MANGA CLEANING/TRANSLATE

I'm planning to start TO TRANSLATE Servamp's manga into PT BR (Brazilian Portuguese), but I don't think I'll be able to do it alone ;w;

Does anyone have the clean manga (that is, without the texts and stuff) or would be able to help me with this part? I can translate the panels, but I have difficulties with cleaning. And when I mean cleaning, is like this:

It'd be easy if all of the problem was just to clean this kind of text, but some parts will need to redraw because cleaning the text will clean the background too, as example:

I'm REALLY interested in bringing this manga translated to Brazil, and any help is welcome! I'm mainly looking for Brazilians, but if you're not one and still want to help me, I'm open too!

Idk, I just feel that this matches with them, mainly because of the "monster/man" thing, and all of the catholic guilt and symbolisms that are around of Jeje and Mikuni (we can't forget that The Hunchback of Notre Dame is a movie which directly addresses the topic)
