Nicole except when she thinks about jecka moving for college she gets so unbelievably angry that she doesn’t recognise it. The fact that she’s getting her life together, moving away and won’t be there to clean Nicole up after she gets so drunk shes sick. She feels dizzy when she thinks about it, being so fucking selfish but unable to stop because she needs jecka.

Jecka x Emily British hcs?? 👉🏽👈🏽 (holy fuck I need a creative ship name for them)

I mean, I just call them jeckily but il he’ll think of a more creative one 😋

- Theyre very “popular cus theyre pretty/nice but disruptive/misbehaving x popular cus she starts on everyone, has been suspended three times consistently, disruptive but funny “

Does that make sense idk

- They dgaf abt year 7’s, they SHOVE in the lunch lines, in the hallway, on the stairs. They don’t care 😭

- Emily is always copying off of Jecka’s work, when they’re not in English, science or maths (because of sets), Emily’s in b1, b2 and b3 for them, and Jecka’s in a1 or a2. But during things like history or geography Emily copies.

- Emily is mooching off of Jecka’s fancy stationary (when she’s on her own shes using floor loot 💔 but lwk same)

- Getting detentions/iso together (jecka was doing her makeup and Emily shoved a year 7 down the stairs)

- Jecka turns up presentable, pretty and such, maybe half an hour late (cant b too late or she’ll get beat), or not coming in at all. Emily rolls up at lunch or later, trainers, missing blazer, tie, untucked shirt, buttons missing from said shirt, no bag, no equipment, smudged makeup, messy hair and a tenner in her bra running off of red bull.

- Redbull winter edition x Watermelon monster (mainly redbull x monster)

- They skip things like PSHE to run around the building.

- The opinions on teachers: “I hope that fat bitch fucking kills herself,” “aww, no, shes actually sweet you just don’t like to listen cus you have odd or some shit”

- Emily actually does struggle with school a lot, which is why her attendance is like 50% and below. Whenever something happens she goes straight to jecka for emotional support ( when they’re separated in the seating plan it’s normally: “im not allowed to move because she had separation anxiety” “yeah, I have separation anxiety, im not allowed to move,” which is somewhat the truth)

- the amount of times they’ve been put on report.

- Jecka brought vodka in her water bottle and Emily brought cigarettes and they got drunk on the field. Until they got caught by SLT and got a 17 day suspension, with internal exclusion for a week.

i love when he vents to me in long paragraphs so i can send even longer ones back telling him how amazing he is and how he has so much potential and hes so smart and handsome and amazinf and clever and my bestest friend and i love him so much hes my shayla hes my everything i dont want him to die ever hes my world idc how fucked up he is in the head or how much he might hurt me becayse at the end of the day all that matters is that he's venting to me and i get to be the one who comforts him ❤

class of 09 girls + their aesthetics bc i’m tired of people not getting them.

(minor tw for sh & ed):

jecka: she’s literally a preppy, trendy 2000s teen. she wears lacoste/abercrombie polo shirts, hollister skinny jeans, american eagle, bebe jackets, and juicy couture. a lot of her clothes come from her mom’s job, as apparently her mom gets them for free.

she is a “pharma-princess” and openly idolizes paris hilton. she smokes cigarettes and casually abuses painkillers. she may be a little trashy, but she dresses like any other fashionable girl from that era.

nicole: for starters, shes lower middle class. her mom buys the cheapest internet and cable packages, as well as having nicole on the assisted lunch plan. with that being said, she’s not buying a ton of miss me jeans, bb belts, or affliction shirts. shes a hot topic/spencers fiend bc she can steal it. her outfits are usually a hoodie, tank top, or t-shirt with ripped skinny jeans- which is to say they aren’t very complicated. i think people get confused and try and dress her in the modern “y2k” fashion, but it doesn’t really work for her.

shes severely depressed and winning the idagf war, which is shown in her makeup and nails. i think her makeup routine is very messy and smudged, but thats lowkey the look.

emily: shes rich, but she doesn’t care or acknowledge it. she can buy whatever she wants, but chooses to go for the grungey/emo look. even though she’s the most “scene” character, she still follows a few trends- ex: the lifeguard hoodie. her hair is definitely damaged by the box bleach she uses and the excessive use of her straightener. i also think she 100% has raccoon eyes (in the avril lavigne-way.)

