FAQs

Okay so this is a down and dirty guide to this blog since I am going to try and be more active on it. Any questions about the blog will be put here for convenience sake and I will try to keep it as up to date as possible.

Q: Do you write nsfw?

A: Yes, however, I ask that you specify that's what you're asking for and to be a little specific in the ask. I also encourage specifying if its gender-neutral, AFAB, AMAB, etc. so the request turns out to your liking. I reserve the right to not do requests that make me uncomfortable but that is a case by case basis. As certain things pop up I will update the FAQ with what I'm not comfortable writing. I also warn ahead of time that the NSFW requests will take longer.

Q: Are requests/asks open? A: Yes they are! Unless specifically stated requests and asks will always be open.

Q: How long does it take for requests to be answered? A: That fluctuates wildly with both inspiration and free time. I try to do at least two in one sitting so if one is posted a second one usually follows. I try to answer and fill requests and asks as much and as quickly as I can.

Q: Will you abandon this blog? A: Nope! I enjoy it far too much. While there are times I don't post for quite some time I will return. If ever I do abandon the blog there will be an official post for it.

Q: Is it okay to request different fandoms? A: Absolutely! I'm in a lot of different fandoms so really its just a matter of asking if the fandom you want me to write for is one that I'm in. I may have to make an official masterlist for my fandoms as it becomes relevant and when I do it will be linked here.

Q: Can we request part (insert number here)s for drabbles you've already done? A: Yep! Feel free though I ask that you give me a general idea of what you want that part to include.

A: Oh sweet jesus yes. Absolutely. Lay the ideas all over my inbox like a damn shrine.

Q: Do you write original characters x reader? A: This started as a monsterfucker blog. If ever I have a character you like and want more of just ask and I will go hog wild. There will be xeno all over this blog. Its not just fandom.

The best part of having a cybertronian ride was the fact you didn’t actually have to do any driving. Which was great at the moment as you snoozed on and off in the passenger seat. Rodimus’ holoform was doing a magnificent job of pretending to drive while Rodimus himself had been slowly lowering your seat back as the intervals between ‘on’ and ‘off’ began to grow longer. You’d been up since dawn, having had to make a dash for it when your home had been targeted by the government. It had been pure luck you’d gotten a warning in time to throw some shit into a couple bags and skip town. Now the sun was sinking and so were your eyelids. 

“You good?” Rodimus asked, his holoform turning to look at you. 

“Yeah, sorry.” You fought back a yawn, “Not much of a conversationalist right now.” You joked, already sinking lower into your seat. The fans slowly turned to you, the heat kicking up a notch. He was doing it on purpose, you were sure of it. Rodimus laughed at your sleepy glare- more of a pout than anything. 

“Don’t give me that look, you need sleep.” He told you, holoform reaching over to poke your nose. You let out a tired laugh of your own.

“And you don’t?”

“Nah. I got plenty of rest.” 

“You’re going to crash the minute we reach the base aren’t you?” 

“Yep!” He replied cheerfully. With a shake of your head you smiled. 

“You’re terrible.” You told him plainly. 

“Only for you.” He teased leaning over towards you. His holoform smiled, too perfect teeth in an unblemished face. Artificial perfection verging ever so slightly into uncanny valley. It was true his holoform was attractive, it bore as striking a resemblance to him as possible, but you preferred Rodimus as he was. The cybertronian with more heart than brains. Still, you knew what he wanted, and so you leaned towards him. 

