DEFINITELY not your body and DEFINITELY not time, right? :D........ WRONGG!!

pure consciousness is a state of consciousness that's induced, not forced. waiting for a shift to the purest state already makes no sense. you're literally waiting for the 3d to "disappear" and for "darkness to engulf you", when the only way for that to occur, is if your awareness is not on the 3d. time included (ofc, unless you assume otherwise ^^).

y'all are too attached to the 3d!

that's a reoccurring problem in the manifesting and pure consciousness community! y'all constantly want movement to happen in the 3d.

y'all wanna feel "symptoms"

y'all continuously check time

y'all worried about the noise in the background

y'all are too worried about the 3d, and that's why you're still in the awake state!

awake state: aware of 3d and 4d

purest state: aware of 4d only

sleep state: aware of neither 3d nor 4d

when you're inducing pure consciousness, your awareness must only be on the 4d. you shouldn't be wondering about the whens, hows, whats, whys, wheres, and ifs.

waiting for a shift will keep you in the awake state. your state of consciousness will not transition into the purest state, if you're constantly worried or focused on the 3d.

*.˗ˏˋ DEILD- The Quickest And Easiest Method To Lucid Dream That I know Β΄ΛŽΛ—.*

Listennnn, I love the lucid dream method down. It is AND ALWAYS WILL BE my favorite way to shift, apart from the void state.

BUT I know I cannot be the only one struggling to get lucid😩😭 At least I used to struggle before I found DEILD. I found other techniques tedious, having to do constant reality checks during the day felt like a chore and lying completely still in bed for 30+ minutes waiting for my body to fall asleep was quite literally torture to me. IF I could stay awake through it because most times I couldn’t or just rolled over and gave up because nothing was happening and I was trΓ¨s uncomfortable.

I’ve tried mild, SSILD, fild, ALL THE β€œILDS” every single one and while they are effective, I’ve finally found the technique that works best for me and takes the least amount of time so I thought I would share, just in case it may help someone else!

With this technique you…..

Go from being awake directly into a lucid dream without falling asleep (this is called a wake initiated lucid dream and in my experience I feel more aware and in control with these vs when I randomly become aware in the middle of my dream. They are also easier to remember if you have poor dream recall. )

Are able to start the lucid dream scene in the privacy of your own room so you don’t have to worry about trying to shift in the middle of distracting dream scenes or dealing with distracting dream characters

You can save a Lucid dream that’s been cut short or even have several lucid dreams in one night using this method

Don’t need to do reality checks during the day if you don’t want to or do any other daytime prep

The whole thing takes 10-30 seconds START TO FINISH!

The technique…

*.˗ˏˋ DEILD Β΄ΛŽΛ—.*

Steps…

Before bed set the intention that when you wake up you will immediately remember to perform DEILD

Set a touchless alarm to wake you up anywhere from 3-6 hours after falling asleep. I like this one! Maybe put it in a playlist with a lucid dreaming subliminal or theta waves set to play after the alarm goes off to boost your chances of becoming LucidπŸŒ™

Go to bed as normal. As I fall asleep I like to imagine myself waking up to the alarm and successfully performing DEILD. Then I imagine myself successfully entering the void from the LD and then successfully waking up in my wr. I loop this sequence until I fall asleep. I do this to help me remember to do the technique the second I wake up, but it is not at all necessary.

Immediately upon waking and hearing the alarm, I try to remember to stay still and not open my eyes. Minimal movement is fine, but we’re trying to convince our body that we’re still asleep! The alarm will shut off on its own.

Wait for what feels like 10 seconds without actually counting (Again, you don’t want to activate your Brain and wake yourself up too much )

After it feels like 10 seconds have gone by, do a reality check like the nose pinch test EVEN IF YOU FEEL WIDE AWAKE and don’t think you could possibly already be back asleep in only 10 seconds. Most of the time you’ll already be in what is called a false awakening-when you think you’re awake in bed but you’re actually dreaming

If you were able to breathe through your closed nose you are now in a lucid dream starting out in your room. You can proceed to shift to your dr in any way you like-some of my go to’s are:

-creating a portal

-entering the void and shifting from there

-entering the astral realm and shifting from there

-waking myself up from the dream but intending to wake up in my dr not my cr

Editors note:

If when you do the nose pinch test, you are still awake, repeat step 6 up to 2 more times. If by this point, you still have not entered a lucid dream, it is best to go back to bed and try again the next time you wake up. This method is very effective but fragile, as it is best performed in that very small hypnopompic window right when you are teetering on the edge of awake and asleep.

Why this method works…

When you wake up from sleep and don’t move or open your eyes, it tricks your body into thinking that you’re still asleep and it puts you back in a dream, even though your mind is actually awake! This is why a touchless alarm is helpful, or you can use natural awakenings.

Troubleshooting the method…

The hardest part about this method is remembering to stay still as soon as you wake up.

