This was taken along the triple track mainline of the Union Pacific in eastern Nebraska. These images show us an eastbound train between Overton and Lexington, with the grain elevator located at a spot that was once known as Josselyn.
The triple track of the Union Pacific runs from Gibbon to O’Fallons, a distance of about 125 miles, and is one of the busiest railroads in the world.
