-Plank for three sets of 15 seconds each: move up to 30 seconds after it becomes easier to hold or hold one foot in the air or rest over the other foot to increase difficulty.
-Crunches for three sets of 12 reps: Hold a weight over your stomach (3-5 lbs is good) to up the challenge.

This is my second time doing the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga. I know it doesn’t look like I’m doing much of anything but man this is so hard for me! Nothing wrong with a little fat girl yoga…
I figure this would be good for progress shots too, as I (hopefully) lose weight.