You can set the intention to remember to do so before bed

You can also use prospective memory training during the day (every time you look in a mirror/ drink something/ plug in your phone/ enter a different room etc you can affirm β€œthe next time I wake up I will immediately remember to perform DEILD” )

And if you move by mistake or have to use an alarm that needs manually turned off, all is not necessarily lost. it’s still worth trying anyway as long as you think you’ll be able to fall back asleep! Just wait 30 seconds instead of 10 before doing a reality check and consider using an anchor to help keep you focused and awake (could be focusing on the sound of the subliminal if you made a playlist, or the sound of a fan etc)

TLDR OF THE TECHNIQUE:

Wake up either naturally or to a touch-less alarm. If you must use a manual alarm, keep movement minimal as to not activate your brain too much.

Lie still with your eyes closed and keep a blank mind for 10-30 seconds

Do a reality check to see if you are lucid dreaming

Does inducing pure consciousness (or the void) seem complicated? I promise it is EASIER than you think! You just need to understand how your body and mind are working at that moment.

BODY SLEEPS, MIND STAYS AWAKE

The key to everything is this: when the body falls asleep and the mind stays awake, you are in pure consciousness.

Why? Because without an active body, the ego loses power. No limiting thoughts, no fixed identity, just YOU as pure awareness.

HOW TO DO THIS

Do this after you wake up at night (your body is already super relaxed and ready to go back to sleep!)

Lie down and relax, without moving.

Let your body fall asleep, but keep your mind awake. Count in your head or focus on an imaginary point in space. This prevents your mind from following your body into sleep!

If you feel tingling, heaviness, or a feeling of β€œdisconnection” from your body, you’re there!

At this point, simply affirm, β€œI am pure consciousness” or β€œI am in the void.”

Boom. Your body is asleep, you are pure consciousness.

You will find yourself in an immense calm and darkness, with no body perception. No weight, no limiting thoughts. Just YOU.

You are in the void. You are consciousness itself.

And from here you can manifest anything instantly!

COMMON MISTAKES AND HOW TO AVOID THEM

βœ— Waiting too carefully for the body to fall asleep (the paradox is that the more you wait, the less it happens! It's a bit like when you wait for a message on your cell phone, the more you check the less it arrives, right? haha) βœ“ Ignore the body and focus on something neutral (like counting, singing, etc.).

βœ—Thinking that it's difficult or that it takes a long time. βœ“IT'S EASY! The body falls asleep every night, just don't interfere!

βœ—Being afraid of sleep paralysis. βœ“It's not a problem, IT'S YOUR ALLY! If you feel "blocked", it means you did everything right!

β™‘You don't have to "do" something, you just have to let it happen.The body sleeps every night. You just have to stay present with your mind awake.

That's why it's FAST and EASY.β™‘

getting into sleep paralysis is very easy, you just need to wake up in ur rem cycle.

now how to wake up in ur rem cycle? very easy. as humans we mostly sleep for 8 hours everyday.

as you can see on the chart, those are the time’s that you will usually be in ur rem cycle.

by this chart, pick how many hours you want to sleep in order to wake up in ur rem cycle, for ex.

2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours 6, hours.

me personally, i mostly sleep for 4 hours and 30 minutes in order to wake up in my rem cycle (:

waking up in the rem cycle is waking up during a dream, or before ur dream ends!

now how to actually get into sleep paralysis with this! the thing about sleep paralysis ur mind needs to be awake while ur body is asleep. so when you wake up from ur sleep, you have to do something for 10-15 minutes. so when you lay back down you have some type of awareness to latch on to. getting into sleep paralysis is like a meditation, the faster you relax, the faster you get in. when ur attempting sleep paralysis, you can just lay down and focus on some background noise or anything, just don’t fall asleep! and by in 10-15 min or less, you should be in sleep paralysis!!

tips!!

if ur attempting to shift, use shifting subliminal in the back group that you can focus on!

if you want to get out of sleep paralysis, just say you will in ur head, or wiggle ur toes & feet

if you have trouble waking up, put ur phone on the other side of the room before you go to sleep, so when you hear the alarm. you have to get up & turn it off!

so basically in sp, you have full access of ur subconscious mind! i mean full access, because ur left brain is off (ur logical side) and ur right brain is fully on (the creative side)

imo, sleep paralysis is just a deep meditation (: and the gateway to everything!

faq: β€œis sleep paralysis scary?” no, it’s only scary if you believe it is. and if you see anything that makes you uncomfortable, you can manifest it away!

Hey everyone! I hope u all are doing well <3 This is going to be a simple , short and yet very effective method on how u can reprogram your subconscious to enter the void state

Ok...so I know this is going to sound a little weird but throughout the day say what you're doing as u do it

For example : You pick up your water bottle SAY "I picked up my water bottle " ( you can say it in your head too but if you're alone do it out loud )

This way when u will do it as you try to enter , your mind will be like " Oh yeahh they've doing this all day , it's fr " and you'll enter the void instantly since your mind is already used to it
