they take turns drawing carda: tommy > techno > wilbur > phil. tommy draws a +4 card, meaning the next person’s turn has to draw 4 more cards, becoming further from winning.

however, everyone LOVES breaking the rules, and techno, will, and phil JUST happen to also have +4 cards. all the +4 cards stack onto each other until it reaches tommy. tommy, being left with no more +4 cards, has to now draw 16 😢😢😢😢
