou in shock. âW-What?!â
        âYou heard me.â
        âYeah, I heard you, but I donât think I did it too good.â
        âThen Iâll repeat myself.â Garou leans closer, face just inches from your own as he whispers, âWhy donât we sleep in the same bed for the night?â
        Never before had you seen the look in his eyes. With enlarged pupils forcing away their natural yellow, they practically glow with desire as he leers over you. Part of you wants to lean back, but you just keep thinking no, this is Garou, my friend. Heâs just teasing.
        âVery funny, Garou,â you snort, placing two hands on his solid chest to push him away, but you gulp when he doesnât budge.Â
        âIt wasnât a joke, YN.â
        God, he was so close you could feel yourself sweating under his gaze. He was too close; his body was too hot. Slipping away from his long fingers, you stand up and stumble into the kitchen. A glass of water, thatâs what you needed to clear your head.Â
        Rage floods Garouâs chest at the aversion and he doesnât hesitate to follow you. âYN-â
        You hold up a finger to pause him while you swallow glass after glass of water, hoping and begging that this was just a joke. Surely he wasnât serious, right?
        After your fifth glass, Garou huffs out in irritation and snatches the water away from your lips, slamming it to the table before folding his arms. âYN.âÂ
        âGarou.â
        That look in her eyes, it canât be fear. No, no she loves you just as much as you love her. Sheâs just shy.
        âYN, Iâm in love with you.â His cheeks almost burn at the confession, but he continues. âI have been since the day we met, when you stood up for me.âÂ
        Guilt floods your features before you turn your head, hugging yourself for comfort. âGarou, I donât⌠I donât know what to say.â
        âJust tell me the truth. Tell me you feel the same, YN, because I know thereâs no way you donât.â
        âBut Garou-â
        âJust say you love me, YN, and we can finally be together like we should be.â When he takes a step closer, you take one back, and thatâs when the love and hope in his eyes crumbles.Â
        âGarou, Iâm sorry. I do, a-and I will always love you-â
        âThen why-â
        â-as my best friend.âÂ
        Cracks fill his chest as the words settle in his stomach like a rock. His heart twinges at the words as they echo in his ears.Â
        A friend? Thatâs all he was to you? A FRIEND?!
        âTake it back, YN.â His head has dropped, shaking back and forth incessantly as he mumbles the words. âTake it back.â
        âGarou, Iâm so sorry.âÂ
        Crash.
        You flinch at the sight, watching water drip down your walls as broken glass falls to the floor. A chair at your kitchen table gets kicked into the wall as well, splintering off a wooden leg and leaving a hole in the paneling.Â
        A scream rips its way out of your throat when Garou picks up your table, throwing it in the same direction and not even flinching when it breaks into flying pieces. Fear holds your heart tightly in itâs grasp as he approaches you, face scrunched up in fury.Â
        âWhy, YN?â The words are spat with disdain. âWhy wonât you just admit you love me back? Whatâs stopping you?â
        You whimper and back away slowly, scared to anger the beast more. Too bad the damage had already been done. Garou kicks a dent into your fridge, allowing the cold air to hiss out and fill the now-dusty room.Â
        âGarou, please!â     âI wonât use you, YN! I wonât cheat on you, or go behind your back! I love you and only you!âÂ
        âGarou!â Fearful tears slide down your face after you run into the counter, completely and utterly helpless. You feel trapped in your own home.Â
        âAnd I wonât hurt youâŚâ he trails off, ignoring your flinching as he looms closer, â...not unless I have to.â
        âPlease, just stop!â Your emotions are at an all-time high as you frantically draw in breaths, filling your lungs as fast as you can when this monster approaches. âIâm sorry!â
        The more you speak, it seems, the more furious Garou becomes. While you slump to the cold floor of your kitchen, he turns your house into a war zone.Â
        His voice, heightened with pain, never stops talking as he trashes your house, punching holes in the walls and chucking furniture everywhere.Â
        âWhy YN?!â
        âWhy donât you love me?!â
        âYouâre mine!â
        âIâm not letting you go!â
        âIâll make you love me, I donât care what I have to do. You will love me.âÂ
        Even after ducking your head into your knees and plugging your ears, you couldnât block out the shouts, the crashes, the tornado that was Garou ripping through your house and destroying everything you owned.Â
        âYou donât love me?â he scoffed, running his bloody hands through his hair and shaking his head. âShe doesnât love me, she doesnât love me, she doesnât love me.âÂ
        When he returns to the kitchen to see you, he canât help but crumple to the ground.
