I made these in response to hate crimes in my community. They are full size and free to download and print if you’d like to use them, too.
today i learned that according to the New York Post, “Forty-two percent of women have experienced period-shaming, with one in five being made to have these feelings because of comments made by a male friend.” (x)
the black cartoon community on youtube deserves so much more.
JUSTICE FOR KHASEEN MORRIS
thank GOD we are talking about racism towards asians now because as a dark skinned south asian woman my only representation in western media is 1) the smart brown girl studying to become a doctor or 2) the brown girl with overbearing parents who want her to get an arranged marriage. and don’t you dare tell me that this only happens in movies or shows because i cannot count the number of times that white people have come up to me and asked me what medical schools i want to apply to since i was literally 12 years old.
my culture has been stolen by white people trying to be woke while i was shamed for being south asian as a child. the golden milk you find on every white girl’s youtube channel now is haldi doodh, and my ancestors have been drinking it for thousands of years. the bindis on white girls’ foreheads as they go to coachella have served as a target for racists to attack south asian women. but when i drink haldi doodh or wear a bindi, i get stares from white people trying to dehumanize me by calling me barbaric or “backwards.”
racism towards south asians is still around and something that we NEED to keep talking about if we want to see change happen.

A huge lynching mob of Israelis just dragged an unarmed Palestinian out of his car and started lynching him in the middle of a public street, live on Israeli TV.
The Palestinian man is a citizen of Israel, just like the people lynching him, yet he was still beaten bloody with poles from Israeli flags and bitten by one of their dogs. We don’t know what’s his condition right now, but considering that in a video taken from another angle, we see a woman trying to help him but immediately started screaming and crying when she reached him, I’m assuming he’s in critical condition.
Despite the faces of the people beating him being literally shown on live TV, none of the people who participated in the lynching have been arrested by the Israeli police yet (who only arrived half an hour after the lynching was over), just like how most other Israelis who have participated in other on-going lynching mobs targeting Palestinians across the country have also not been arrested.
You know what I don't know what is was........but this post meant alot to me
