There was some kind of promo video on YouTube (that was found by @annchanorsomethin, but now it’s deleted, sadly) where Dr. Nefario was vibing in the TV screen in the corner and absolutely having the time of his life, but the screenshot was only in this shitty quality and… I decided to draw it :D

What’s remarkable is that his glasses there were just regular transparent and not turquoise tinted as they are in the movie.