His lips were warm, lips a buzz as if you’d placed them against the old box tv you had at home. That pressure faint but firm for the brief moment that you kissed before pulling away. It was chaste. Just a quick press of lips before his holoform turned back to the road as if he were a real person and not a hard light hologram your boyfriend used to fool people. Giving up the pretense that you were even trying to stay awake you adjusted your jacket and closed your eyes, the heat lulling you to sleep with the comforting purr of Rodimus’ engine.

hi idk if you like to hear other peoples headcanons so if you dont pls ignore but i want to talk to SOMEONE about my silly purpleblood headcanon

alright so; face paint. i dont particularly like the "every purpleblood is a clown" thing (but if you do then hell yeah go off love is real) as it kinda limits the character variety of that caste, but i DO like the face paint as a detail so ive settled with this: i headcanon that the face paint purples are prone to wear is not a Clown thing nor a Cult thing, but a cultural thing. all (or most) purplebloods wear a coat of face paint to symbolically conceal themselves. showing your bare face to someone youre not close/in a quadrant with is seen as a taboo in purpleblood cultures. additionally, letting a quadantmate/close friend see ones face is probably the biggest sign of trust a purple can do (depending on how they feel about the tradition). and having them HELP WASH IT OFF??? ough, now thats /tender/.

I need you to understand that I am ABSOLUTELY FERAL over this idea and it goes perfect with an older headcanon thing I did a while back

Home pt. 3

(part 3 of the home series)

There were a lot of things you’d gotten used to as of late. Lying to your parents being first and foremost. You’d gotten surprisingly good at it. Unfortunately you hadn't gotten used to lying to your sister and as such, you were crashing and burning. Big time. Your sister had called you an hour before your morning alarm had gone off, before either of your parents had woken up, she had been a nervous wreck. Between the culture clash of dwarven vs human weddings and meeting in-laws your sister was close to a break down. It had never truly occurred to you that weddings- especially interspecies ones- could be so stress inducing. Her poor fiancée was clueless on how to help calm her and just as stressed. 

That was how you’d found yourself at their house pouring over wedding plans and getting a crash course in dwarven culture. They wanted a blend of both human and dwarven customs, a way to stay true to themselves and show they knew exactly what they were getting into. It was a romantic notion. Then your roll in the wedding had popped up. Your sister was adamant you were to be a guest of honor. Her fiancée agreed, after all they had decided days ago that you were going to be the one to walk your sister down the aisle. It had been well and good to talk about. Certainly something to ease the tension. 

“So (y/n), do you have a plus one to bring with you?” Your sister had asked as you helped look over dress designs. The question hadn't fully registered with your brain before you were opening your mouth. 

“Not really, I haven't been spending much time with my usual friends since taking another job.” 

“You took another job?” Your mind screeched to a halt as you realized what you had just said. Shit. Your sister wasn't supposed to know about that! God, you’d been so careful. There was still time to salvage this. 

“Ah, yeah. Its for your wedding present. Don't think you can get any more information about it though! Its a surprise.” You laughed it off but your sister wasn't fooled by your nervous fidgeting. 

“(y/n)…” Oh no. Not the concerned voice. You were a sucker for it. She cradled your hands in hers across the table and even her fiancée looked concerned for you. It was too much. You were so close to spilling your guts to them. 

“What’s that face for?” You asked with a mischievous smile. It was fake but your sister didn't need to know that. Not at all. She frowned at you as you carefully pulled your hands away. No doubt she wasn't going to let this go, but there must have been someone out their who loved you because she did drop it. 

“We’ll talk about this later, okay? Right now I need your opinion on what colors we should use for the theme.” The relief you felt was palpable. When you left, a full six hours later, your sister and sister-in-law crushed you into a tight hug. For a moment you didn't want to leave at all. But you had to. You couldn't stay with your sister forever, being a third wheel was not your idea of fun, and you had things to do. But you still lingered in their embrace.

Got some stuff planned for the 413 month but work and life are gaining up on me. But I will do my best to get as much posted and written as I can when I get the chance! Be ready for the occasional spam of fics!

Anyone else look at their favorite characters and just desperately hope they get like an actual friend. Like maybe they have friends in canon but they clearly aren't actually all that close with them so they're still alone. And you just sit there wanting to scream because you could be that friend. Like sure having a close friend won't fix all their issues but jesus they need a shoulder to fucking cry on and someone who will just hold them for a long while without expecting something in return for it. Like. Am I just incredibly queer or is this a universal thing? Because I don't know if anyone else just wants to wrap their fav in a blanket and hand them tissues and comfort food while they wail their heart out and vent. But I sure fucking do.
