Part 4/4
For the first time Kim almost immediately loses his composure on hearing Porchay didn't turn up for his college interview.
Let's take a moment to appreciate how deep Porchay's love was. š He must have dreamt of joining music school after idolising WIK. The more he got to know him, his idol became his muse & first love. (There's a quote which says "Love is creating a religion with a fallible God") He loved him with all his heart so when WIK left so did Porchay's ability to make art š„ŗš„ŗš„ŗš„ŗ
The vexed person here is not Kim but WIK. He was surprised after hearing even teachers found Porchay as promising as he did. He did spend time tutoring Chay & as a teacher, he was hoping his student to do well.
He also knows Chay is neither incapable nor weak. He was not like regular kids whose main struggles were graduating high school or getting into college. Porchay was coping with their uncle's betrayal. Porsche abruptly leaving him alone with a letter & no way of communication. He was fighting his battles alone the whole time & still managed to stay positive.
Kim probably went thinking Porchay lost confidence & needs reassurance. But then he realized he had been a monster all along. Because it hit him that WIK was the reason Porchay learnt to dream. And KIM was the one who crushed it.
When Porchay tells him off, Kim realises for the first time that he's not in position to lecture anyone. Now that he let someone know about his double life, who was he to teach about separating personal & professional lives? What right did he have to tell anything, when Porchay reminded that he never interfered in Kim's life?
When Kim left warning "From now on, what you do is your darn decision" I don't think he meant, "I'm no longer going to care about you or protect you."
Rather, he must have meant, "You're growing into an adult who needs to take responsibility of his life. So don't do anything that you would regret later." He's right. Porchay should have prioritised college. He's got a long life ahead to wallow, date & break up.
But it doesn't look right when it's coming from Kim, who grew up the way he did, has almost no issues listening to his head over his heart, and is now failing to either hold on or let go. He first leads him on, breaks his heart, and still continues to show up like a knight in shining armor. Only walk away without even an elaborate apology. He can't nurse his broken heart & move on until you withdraw from his life P'KimšŖ
Now ik we're all rooting for a happy ending for our y/n x celebrity in a mafia au š
It's unrealistic to expect Kim to turn into this openly affection person with good communication skills. It's also weird if Porchay adjusts seamlessly into the world of organised crime. Yes even I want Kim to go out of his way & give Porchay a grand apology. I also hope Porchay says that he understands but he's still hurt. That he takes his time to heal & forgive.
A believeable happy ending would be the one where Porchay agrees to make an effort to understand Kim & his life. Meanwhile Kim stops separating parts of himself and promises to love Porchay as Kimhan Theerapanyakul instead WIK or KIM.
Love is not an end result but the efforts made every single day.

Part 3
no i dont think women starving themselves and reconstructing their entire faces with makeup and plastic surgery is feminism and female empowerment
Part 1/4
Lets first look at the 2 personas of Kimhan Theerapanyakul
Kim
Third son of the major family
Shrewd, calculative & sort of a silent killer in human form
Has no difficulty stopping emotions from meddling with his rational mind
Grew up in a world of organised crime
Watched his eldest brother get kidnapped & suffer from unhealed trauma
Was encouraged to inculcate trust issues & never believe in the goodness that exists in the world
Extremely good at reading people
Introverted
The last 2 points could either be inherent or acquired. Witnessing his brothers struggle, the constant rivalry between major & minor family must have made him lose his innocence quite early without even trying. (Imagine how sick it can be when the adults encourage cousins to be rivals)
I strongly believe he discovered something disturbing about his family which made him choose to move out & isolate himself. His ability to shut down his emotions with ease could again be inherent or acquired, but it only makes him more dangerous if he were to actively get involved in crime.
