Whew, we survived christmas. Some of us feel bad, some of us feel the worst, but we did.
Now it's time to finish the new year calendars and notebooks and prepare for the new year with a good netflix film and some green tea.
I can help yall to don't forget about 5 things that you would probably like to have in your cute disordered diary to don't throw it away cause it's not perfect after a week.
Write the bmi divination and next to it count it for yourself (you know you love numbers, you know)
bmi= your weight÷(your height in meters × your height in meters) example: 1,50m height:
18,5-24,99-the correct value-41,6kg-56,2kg
25-29,99-overweight
30-34,99-obese
35-39,99-big obesity
>40-morbid obesity

Make a body check part-write date, weight and chosen parts of body to measure. Chose the dates that mean something for you, like the full moons of the month or every 14th day of the month etc.
Make a cute motivational part. You can put stickers, write kind words, just make it a warming motivation.
Safe food part. Write, or even draw your safe foods and write some kind, motivating words near so you can print this part into your brain and have it always when you binge. Then make sure they're always in home or avaiable so you can eat it instead of binging.
What works part. Write here the best options for when you feel you want to eat something sweet or salty or you want certain foods like cheese or bread. Sometimes your body just needs the witamin that contains that food and you can easily replace that with weggie or fruit.
