So, back around 2022-2023, I had to explain to a BUNCH of friends what exactly is/was the Undertale/UTMV fandom. It was hard to explain AUs of AUs… of multiverses… to people which weren’t there to personally experience the transition?

A lot of these stories and ideas just stems from people getting inspired off of other people, and kind of building up from there. However, if you weren’t really there for the natural progression of that… the fandom will kind of seem like… a lot (even though it kind of is ^^ the rabbit hole runs deep…).

So, I tried my hand at semi-making a “comprehensive” guide to how I see the layers of the fandom ^^” (in a silly, not-so-serious way).

The deeper you go into this fandom, the harder it sometimes gets to even leave 💀

Ink kids are created through Ink’s magic mixing with other energies. So, if Ink is using a viral at the moment, it should affect the Kid.

When PJ was made, Ink was fighting Error. Most likely, he was using the Red viral—Anger. That would mean PJ was created with anger deeply woven into his magic. The result? PJ lashes out easily. He has no patience. He explodes without warning.

*The Angsty Part*

He’s still just a kid. He doesn’t want to hurt anyone. He doesn't understand why he’s always angry. There’s no clear reason, no explanation—just this pressure inside him that pushes him to snap and throw fists.

He gets into fights often. The smallest things set him off. Call him weird? You’ll regret it. Say his brother’s a nerd? Goodnight. Even something as harmless as a cough could push him over the edge.Afterward, he’s scared.

What did I do? Why did I do that? Why can’t I just let things go? He doesn’t know why he is the way he is. There’s no reason—right?

He tries to ignore it. He tries to stay calm. But inside, it’s a constant battle—one he doesn’t understand. And it feels like no one else is fighting the same war.He stares in the MirrorHe snaps. He punches the mirror. It shatters. He cries. His hand bleeds.He doesn’t care.

He just wants this feeling to stop.

Fathers love

Error does not know who he was, nor does he care who he was. Now, he’s Error—the opposite of Ink. He’s the vessel Faith uses to bring Destruction into the multiverse. He doesn’t need to be more. He doesn’t want to be more.

After the fight with Ink, Error realizes he lost his glasses. Annoyed, he teleports back to the battlefield.At first, he's almost content with the empty, broken space.

That’s when he’s faced with it.

The creature.

The worst possibility. The glitch in his code spasms wildly, his entire being trembles beneath the realization of something so wrong, so unnatural to him.

And the little skeleton only giggles, looking up at his Father.

Error, the enforcer of Destruction, the core opposite of Creation... created life.

How ironic. He had to laugh so hard that it hurts.

Error was usual slow, But now only a few seconds pass before the kid is tangled over a deep black abyss, tied in blue strings. One action one little movement... would seal the fate of the young one.

But Error stays frozen in place… until he realizes he can’t bring himself to do it.

Something deep inside him won’t let him.

A part he lost long ago.

Funny how things come back to you.

He lets the kid fall. Not to Its death, but into his arms.The strings that held him up fall to the ground.Error acts fast. He did not think much—he already made up his mind.Before Ink can return, he and the little one would be gone.

Error didn’t need to be more than a Destroyer.He didn’t want to be more.Still, he is now more then he ever thought