He could be gathering information after moving out for either of the following reasons
He discovered a family secret he shouldn't have which even his elder brothers are unaware of
He is disinterested in the family business & power play; lucky enough to have Kinn who made the sacrifice
It's all a disguise to gather intelligence & protect his brother from far
He has a plan which should be executed without his father's knowledge
WIK
Student at a music school
Celebrity, singer & songwriter, plays guitar & piano
Perceived as a common civilian by public
Has a good fan following
Gets equally impressed & excited on meeting a dedicated fanboy
My stance is that he wouldn't agree to tutor Porchay even if he was not a mafia's son. Because he is a celebrity; he would want to keep a healthy distance from his fans.
He himself admits to Porchay that WIK is the side of him which he prefers. For someone who lives in self imposed isolation (privacy is now at double risk as a celebrity & mafia prince) his art is an outlet for emotions. Music is his safe space.
Kimhan Theerapanyakul has no trouble compartmentalizing his life & switching personas.... Until Chay enters his life.
Part 2
Part 4
You always get an extra popsicle for him (he can finish one in two bites HOW CUTE ASFHDWAK)
Loves it when you come to practices & sleeps in your lap during breaks
Rants a lot about volleyball to earn a scolding from you ("Stop being so hard on yourself Nishinoya!!")
Very big on PDA and loves posting couple pictures on social media
Worries if you are jealous of Kiyoko but relieved after you both become friends
Loves hand holding and other forms of physical touch (loud clingy babieee)
Let's his hair down in front of you & you love patting his fluffy tuft of hair
Pouts if you don't give him a good morning/good night kiss
Many study dates bcs he can't study but you both get distracted (Ennoshita the tutor ftw)
Always acts cheeky and flirty with you no matter the day
Insists you come to every match to cheer
Needs a little push to open up about difficult feelings
LOVES acting all big & protective about you but loves it even MORE when he gets babied by you
Happily wears all couple rings & bracelets
Loves teasing you that "You have a handsome boyfriend"
Regains all energy and forgets his worries for a bit when you meet him
The fact that Puen still goes by "Tun" with Talay despite spending months together hints a bit of self disgust.
It's like Puen is jealous of his own success. Initially he must have been genuinely concerned about privacy. From literally the second day it's evident that Talay does not know much about films or actors. He couldn't guess his name. Even a casual fan would have guessed with those hints.
Celebrity disease is unlikely considering Puen's personality in the real world. However, Puen's actions can still be justified saying he doesn't want to be idolised.
Since the series hasn't ended, it's worth speculating if he has a suspicion if who Talay is. Here's a theory.
Think about it. He met Talay, love at first sight, not once but twice, by fate. Puen could've obtained Talay's contact from a crew member. On reaching out, he must have met Tess in Talay's body who might not have responded well. There's a chance it made him sad enough to get drunk & the next thing, he's met with an accident. But now. Now he meets Talay in the alternate world. Some dots vaguely start connecting. Now he needs to ensure his fame doesn't get in the way. He wants to see the real Talay.
Even this intention can't be justified as of ep6 considering how much they have endured together. They know each other's likes, dislikes, about Puen being done with his fame, about Talay's dreams & fears.
Puen is just fucking scared of rejection at this point & nothing else. It's been so long, revealing himself now would shake things up no matter what. So he hides behind excuses such as scriptwriting to justify his flirting. Sometimes he doesn't even give a decent answer.
It really makes me wonder if he's even interested to go back to his real life at this point. Maybe he likes to be Pakorn with loving parents & friends like Up, Aou & Talay as Tess who he can hit on without worrying about others. He now has a community of people who travelled universes. No one puts him on a pedestal.
He's terrified of his own fame. Worried that it will create distance. That Talay will stop looking at him as an equal.
He must have encountered a lot of people trying to take advantage of his status. He's probably unsure if he's indeed loveable as the whole person he truly is. He could also be afraid his celebrity status will just hurt the ones he loves if both return to the real world.
He needs to have faith in Talay's capability to love him, to accept him as a playful clingy boy who's also a public figure.
He's hidden himself for so long, grown to love Talay so much with time.... that now if Talay can't accept him as a whole.... He'll be heartbroken much more than before. And worse, Talay will be too.
