Pecculia - 22 - She/They - Lurantis

Lurantis are often seen as pinnacles of poise, regalness and that require tender and meticulous care to maintain their beauty. Pecculia, much to the chagrin of Iyounari Village, isn’t really any of these. While she does have a level of respect for her hometown’s traditions and can be still if the time calls for it, she much prefers being her happy-go-lucky ball of bouncy eccentricity!

While she is pretty good at her assigned role of village chef, her real passion is art -- and she would often sneak away from her duties to paint. (It’s not her fault that she prefers to photosynthesize, anyways!) The villagers always kept calling her the “peculiar one” because of this, but she embraced it and made it her own. She loved how the word sounded, and decided that she was going to claim it as her name: Pecculia, or Pecca for short!

No matter who will try to keep her down, she will do her best encapsulate the beauty of the nature and share it with the world! With her oil-based paint (she absorbs watercolors - she can’t help it!) and adventure as her canvas, there’s nothing that can stop her! ...Though she’s not very good at it yet, she admits.