        Your face is tucked between your legs and your body visibly trembles on the floor. Garou bites into his lip at the sight, rage wilting into despair as he kneels in front of you.
        âI can fix this,â he shakes his head. âI will, I promise.â Without a second thought, he nudges your hands away from your ears before dropping his head to your shoulder and letting out a shaky sigh.Â
        Tears soak through your shirt for all the wrong reasons, but you canât get away. By now, heâs pressed your forehead against his chest and wiggled his way between your knees, mumbling words you assume he thinks are reassuring as he runs his lips up and down your neck.Â
        âI can fix this, YN. Iâm not gonna lose you. I swear, Iâm not letting you go ever again.â
        Before you can do anything to get away, heâs rising to his feet and taking you with him.Â
        Your arms instinctually wrap around his neck so you donât fall back, bile crawling up your throat when he smiles and hums in approval against your skin. âGood girl.â
        By force, your legs are wrapped around his waist by his hands, now settled below your thighs as he squeezes the flesh appreciatively. âYes, YN, letâs get out of here. Iâll fix all of this, just let me get us out of here and then we can discuss this.â
                                ~~~
        Garou got the girl. The monster finally won.
        He couldnât fight the grin off his face as he held you tighter, brushing the hair out of your eyes as you slept without a care.Â
        The gentle touch woke you from your pleasant dream, leaving you forced to confront the nightmare that was reality.Â
        âMorning Angel.â A kiss to your forehead left your skin crawling.Â
        âGarou⌠please-â
        âAh, ah, ah, none of that today. I donât want to have to gag you again.â His finger booped your nose as if he had just teased you with a toy. The horribly familiar grip on your waist was just as bruising as it was yesterday, and the day before, but it was still a pleasant exchange for the shackles that had kept you in place for the first two weeks you were in Garouâs hideout. The gag had stayed on your face for the same amount of time, but even the memory made your heart seize.Â
        âYouâre a monster.âÂ
        God, he actually smiled at that.
        âOh, I know, Angel. And soon, youâll love me for it.â He pauses only to hug you closer. âJust like you used to.â
I love your yandere headcanons! I was wondering if you could do yandere headcanons for Ushijima from Haikyuu; they could be an extension of that one Ushijima scenario you did where heâs kidnapped the reader!
*GIF not mine*
A/N: Goddamnit, I know this could be better, but Iâm glad youâve liked the others so far! This oneâs a bit rambly, but I rly hope it was what youâre looking for. Enjoy! (Side note: Farmer Ushijima is canon, dang nabbit đ¤)
Word count: 1236
I know yâall ainât surprised, but Ushijimaâs kind of oblivious as to how to go about all of this after he finds out heâs in love.
Just gonna say, he totally brought you up to the team, talking about how he likes you a lot and stuff. Shirabuâs like âask her on a dateâ and Tendouâs like âbro just kidnap her.â
So he kidnaps you.
The only reason Ushijima would have to go as far as kidnapping you is if heâs truly whipped. Weâre talking like âkill everyone around youâ whipped.Â
He doesnât really murder people, of course. Thatâs too much time spent away from you and volleyball.
And yeah sure, youâre right up there with volleyball when it comes to priorities in his life, but Ushijima really hates to compare. There are times where heâll leave you locked up in the apartment while he goes out to play a game, but there are also times where he will skip practice just to hold you in his arms a bit longer.Â
Letâs see, how do I say thisâŚ? He thinks youâre okay with this.
Honestly! Weâve all seen how Ushijima handles Oikawa. He strongly believes Oikawa would be happier at Shiratorizawa, so of course he believes that as soon as you live in his home, youâre happy as a clam.Â
âCause letâs be honest-- as the love of your life, Ushijima knows whatâs best for you.
