(Like from all the shapes you could have put the art department choose to add speed lines !!! I know Pietro its normally has a lightning symbol but this patterns have also been used in various of his comics costumes ahhhhh. The devil does appear in the details )

Dottie WandaVision Theory

Me confused on why Wanda would create someone like Dottie, a person with the potential of making her a pariah of her OWN reality...Why would the MCU cast such a strong, nostalgia powerful actress (Emma Caulfield) for a one-episode appearance character???. 

Understanding that Agnes has taken on herself all the “Bad Guy” suspicious, but we are not even certain that Dottie is part of the original Westview population

Connecting more dots,  studying a little more into her appearance,, how she is the only one standing up to Wanda, and how she seems to be the main “for the children” instigator.

Realizing there is a real possibility Dottie is actually! the supreme enchantress Clea, better known as Clea Strange 

WHO is rumored to appear in Doctor Strange 2, which BTW is confirmed to be linked with WandaVision.

She and her family lost their home to the bombings, displacing them all to a tent. The unhygienic conditions have caused both of Eslam's children to develop skin diseases.
