as a shy introvert who not only joined but also worked hard to excel in public speaking events so that my crush notices (we didn't end up dating but whatever lol), just going to say that watching Tinn going out of his way for Gun hits different.
Is Fuse actually pretty or is it just me? 🥺
Vice Versa The series could have easily gone wrong with the cliché character tropes. Puen being the rich, famous, handsome, go-getter bad boy & Talay being a struggling professional, socially awkward, ball of sunshine who fixes the bad boy.
While the characters easily fit into the tropes, it's the little details that make them more realistic & non-stereotypical.
Puen is everything like the bad boy, except he isn't. He is polite, likeable, hard-working & overall a sweet guy. He should have slipped into a negative spiral after losing his fame overnight & turning into a struggling scriptwriter.
Ironically, it's not the success that gets to his head but the absence of it. He was probably overworked & lonely in real life. He must have had a misconception that life without fame was going to be easy. He goes haywire when he turns into Pakorn, an average boy with no eyes on him. However, he receives Talay's criticism well. He owns up to his wrongdoings & tries to fix them. He learns that this life is his chance to have all the friendships & love he yearned for, so he must handle it with care.
Talay is struggling with job interviews & awkward around new people. But he is not lonely, he has a fairly active social life. He is passionate & workaholic. He doesn't seem like a pessimist, but he doesn't seem like the eternal optimist who believes in fairytale endings either.
Talay is KNOWS the right time to have fun. Instead of living a rich spoilt brat life like Tess, he chooses to be responsible & fix the body owner's life.
He is helpful, responsible & sensitive towards others feelings. At the same time he is not the kind who will shy away from tough conversations. So even if Puen melts from seeing Talay being all goofy & child like, Talay is anything but unicorns & rainbows. Both the leads come with their own sets of strengths & weaknesses.
What is interesting about their romance is that both of them claim to have never dated. And it's surprising that Puen is the one who believes in love despite being in a position where he must have encountered people after his wealth, fame & looks. Meanwhile Talay is the cynical one.
Puen courageously opens his heart. Despite being the go-getter who flirts aggressively, he is extremely gentle. He is trying to understand Talay & help him tear down his walls instead of intruding.
On the other hand Talay is also learning that love does not feel demanding to the one who is experiencing it. He is gradually making space for Puen in his life, developing feelings & attachment while struggling to accept it.
Instead of healing each other, the two are embarking on a journey of understanding each other, following their hearts and coping with their own emotional baggage to prevent their insecurities hurting the other person. (Lol at least I hope so considering the progress until Ep 3 🥲🥲🥲🥲) Because we saw Talay making Puen realise that he can't escape hardwork in any life & Puen trying to make Talay come to a conclusion that love is not supposed to hurt or distract you.
Edit : guess who got clowned from ep4 🤡

From a negative perspective, magenta can promote depression and despair in some, and prevent others from dealing with challenges - it may be just too relaxing for introverts and the chronically depressed.
Being surrounded by too much magenta energy can generate arrogance and bossiness making us feel overwhelmed, irritated, anxious and intolerant.
An excess of magenta energy can be balanced by introducing green into your surroundings.

The way this episode is called "deep magenta" but it's about them finding their spot in a café full of green plants. There's no magenta in sight. And this difference and opposite of meaning is what makes it so special.
Throughout this whole episode we see magenta very often. Wether it's the studio Up found or Talay's pants or a flower bouqet, magenta is present. But Puen and Talay find a café, their spot to share untold words, that doesn't contain any magenta, not even a shade of it - and that in an episode that hints at one specific color.
Magenta is mostly associated with spring and love. It's a romantic color. Lotus flowers are often magenta - since it's the equivalent to roses here. Green is spring as well but it's more about new beginnings, it's exciting. While magenta establishes the idea of something staying and lasting, green shows the truth of life changing.
Puen and Talay were flirting before, they talked, they laughed, they became close but they would have stayed that way if Puen wouldn't have said "how about we fall in love with each other?" Their relationship takes a turn and it's no longer familiar, it's no longer lasting the way it was. The state their relationship is in is very fragile where every word is fatal.
When they find the café, they fall more for each other than they expected. "Will they fall in love?" "I guess so." The café marks a turn in how they see each other. It's something new and fresh, thus there is green and not magenta.
It gets more meaningful when Puen hides in the café, waiting for Talay with his sad puppy-face. He apologizes which always means a lot in relationships: having the first fight. He talks about what he felt and it's all very new but warm, not weird at all. They even kiss at the spot, so green leaves surrounding them mirrors all the feelings perfectly.
They lost the magenta to step into something green that could turn magenta again when it lasts and stays.
Do you ever just go "Life 😭💔😔🤡🤮"
But then you realise you're a My Day & just "Life 😍🥰😘💜💙💚💛"

The safety pins
Both are instances when Kim is intruding other's rooms to find information. Therefore the "I'm a safe space" symbolism of safety pin doesn't stand here. Especially when Kim is breaking into the place where others keep their things safe.
It could probably mean Kim is poking his nose here like a pin 😂😂
The safety pin is holding 2 ends of the chain, so it could also mean he's trying to piece together all the clues & information he can lay his hands on.

DON'T TELL ME-
THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY NOT FORESHADOWING, RIGHT? RIGHT?!!!!!????
Part 3/4
No thanks to Tawan for kidnapping Chay to use him as a pawn, it does in a way solidify the fact Kim hasn't & will probably never love a person like he loved Porchay. (And rightfully so)
He now sees no point in saving Porcahy from himself. (Considering Porchay's own elder brother is now Kinn's boyfriend so he's now inevitably linked to the major family & at risk for the rest of his life) This was exactly the situation he was trying to avoid in the first place. But now, it still occurred for different reasons. So he decides to do the next best thing. Follow his heart & fight for his love.
Note how Kim risks coming himself? Despite having professionals who could have done the job for him? It's not only his life that's in danger. He's risking Chay discovering his lies. He's going back to the life he tried so hard to avoid.
Kinn doesn't hesitate to shoot at Vegas, his own cousin. He came with one clear objective. Rescue the love of his life & kill everyone involved in harming him.
Kim is successful in not only saving Porchay but also in protecting his identity from him. He seems to hate confrontation & would rather ghost than dump somebody (which frankly makes him a big jerk but it's a show about criminals so)
Once Kim learns some ugly truth (which I think hasn't been completely disclosed as of ep12) & the fact that Porchay is now living in the main house; he is assured Porchay is going to be safe from physical harm. So he chooses to focus on his plan. He's still a little gentle in turning down when he could've been snarky & ended it sooner. But he's still a jerk :))
What happens next is interesting. While Porchay starts losing his innocence owing to heartbreak (He's Good boy gone bad y'all!!! Any MOAs in the house?!!) Kim stops separating WIK from himself.
It's like they're apart, but they're still growing together. Porchay is learning that love is not just roses but also the thorns while Kim is realising the rose's beauty & fragrance is worth the blood & thorns.

A common Thai superstition is that a virgin lady can prevent rains for the day by sticking lemongrass upside down into the soil under an open sky. This ritual is called ปักตะไคร้ bpàk dtà-krái).
FOR THE HIGHLIGHT if it indeed does not rain then the one who performs it is a true virgin. (Now is this scene supposed to mean something?😂)