All right, letâs do a lil recap: Ushijima falls for you, kidnaps you, and keeps you in his apartment without ever allowing you to leave.Â
In the first week youâre in his home, youâre free to roam wherever, but the doors and windows are heavily locked up.Â
By the second week youâre in his house, youâre tied up in your own room, shackled to the bed and only allowed to travel as far as your personal bathroom. After ten failed escape-attempts, Ushijima almost lost his cool, so he figured keeping you in one place would keep his mind at ease.Â
This is a known fact, but yandere Ushijima is possessive af. Before he kidnapped you, he would almost explode at the way you interacted with other people. God, you used to act like you didnât know you were his. It pissed him off so much.Â
Speaking of, letâs talk about punishments.Â
Spankings
Spankings
Spankings
⌠yeahđ¤ˇââď¸
Goddamn, itâs true. He makes you count them out loud and everything because he just loves the way your voice rises in pitch the longer it drags on.Â
Heâs not cruel, though. Part of him is human and does realize that youâll need time for recovery, so he keeps lotion on hand just for that occasion. Youâre still squirming across his lap while he does so, but after one last *WHAM* to dat ass, you know to keep still.Â
Yeah, so uh⌠you canât sit for a few days after that, and holy hot damn does that shit leave marks.Â
There are times where Ushijima just passes you through the halls in his apartment and heâll just stop you with his hands on your hips and lift up his shirt that he makes you wear. Slowly, heâll run his fingers over the large, hand-shaped splotches of purple, red, and blue, allowing a small smile to grow on his face.Â
âI like seeing my marks on you, beautiful.â
When youâre especially rowdy, Ushijima has no qualms about tying you to his bed and leaving you there for a few days. At nights, heâll curl up around you and go to sleep, hugging you like his favorite pillow. In the mornings, heâs not afraid to get naked in front of you, changing without a care in the world while you curse yourself for actually being attracted to such a horrible person.Â
Most days, Ushijima likes to feed you by hand. Iâm serious, yâall. He googled it online and found that âfeeding each other food is a sign of love and trust.âÂ
âInteresting.â
After that, heâll track you down in the house and straddle you right in the middle of your chest so you canât move. Thereâs a plate of food in one hand and chopsticks in the other, and heâll just hold out a bite of food to you and be like âOpen.â
Part of him likes the idea that this is what normal couples do, but deep down Ushijima knows he loves this because he likes when you have to depend on him for even the most basic things. Little stuff like that makes him feel like heâs the one giving your life purpose.Â
And shit, does he like that you might believe your life revolves around him. Itâs all about reciprocity with this dude.Â
Umm okay, lemme just switch this back to headcanons for a sec:Â
He doesnât seem it, but Ushijimaâs a very physical lover. Hand-holding, hugging, kissing, you name it. More than anything, heâs just addicted to the feeling of you against him.Â
He doesnât tell you he loves you often. Some days, he wonât even talk to you, maybe just little greetings when he comes home from school and such.Â
If you ever accidentally hurt yourself in the house, Ushijima wonât go bonkers like you might hope. Instead, he just shakes his head and takes you to the bathroom, silently grumbling that you should be more careful while he helps you wrap the injury.Â
If Iâm honest, I do think Ushijima is the type of guy to force himself on you. Yep, you read right. While it doesnât happen often because his libido isnât that wild, if he wants you, he gets you. Of course, there are days where youâre more whiny and wanting than others, but the days that youâre not, heâll just chalk up to you being as silent in bed as he is.
Holy fuck, could you imagine those grunts??
Heâs not the most sexually demanding of all yanderes, but he still has needs like any other guy his age. Ushijima will never use sex as a punishment, though. I really donât think heâs not the type thatâll âfuck you into submission.â Thatâs for more horny yanderes.Â
Instead, I think Ushijima treasures the time he does it with you. With this one, itâs âmaking love,â honey. Like I said earlier, heâs very physical with you. Of course, itâll be rough and hard, but you are still the love of his life. His cum dumpster? Maybe some days, but his beautiful lover all the same.Â
With sex, itâs either for stress relief or wanting to feel you. Really, it probably only happens like once a month, tho.Â
Ushijima doesnât ask for much in return when he shows you his love. The rules with him are quite simple.Â
1. If he wants to touch you, let him.
2. Donât escape. He will find you.
This big boi just wants to love you and only you, and he expects you to feel the same. Really though, he understands if itâll take you some time.Â
Just⌠donât test his patience too much, yeah? Youâve gotta start a family soon so the kids can tend to the farmđ¤
Summary: At the Shiratorizawa vs Karasuno game, it breaks your heart to see Sugawara get so excited by Kiyokoâs touch. After a long day of the silent treatment, your boyfriend must show you just how much more you affect him than any other girl around.
