Shit That’s My Home Town, Stay Safe Every One.

As a cops daughter I know full well the dangers and risks cops face every day, and I understand that they have to always be on guard when the enter a scene. But this is completely insane. They were unarmed, they weren’t resisting arrest, and they weren’t threatening in any way. The woman was pregnant, she was holding a baby, they were pointing the gun at that baby and demanding that she simultaneously exit her vehicle with, and keep her hands up. There was no reason for their guns to be drawn in the first place, shoplifting is not a dangerous crime, and very rarely does shoplifting turn violent. They had no excuse and it is terrifying that they weren’t immediately fired for this brutal behavior.

$10m each I hope. There is never a reason to point a gun at a woman who is holding her child. This video makes me sick. Everything about this is wrong. They don’t deserve that uniform

Yes, fanfics are just meant to be a fans creative interpretation of an established work. If it doesn’t involve sex then thats fine, but if you want to write your favorite characters with A/B/O dynamics and sub/dom relationships then that is also fine.

There is a trend I’ve noticed that smut fics tend to be much more popular than anything else and honestly I just want to have something to look at to remind myself and that writing doesn’t have to have sex to be worth putting out into the community.

As someone who uses fandoms as a coping mechanism, this is unacceptable behavior. You know that when you re blog the op gets a notification. Not everyone wants to get your nsfw fanfic in their notifications. There are safe spaces for creating such content, the reboots of a person post about their own life is not it.

Please use the proper spaces for fandom content. It’s literally so easy to not make unsuspecting people uncomfortable.

like i need you to understand how incredibly inappropriate and abnormal it is for your immediate reaction to someone’s personal post to be “i should tag this and make it about my OTPs and headcanons” or “this is a fanfiction prompt”

When does Atlas come back???

I can’t understand why there is the stereotype that children of color are aspiring delinquents. Kids can be so beyond selfless and this one would rather stand between a gun and his classmates rather than see them get hurt.

The question I have is why in the hell is a teacher asking kids to be human shields?

This child is one of the reasons why I have faith in today kids, and I pray to God he never has to stand and protect his friends against a mad man.

Unarmed Black Man With Hands Up Shot By Police.

Charles Kinsey, 47, a behavior therapist from South Florida was shot in the leg three times by the police in North Miami while laying on the ground with his arms up and trying to help his patient with autism who had run away from a group home.

It all started when someone called 911 and said there was a man walking around with a gun. However it was Kinsey’s patient who was sitting on the ground cross-legged, playing with a toy truck.

Charles got shot by police despite telling them he was only trying to help his patient.

The police shot him, handcuffed him and left him on ground bleeding.

North Miami police have not released much information at all. They haven’t released the officer’s name, they haven’t given us an update on the investigation. However, they did say that the state attorney is now a part of this investigation.
