Writing prompt 7

“Whatcha’ gonna do? Stab me?”

“Well, as a matter of fact…”

“You know,” they said softly. “Something about you always makes me think that everything is going to be okay. You asked me once what I believed in - you.” They gave the other a hopelessly fond look, a smile crossing their lips, laughed. “I think I actually believe in you. It’s very irritating, I sort of want to punch myself in the face.” 

The other’s brain had stopped working around the point of the first sentence. “Please don’t punch yourself in the face,” they managed. Just about. “It’s a nice face. I like that face.” 

She carries her own little universe within herself, every single content paints her life story and reminds her that she’s a piece of it, the stars remind her of never giving up, of always seeing the good in bad and even when you’re at your worst you should just keep shining, the clouds remind her of how important it is to travel, to see the beauty of this world and to breathe a different air and to get lost in a foreign city, the hurricanes remind her of the past, of the fact that it may hurt, but accepting all that pain makes you stronger and wiser, everything can change in a minute and we have no control on anything, the sunsets and sunrises remind her of how beautiful it is to continue doing your thing, even when nobody notices you, because it doesn’t mean that you suck, at the end of the day, you should do things for yourself first, the rain reminds her of the fact that letting emotions out is always good to do, because in order to grow and to bloom you have to cry at first, the air reminds her of being kind to others, to always help them and show them that life is truly beautiful, you know you have lived when someone tells you “because of you, i never gave up.”

• I’m the biggest flirt in high school, I can get anyone with a few well placed words. And then you walked in and I became a stuttering mess and I can’t control myself anymore. I can’t even flirt with other people. What did you do you wizard-

• I come from a poorer off family compared to this rich kid neighborhood, but I was smart enough to get into this lovely high school since my GPA is just..wow Anyway, I met you, and I insist on buying you all the things. And you don’t know that you have more money than I will ever in this lifetime but shhhhh-

• You’re the prettiest person I’ve ever seen, and I’m in the yearbook. I insist on taking pictures of you on any occasion because you’re just really great and the pictures are the best I’ve ever taken. Please come with me to the park, because you /and/ flowers is a match made in heaven-

• I hack into the announcements system every Friday to softly play music that people have suggested to me during class. And everyone just listens while they work and dances around and has a good time. And I’ve just been caught by you, wanna chill and pick a song..?

• I volenteer at the nurses office after school, and you’re the idiot who joined the Adventure Challege Club, where it’s lots of physical activities, and you don’t fucking listnen to your intructer, at all- We see each other a lot

• “Why are you hiding in the bathroom?” “Why are you /reading/ in the bathroom?” “…touche-” Wish I could say that was the last time this happened to us-

• So you’re the kid who runs the announcements, and I’ve been dared to kiss your cheek on valentines day, since you’re my crush and all And I didn’t expect you to just fucking stop in the middle of your little speach and say ‘I love you-’ to the whole school just now- I’m kinda dying here-

Types Of Kisses 2

1. Whispering “I love you” between kisses 

2. That little moan during the kiss when you bite their lip 

3. Both pulling each other into the kiss 

4. Kisses on the forehead to make the person feel better 

5. Soft kisses on the neck that make you giggle and Person A kisses you more on the neck just to hear you laugh 

6. The super long kiss that wasn’t intended

7. A kiss on the hand before asking them to dance

8. Kisses that travel from the person’s face down to their neck (height difference)

9. Quick kisses that you steal from each other at parties 

10. Not being able to speak properly after the kiss ends 

Bonus: Tracing the other’s lip after kissing them because those are the softest lips you know and you kissed those lips