A/N: Honestly, this ended up better than I thought. Sorry it took me a while, and Iâm not gonna lie, the other requests are probably gonna take just as long. My life is just a little sucky right now, so please have some patience. Still, hope you like it!
        Sugawara and Kiyoko were close-- they were friends, after all. But seeing him blush after she held his hands during a volleyball game was too much.Â
        The sight of it made your stomach churn. His face was completely red as he jerked his hands away with a shout before bobbing and weaving the others.Â
        âItâs mine! Get your own!â
        You could hear him from all the way in the stands, and there was no way the cameras hadnât caught some of it.Â
        The game against Shiratorizawa was possibly your boyfriendâs last game ever, and he had begged and begged you to come and watch. Of course, you had agreed without much coaxing, but now, all you wanted to do was go home.Â
        Deep in your chest, your heart twinged. When was the last time Sugwara had ever been so aggressive over your touch like that? You couldnât remember. Part of you felt alienated the instant it happened.Â
        Theyâre just friends.
        Kiyokoâs not the kind of girl to do that.
        Koushi would never hurt me like that.Â
        Iâm not jealous. Iâm not jealous. Iâm notâŚÂ
        Was there really a point in lying to yourself? No, the answer is no.Â
        The bitter taste of betrayal slapped you in the face the moment Sugawara had fought so hard to hide Kiyokoâs contact from anotherâs touch. Maybe your touch just wasnât as precious to him.Â
        Maybe⌠maybe Sugawara actually wanted Kiyoko. It wouldnât be the first time someone had found her more attractive over you. The girl could wear shoes made of dog dookie and boys would still kiss the floor beneath her feet.
        But your sweet, loyal boyfriend was the last person you ever expected to jump on that bandwagon when he was in a relationship.Â
        It hurt. Plain and simple. Your heart clenched and your stomach tightened and all you wanted was space, space, space.Â
        So when Sugawara jogged onto the court for the fifth and final set of what couldâve been his last game, he glanced into the stands with an excited grin to see⌠no one.Â
        âWhereâs YN?â
                                ~~~
        The next day at school was hard, but ignoring Sugawara was even harder. Though he wasnât in your class as you were only a second year, it seemed like he was everywhere, all at once.Â
        Every corner you turned, he was there. Each class you passed, he was inside, asking a question you already knew the answer to.
        Iâm right here, I just donât want you to see me.
        A majority of it was just pure pettiness, but the last little inkling was fear. After avoiding him for so long, you still werenât sure you could keep it together once he finally caught up to you.Â
        Last night, your phone was blown up with texts, every one of them inquisitive.Â
        âDid you hear we won our game?â
        âWhere did you go?â
        âAre you gonna answer me?â
        âDid something happen?â
        âAre you okay?âÂ
        You didnât answer a single one of them, instead choosing the age-old tradition of a silent treatment.Â
        Lunch was the hardest. You always ate with Sugawara out in the courtyard under your favorite tree. Your back would rest against his chest and you would feed him part of your lunch, him always returning the favor.Â
        So you couldnât help but feel a little guilty while you nibbled on a chip, watching from your desk in a classroom on the second level of the school as Sugawara bolted out into the courtyard. His gray head of hair hung low as he made his way back inside the second he noticed you werenât there. He shoved his hands into his pockets and lowered his gaze, observing his shoes as he scuffed them with every step.
