Headcanon that Percy gets a job at an aquarium that rehabilitates sea creatures and every creature in the facility is so incredibly happy to have their Sea Prince taking care of them.

Until he says he can’t swim with them because it’s not allowed and he’d get in trouble if he does (looking at you Myrtle the Sea Turtle) and won’t be allowed to take care of them.

The creatures that are allowed to return to the sea throw the biggest fit at Poseidon because they want to play with Percy and properly thank him for caring for them and next shift Percy works he’s surprised to find Dr. Po Seidon talking with his boss about letting him swim with the animals.

even though a lot of phannies are Actual Adults in their 20s and 30s i find it wild as fuck when phannies are married / have kids and stuff. how are you a phannie and well adjusted. at 22 i may have a job but i am very much still eternally mentally stuck at 12 years old when i first started watching dnp and they altered my brain chemistry and permanently altered the trajectory of my life forever.