she parties with her sketchy boyfriends, day drinks, and does almost any drug she can get her hands on. she’s suicidal and highkey crazy, which results in her tattoos and scars. (the excessive SH-culture is completely on brand for the 2000s.)

ari: borderline manic pixie dream girl going through a sexuality crisis. she’s almost emo, but not quite. she wears winged eyeliner and red lipgloss. her wardrobe consists of mostly graphic tee shirts and skinny + bootcut jeans. she dyes her hair because “no one understands her,” but she still has a decent relationship with her parents.

she used to be a girl scout, so she definitely cuts her own hair and thinks it’s rebellious. i think her favorite shoe would be black high top converse.

kelly: is the definition of a trendy, trashy, 2000s girl. kelly is also rich (as stated by jecka.) she’s popular with the boys because she’s pretty, has big boobs, and dtf. she wears a lot of hollister, wet seal, juicy couture, and victoria secret. i think she would wear a full face of makeup to school. her hair is dyed blonde but she keeps the roots grown out just a little.

megan: 2000s THEATRE KID!! she’s ARTSY, not EMO. she’s apparently pretty, but not pretty enough to be constantly hit on. she wears a lot of media/pop culture clothing and jeans. (if she were in the 2010s, she would wear those hot topic disney dresses.) her hair color is her natural hair color and her nail polish is always chipped.

jecka & hunter say she’s a christian girlie, so most of her outfits are more modest and toned down compared to some of the other girls. she probably wears minimal makeup unless she’s doing a show.

karen: she’s dorky and nerdy to the extreme. she looks very mousy and homely. she likes twilight and harry potter + she works at a library (and is strict about the rules.) karen likes and is good at school. she probably only wears mascara and medicated chapstick + her glasses. she has a messy bob that she never styles.

she’s also insecure about her body, as jecka and nicole make her relapse on her ED, so she wears baggier clothing than any of the other characters.

i think she would wear sketchers and jeggings.

anywho, i like this game and im also super into the genuine 2000s fashion, so a part of me dies whenever i see someone say “nicole listens to ayesha erotica!!” or “jecka wears affliction and bb belts!” girl bffr.

Idk how much you think about this as much as I do, but like, I saw ur art of jecka’s mom and im actually like, 🤭🤭 so uh, do you have any like, headcanons? About jecka’s relationship w her and stuff or how she is as a parent (I can’t remember if it states in the game their relationship but it’s 5;44 am rn and I haven’t slept) 😋 anyway ur art is super yummy

I actually do have some headcanons about Jecka's mom. Since I've been drawing her a lot more lately, these are just a mix of headcanons all together so it's not in order.

• Jecka's mom was a teen mom

• she was an aspiring model before she got pregnant

• she met Jecka's dad in high school so they're high school sweethearts

• she doesn't like nicole

• her and Jecka often buttheads due to her being extremely passive-aggressive and kind of cruel. Also, she was barely their emotionally

• she does want the best for Jecka, but doesn't know where to draw the line between discipline and abuse

• if Jecka were to have lived with her instead of her dad she would've paid for Jecka's college on her own, only if Jecka kept her grades up

• took her huge stash of prescriptions with her when she moved out which then left Jecka having to buy her own drugs yet again

• she was actually the breadwinner in the family, which made her husband insecure

• extremely insecure about her age and looks, thanks to Jecka's dad

• she hates Emily for obvious reasons

• Jecka's dad went for Emily because she reminded him of a younger version of Jecka's mom

• inadvertently blames Jecka and her husband for making her give up her modeling dreams

• put Jecka in beauty pageants until she was 8 so she can develop more confidence

• secretly meets up with Nicole's mom to discuss certain things together

• went into a long and very soul crushing depressive spiral after being married to Jecka's dad for so long she became a shell of a woman

• Jecka's mom was your typical depressed drunk wine mom with an open drug addiction

That's about as many off the top of my head, I'd like to read whatever you think Jecka's mom would be like, since I do have a lot of fun thinking about her as a character. Also thank you! I've been told my art looks like it'd taste like sour gummies whatever that means ☺️