        You werenât an evil bitch-- why would seeing him like that not hurt you? It was just⌠you couldnât forget his look of pure awe as Kiyoko touched him, like he had just been blessed by a goddess.Â
        You knew you were nothing special. No matter how many times Sugawara told you that was wrong, you just knew it. But a part of you still wanted to believe that Sugawara had meant what he said all those times.Â
                                ~~~
        âYN, open up!â
        A fist pounded on your door with hefty conviction. It hadnât backed down for the past twenty minutes, and honestly, it seemed like it never would.Â
        âI know youâre home, YN! Please, just answer the door!â
        With parents still at work, you were all alone at the house. There were no school projects or assignments, no homework or work-work; it was one of those few days in a year you would use to go to your boyfriendâs house and âstudy.â
        âIâm not leaving until you let me in, YN!âÂ
        After ignoring him all day at school, you knew you wouldnât be off the hook for long. Sugawara always worried about you like this. There wasnât a day gone by that you two hadnât at least contacted each other via phone, so there was no doubt he knew something was up.Â
        But you stayed put on the living room couch, wrapped up in a blanket and hugging yourself while trying to convince yourself the tears were just allergies.Â
        âYN!â
        There was a saddened whine in his voice, like a hint of desperation.Â
        You wondered if he was hurting like you. Would he be as jealous if you acted that way with somebody else? Would it pain him to see you blush and value another boyâs touch? Would he even care?
        Or were you just being childish?
        In every relationship lies one secret insecurity. One personâs more attractive, anotherâs skinnier, anotherâs taller. Another may be smarter or another may have a more stable life. Thereâs always a possible hamartia. And yours?
        Sugawara was older than you.Â
        He never treated you like a child, though he had that habit. His friend group was all older, and yours, of course, was younger.Â
        It was only a year, but in high school, that made all the difference. Girls his age, in his class, always spending time around him were bound to go after him at some point. At least, thatâs what you always assumed. Youâve never told Sugawara any of it-- of your fears that there was another girl who he talked to that one day might just peel him right from your grasp-- you didnât want him to think you were being childishly insecure.Â
        And so, seeing Sugawara with Kiyoko made your volcano of unease erupt.Â
        âYN, please!â
        But you didnât want to lose him. God, you really didnât want to let him go. He was kind and loving and made you feel things youâd never felt before.Â
        âHey.â
        So you slithered out of your nest of blankets and opened the door.Â
        In a word, he looked disheveled. His hair stuck up in every which way, unkempt tufts barely catching the light of your porch. His hand, still frozen in the air to keep knocking, shook in place. But what most rattled you to your core was his face.Â
        He looked⌠scared. If you didnât know any better, you mightâve thought a murderer was after him. The cold of what was eight p.m. in March had bitten his cheeks and nose to a nice pink color. Angry lines framed worried, hazel eyes that widened at the sight of you. Or more, the tear streaks you had failed to hide.Â
        âYN,â he sounded winded, âwhat happened?âÂ
        Now. Right now was the moment you had been dreading. Unloading all of your personal insecurities onto another person was quite possibly the hardest thing to do, mostly because you knew nothing could be done about it.Â
        âIâŚâ The words were trapped, caught in your throat in a nasty combination of crap you could only hack up in the form of a sob. âI, um.â And thatâs all you could say.Â
        For a solid two minutes, Sugawara waited patiently for nothing. His brows rose in a gesture of take your time, but after seeing your lips stay zipped instead of opening and closing with the possibility of words, he mustâve gotten the hint.Â
        He nodded then pursed his lips. âOkay then. Why donât we⌠well, come with me. I want to show you something.â
        Without another word, he snagged your hand and tugged you out of your house before closing the door.Â
        âMaybe you can tell me whatâs up once weâre there.â
                                ~~~
        The drive wasnât long, but by the time it was over, Sugawaraâs headlights and the moon were the only lights around.Â
        The local park sign greeted you once he helped you out of his car, closing the door for you before grabbing your hand and leading you away.Â
        You were surprised at how warm his fingers were when they intertwined with your own, flexing against yours out of habit while Sugawara tugged you around.Â