"You could get sick in my bed and I wouldn't even care. It might be a bit annoying to change the sheets but I wouldn't make you help."
Your cheeks give me cute aggression ~Puen

Yuuri Katsuki once believed gold was a finish line...
Yuuri thought moving to Russia would feel like the next chapter. Like skating into a warm-down routine after the final spin. Instead, it felt like standing on the edge of a frozen lake and realizing...he didnāt know how thick the ice was. St. Petersburg was beautiful. Beautiful and brutal. The cold clawed through the seams of his coat. Strangers stared. He missed conbini coffee. Missed vending machines. Missed understanding signs without squinting.
Viktor said he could teach him Russian. āStart with the important words,ā Yuuri said. So Viktor taught him Š»ŃŠ±Š¾Š²Ń, then зГеŃŃ, then оŃŃŠ°ŃŃŃŃ. Love. Here. Stay. Yuuri didnāt say them out loud. He just nodded. Mila showed him how to haggle for apples at the market. Yakov yelled at him less than expected. The rink smelled like metal and iceādifferent than Detroitās sterility, different than Hasetsuās warmth. But it was a rink. He could work with that.
Viktorās apartment had high ceilings and cold floors. Too many mirrors. Not enough ramen bowls. Yuuri unpacked slowly, like he wasnāt sure if he was staying or just if this was real life now. He forgot how to move with Viktor. He knew how to be his student. His competitor. His fantasy. Now he was brushing his teeth beside him, buying milk, folding socks. It felt more intimate than kissing. And when Viktor returned to the ice... Yuuri didnāt know how to watch him. As a coach? Or as a lover? Or maybe as the boy who once idolized him? He just watched. And felt like he was bleeding in reverse.
They trained at different times. Yuuri liked the silence. Viktor liked the music. Yuuri didnāt say he felt small next to Viktorās effortless charisma or how much he missed being the only one Viktor skated for. They fought. Over nothing, at first: A forgotten lunch. A bad practice. A towel left on the floor. Then over something stupid Yuuri said, āMaybe you donāt need me here.ā Viktor flinched. Didnāt answer.
Phichit called. Yuuri cried into his phone and Phichit said, āThis isn't a 'lovers to enemies' trope. You just moved in together, it's a big change.ā Then, they talked about Detroit and that time when attempted to make a pizza, almost blasting their apartment when they forgot about the oven. Now, they laughed about it.
The next week with Yakov's blessing, Yuuri started skating before sunrise. Alone. He built a routine from scratch. Raw. Stripped of flourish. Just breath and blades and fear. He didnāt show Viktor. Not yet. This was his. They apologized. In gestures. In silence. In holding hands under the table at dinner. āI want you here,ā Viktor finally said. Yuuri answered, āAnd I want to stay.ā
Yuuri learned how to curse in Russian from Yurio. He used it once when the toaster exploded. Viktor nearly fell off the couch laughing.
They started using Japanese at home. Viktor mispronounced everything with dramatic flair. But when he said okaeri, something knotted in Yuuriās chest came loose. Yuuri finally showed Viktor the routine. No music. Just movement. Viktor watched, silent, glassy-eyed. When Yuuri finished, Viktor whispered, āThatās the most honest thing Iāve ever seen.ā It didnāt get easier overnight. Some days Yuuri still felt like a guest. Some nights Viktor curled around him like he was afraid Yuuri might disappear. But there was laughter again. And practice. And tomorrows. Hasetsu was his family. Detroit was memory. St. Petersburg was still strange. But it was where his skates lived now. And his toothbrush. And Viktor. And if Viktor was here, then it was home.
Now he understood... there was no final pose. No standing ovation. This wasnāt the end. Because their love had no end. One night, curled up on the couch, Yuuri asked, āWhat now?ā Viktor smiled. āNow?ā He reached to take Yuuri's hand into his. āNext level.ā
