i know a lot of people came to f1 late and maybe aren't quite sure about what makes lewis so great, like outside of the statistics. racing book recs are about bygone eras while the netflix show often places itself way outside of the historical context of the sport (there was a championship battle in 2018?) r/f1 used to have an editorial team in 2020 that used to do session summaries and deep dives – one of the members also compiled an ebook recapping of all of Lewis' 92 wins when he broke that record. it makes for very compelling reading! it's free to download.