        âThere,â he muttered under his breath, leading you right to the thickest oak tree around. The trees were few and far between in the clearing where you two settled, and just barely in the distance could you see the plastic playground of the city.Â
        âCome on.â After taking a seat against the rough trunk, he pulled you down into his lap with a soft smile. Like always, your back leaned into his front, which worked as a heater in the slight breeze of the night. His hands wound around your waist and hugged you flush against him with not even an inch to spare. Both of your guys' legs lay straight out, his just outside your own but pushing them close enough together that one almost sat on top of the other.Â
        Instinctively, your hands relaxed down onto his thighs, and you finally let yourself relax back into his form.Â
        The silence was nice and peaceful. For a moment, you forgot why he had even brought you there. When you truly let go and wound your arms up behind Sugawaraâs neck, he decided to break it.Â
        âSo⌠do you want to talk about it?â
        Not really, but you knew you had to. Tonight, you just wanted this undisturbed moment with him. You just wanted to listen to the trees rustle and the crickets chirp, all with him by your side. But you knew that if you wanted more moments like this, you had to start talking.Â
        âKoushi,â you sighed and shook your head, âyesterday, at⌠at the game, right?â
        âYeah?â
        âYou and Kiyoko got really, um, really close.â You could feel him suck in a breath, but he let it out slowly before humming for you to continue.Â
        âI think I see where this is going.âÂ
        You werenât sure what to make of that response, so you kept speaking. âYou held hands and-- God, I feel so stupid, but it made me kind of⌠jealous.âÂ
        âAnd thatâs why you ignored me all day?â
        Out loud, it sounded ridiculous-- ridiculous and foolish. So why did the memory of them still hurt?
        âYeah. Basically.âÂ
        You wanted to say more. You wanted to explode and confess, just let loose of all the feelings youâve kept rammed up for months of being with him, but you just didnât want to run the risk of losing him.Â
        You loved him. At least, you think you did. Itâs only been so many months, but when he wasnât around, you missed him, and when he was around, your heart raced with excitement. Seeing him with Kiyoko almost made it look like things were one-sided.Â
        âKiyoko and I are just friends.âÂ
        A log broke away from the dam in your chest, increasing your need to let loose.Â
        âYeah, I know.â Your voice was tight, and there was no chance Sugawara hadnât heard it. His fingers started dancing along your stomach, slipping up your shirt only so far as the skin below your belly button before splaying along the hot flesh.Â
        âYN, I know youâre still not telling me something. Please, you can talk to me. Iâm your boyfriend, and Iâm here for you.âÂ
        The level of comfort those words held, Sugawara had no idea. Your heart fluttered at just their meaning. Someone was there for you, and they wanted to listen.
        So you spoke.
        âI just,â you didnât know why, but your eyes began to burn with tears, âI know Iâm not that girl, you know? The one that everybody would love to talk to and stops and stares at. The one that people would kill to touch or smell or something. And I know thatâs weird or selfish, but God, I just hated seeing you with a girl like that.â
        âYN-â
        âKiyokoâs perfect,â you continued, throat constricting the more you choked out. âI know that. Everyone loves her and wants her, butâŚâ The first salty trail paved its way down your cheek. âKoushi, I want to be that girl sometimes. Itâs gonna sound vain, but I really wanted to be that girl to you. But maybe I needed to be knocked down a peg like that.â
        âYN!â His voice rose and cracked, and his forehead dropped to your shoulder. âPlease, please donât think those things about yourself. Please.â With an open-mouthed kiss to your neck, he shook his head. âI donât want the girl I love thinking these things. I want you to be happy. I want to make you happy. You must not see it, but youâre that girl to me all the time.â
        Another kiss, this one sloppier as he bit back his own tears.Â
        âKoushi-â
        âI hate making a fool of myself in front of you.â Kiss. âI hate how I still feel like a little schoolboy whenever I see you.â Kiss. âFuck, I mean, my hands shake and my heart flutters and I just know my damn palms are sweating but I still want to hold you.â Kiss. âAnd YN, when I hold you, I canât even think straight.â His entire back has curled in over your form like a shield. âMy heart just pounds like crazy and I feel so stupid because I keep thinking that weâve been together for so long and I still get so excited to see you, like a damn toddler on Christmas.âÂ
