Fit check
(I love looking like a freaky time traveller from 2020)
I'm also going to get a haircut today (it's about time, my hair is really too long for my "standards") (I just prefer having short hair rather than medium/long)
Yeah, bc OF COURSE that's how it works 🤡
OF COURSE showing fat characters
=
Glorifying obesity 🤡🤡🤡
OF COURSE making plus-sized characters to help people accept themselves (it's totally not that it's literally what MH is about in the first place, about ACCEPTING OUR DIFFERENCES) is the same as brainwashing someone to gain weight and become fat🤡🤡🤡
(she's not even that big in the first place, wtf was that user on when they were writing this)

Remember that I do NOT promote ana or any other eating disorders, you deserve to eat, you need to eat to survive, I don't encourage you to get yourself into an ED if you don't have one (don't do it. It's not just a diet, it's dangerous), I'm just sharing some of my low calorie recipes/meal ideas to help you and perhaps encourage you to recover because you do deserve to recover, you deserve to be happy and eat without feeling guilty ❤️
Please stay safe ❤️❤️❤️

I feel like if you guys liked my curry recipe, you're gonna like this one as well. I like to call it "ed approved curry noodles"
✨Ingredients✨
👉 200g of konjac noodles (I used fettuccine shaped ones) - 12kcal
👉 1tsp of curry powder - 16kcal
👉 1tsp of garam masala - 9kcal
👉 salt and pepper to taste
👉 30g of white onion - 10kcal
👉 30ml of 3.2% milk - 18kcal
👉 water
~total: 65 calories!!!
✨Instructions✨
Drain your noodles and set them aside. Then, cut up your onion and fry it for about 2 minutes on a dry pan before adding milk and water (Idk how much water I used, maybe about 70-100ml). Stir everything and then add the seasonings before dumping in the noodles. Leave it to cook until most of the water-milk mixture evaporates, making it a thick sauce.
Dump the meal into a bowl and you're done!

Thank you mom for critisizing me for weighing my food. That definitely doesn't make me feel any more insecure and stupid 👍
Ok but why is baby food so good
Here's an easy, low calorie and filling breakfast idea for you ^^
Ingredients: 30g of oats - 110kcal for me 20g of an apple(with the skin on) - 10kcal A dash of cinnamon - 5kcal 15ml of 2% fat milk - 8kcal A little bit of 0kcal sweetener
Total - 133kcal
Pour water into your oats, cover them with a plate and wait for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add in you sweetener, milk, cinnamon and stir everything until fully combined. Chop your apple into tiny cubes, put them on top of your oatmeal and you're done!
I must say that this was my first time making oatmeal from "scratch" instead of those ready, instant oatmeals I used to buy in the supermarket and it actually wasn't too bad. It wasn't too sweet and it's taste was similar to apple pie. The serving looked quite small but it was quite filling and it left me satisfied
(Just a reminder that you DO deserve to eat, you NEED to eat to survive and function properly, you are beautiful just the way you are and you don't need to change anything about you and your body <3 I know how dangerous eating disorders are and how they can ruin your body. I know how hard recovery can be, so please don't force yourself and take it one step at a time. Eating disorders are NOTHING to brag about and I'm not romantizing them in any way. I'm just posting simple recipes while learning how to cook. Please stay safe <333)
Ingredients: 20g of all purpose flour - came out to 69kcal for me (haha, 69) 40g of egg whites - 19kcal 5g/1tsp of sugar - 20kcal (if you don't have any sweetener like I do, then don't be scared of adding regular sugar instead <3 it's a very small amount) 1/2tsp of baking powder A pinch of salt A few drops of vanila extract (Optional) 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar to add on top - 10kcal
Total - 118kcal
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl before adding wet ingredients. In a seperate bowl, slightly whisk your egg whites until they become a bit foamy. Add your egg whites and vanilla extract to dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fry your pancakes on a dry pan, flip when bubbles start to appear on top. Decorate your pancakes with powdered sugar and you're done! You can also use some honey or fruit to make the pancakes more interesting ^^

I tried to make this picture look "aesthetic" but failed miserably 😭
Anyway, I just bought those protein bars at my local supermarket. Never had them but I'm super excited to try, they have about 30% protein, the raspberry one is 147kcal and the caramel one is 156kcal