        The two hands under your shirt travel to your sides so Sugawara can turn you in his lap until youâre facing him head on. Then they peel away and cup your face, fingers stroking the skin while Sugawara stares at you with what could only be described as pure love in his eyes.Â
        Just the sight of it robs the air from your chest. Breathless couldnât describe it, but a rush of elation could. Your stomach twinged with excitement as you swallowed up the unfiltered allegiance Sugawara was swearing to you with his soft, hazel eyes.Â
        âYN, I canât believe you thought anybody else could make me feel something more than you.â A thumb brushes over your lips while he shakes his head. âYou must be blind.âÂ
        When your hands reach up to tangle into his hair, he only allows one of them to complete the trip. The other, meanwhile, is caught by the wrist. Sugawara leads your hand to his chest, pressing your palm flat against the space hiding his heart.Â
        âCan you feel it?â You do. His heart is pounding, much like your own. The speed and force of each thump under your palm has you leaning your cheek into his other hand. âThereâs that smile I love so much.â His thumb runs over your upturned lips once more, and you canât help but blush.Â
        âKoushi.â
        âHmm?â His eyes are still locked on your lips, but they slam shut once you pull him into a kiss. A moan escapes his throat at the feeling. Itâs passionate and thankful and loving. It washes your worries away and has you confront the warm, soft truth: youâre in love with him, and thatâs what matters. Youâre urged to separate only for a truly desperate need of air, and even then the distance between you barely grows.
        His hot breath warms your cheeks as he dips his forehead against yours, dropping his hands to wrap your legs around his waist. Fingers massage the flesh of your thighs as he keeps his eyes closed, lips searching for yours once again only to be stopped by a giggle. His eyes flash open at the sound, crinkling at the corners when his mouth curls into a confused smile.Â
        âWhat?â
        âNothing, nothing.â In all honesty, you feel like you're on cloud nine, riding a wave of pure bliss. âItâs justâŚâ your hand pats against his chest, rumpling the white t-shirt heâs wearing. âYour heartâs beating really fast. Maybe we should take a little break.âÂ
        Sugawara chuckles and leans back against the tree, ducking your face into the crook between his neck and his shoulder with a hand in your hair.Â
        âTrust me, princess. When youâre nearby, it always beats this fast.â
would it be possible for you to make yandere Michael Gray head cannons? Like maybe pre-kidnapping then after? (I love writing âşď¸âşď¸âşď¸)
ayo i hate writing ig we're opposites in that wayđ§
hmmmmm um I aint gots no ideas for this umm
maybe like
michael is such a fucking sap for you.
he loves to watch you tooling around under the sun; it makes it so much easier to imagine his hand in yours, you hugging his arm close to your chest as he walks alongside you.
he needs you.
like an addiction crawling underneath his skin. He gets absolute shivers at the thought of holding you.
and, oh my God, he blushes when he thinks of all the dirty things he wants to do to you, before and after the kidnapping. it's actually kinda... sweet?
you'd say he's growing on you, but there's no way. No FUCKING way that's happening.
maybe.
and after kidnapping, constant touches.
doesn't know his boundaries so you'll like wake up to him caressing your hair or skimming his lips along your arms. one day you fell asleep on your stomach and you like woke up to him massaging your back??? no. fucking. boundaries.
the nicknames. lover, baby, sweetheart, my love. Angel. he whips them out all the time, ESPECIALLY when you're acting a little too rowdy for his taste. "angel" he wring it out of his throat, jaw twitching. "please stop."
never puts his hands on you, but definitely the type to throw fits where he just throws shit around the room. they get so close to hitting you, and when he sees the single tear racing down your cheek after he surfaces, his entire face goes ghostly white. "no" he'll mumble to himself. then he launches toward you "no, no, no, no, no, sweetheart I would NEVER hurt you. please don't look at me like that. I love you so much, stop looking at me like that."
he begs and pleads for kisses. then he takes them. He'll take them until you learn to give them.
and when you start giving them, he'll take even more.
because you love him just as much as he loves you, right?
Right.
and he loves you too sweetheart. with his little puppy-dog eyes adoring you, and the way he soaks you into his skin, hands grasping for every inch of you.
Michael Gray loves you, and you learn to love him back. You will. He swears it.
