The Inktobertale/Inktale challenge originates from the mix of Inktale and October.

The challenge consists of drawing a prompt with Ink!Sans either every day during the month of October, or during the highlighted days for a more condensed "weekly" challenge.

Any medium is welcome for this challenge, including writing.

This theme was created and voted as an Ink!Sans challenge, since there are a lot of other Undertale monthly challenges. The Inktale challenge/Inktobertale focuses solely on the character of Ink!Sans. You are free to make Ink!Sans interact with other characters.

You are free to skip, swap, or alternate days as you like. You can also do it digitally. Feel free to swap between different challenges! The point is to have fun and experiment this month, so make this challenge a fun experience! The use of AI is strictly prohibited.

The new addition from 2022’s Inktobertale is an alternative "weekly" challenge! The second list is a suggestion for people who would like to try a different pace, with roughly one drawing every few days. You're totally free to swap with other prompts if some speak to you better for this list as well.

The first painting I've made in a long while. I wanted it to be fully lineless, but I guess old habits die hard.

Dusk is quite the pretty guy. He's lucky to have such precious ecto, which he's both aware and proud of, treasuring his skin like a temple.

His ecto is more opaque than most, when his LL is high, and shines and glimmers like freshwater pearls under the sun. when he's feeling a little down, his bones become visible again through the skin and the glow becomes dim.

Usually, Dusk doesn't use a female form, simply because he's most comfortable with a man's figure, however he does have his feminine moments. It is, after all, simply another part of himself.

This isn't meant to be NSFW, but instead pure self-indulgence. I draw Dusk feeling himself because it helps me feel comfortable in my own shape.

I've said it once before. I can't afford to keep doing this, getting invested in people who don't love me anymore. (/p) Call it trust issues,

But we both know they weren't coming back. One of us had to leave eventually.

I did take something I shouldn't have. I'll give it back. They can do whatever they want with it.

I've taken to making fake cards. I think they're quite fun. For people who're wondering about the rules, cards without symbols on the top right corner are quick effect. Those with the corners can be "summoned". Summoned cards can hit any opposing card and all have specific effects in the text!

This card features my baby girl Joan pre-transition. she's an Error that looks more like a Geno.

What about French Charas? 'Cause Chara has a latin root it very much is an old-ass, unused since 1200, frenchie name. CH is pronounced K in french too.

At first I was like "dang, you'd looooove Moror and Strive's story" but since you're into fear...that's debatable.

Moror is a version of a Lust universe that was essentially plagued with a very much careless, evil version of Fresh who couldn't world hop and was just permanently stuck there.

Why was Fresh evil, you ask? 'Cause he's a Lust version, is why. Fresh being, you know, Fresh, he was very much not into actual lust- and instead that impacted his character by making him desire things. He wanted company, proper company, he wanted comfort, he wanted ease of life, he wanted people to accept him, and the people not accepting who he was just made him maaaaad.

Moror was eventually elected by his people to become Fresh's newest host, which, you know- fit in with what the very much depressed, very much asexual, very much depressed Moror wanted: the sweet, sweet release of death.

To simplify what happened from then on- Fresh got infatuated with Moror fast, and Moror loved him back right away. They didn't waste much time and became friends almost immediately, then lovers. Unfortunately for both of them, Moror's mental health just got worse and worse, and he eventually Fell Down, leading Fresh to turn the AU he was in into a fucking void out of sheer resentment.

However, haunted by regret and Moror's ghostly sight, he vowed to become better and do his best once more.

I just wanted to say I love your newest fic and its preview comic, it feeds my hunger not only for Fresh content, but from the perspective of his host no less, that's also friendly towards him! (LunaMiuna guest account in ao3 comments is indeed me btw) It resembles my own daydreams about Fresh except in place of Epic is my skeleton OC, Arial. I can ramble to you all about them if you want, as well as my new parasite OC akin to Fresh! Would you want that? •v•? No pressure tho-

Also, I really like your portrayal of Fresh. Loved that cold and uncaring yet chill and friendly attitude, it's so fresh, hehe. :>

As Solis is on break for a few more days, there won't be any updates to Yet Another Parasite, but the other two are still updating as I have more things to correct and eventually post.

Oh, and-- Cross' trauma will make much more sense when Yet Another Battle catches up to his part of the plot more. Yet Another Mistake is Dusk and Fatal as a pair (Dusk is my baby boy I could rant about him to you if you'd like).

In a simulated universe, you are brought to a virtual landscape - specifically on a plain and lonely island in the middle of the vast ocean. Above are the vibrant blue skies adorned with fluffy white clouds. There in the tall grass stands a lone skeleton with strange discolored arms taking a stroll, their back turned. They were humming to themselves, mindless among the fields.

Usually, this would have made Error anxious. Not necessarily the fact they were being listened to by Nightmare's cohort of loverboys, but the fact that he was let into Nightmare's more personal quarters instead of his office.

They were all strewn across each other on the couch, on some level of the sleeping scale- not quite awake, not quite asleep, and Horror wasn't even on the couch because Dust was curled against Nightmare, limbs tangled in tentacles, and Killer was taking up two whole spot with his upper body half curled against his boss, feet shoved into the fluff of Horror's jacket.

Once, Error would have felt uneasy for even thinking "oh hey, that's a new jacket", because of course he didn't keep track of Horror's clothes, he just happened to notice it and whatever.

Nightmare was waiting for his musings to be done, and that was something that had changed too, that he even was willing to wait for Error. He guessed Nightmare had been particularly good to him recently, and he was kind of thankful for that. He also guessed that it had to do with these men, who mellowed Nightmare out to the point of being a pillow for them whenever they liked.

Not quite lovers, not quite castlemates either.

"...I GgueSs I CcouldD ddDoo thHat.", Error drawled with stuttered and broken speech, and Nightmare smiled to hear the glitch he was proud to call his friend agree to a new deal.

"I'm glad we agree on this, Error. Tell me, would y..."

Nightmare drawled the letter out, falling silent as he looked struck with something like awe.

Killer looked up from his snuggling, blinking lazily and giving a small smile- startling Error with the sound of his purring. The destroyer flinched, and put the hand he'd tried to offer down, smoothing the front of his jacket as he tried not to panic.

There was an odd look in Nightmare's eyes and ugh, how irritating.

"ssSoRrY.", he mumbled, cursing himself for the disappointment that was hanging on to him, and frowned when Nightmare smiled.

"No, it is quite alright, Error. Do not ask forgiveness."

Error watched the goopy man grin, and raise his hand; held out for Error to take.

He hesitated- but steeled his nerves, the white noise of Killer's obnoxious purring actually helping soothe him.

This was stupid. It was just a handshake.

His phalanges touched Nightmare's, and the other curled his hand with surprising gentleness, a sort of embarrassing squeak leaving Error at that.

"AaA-nyw-"

"Do you wish to join us?"

The question was so out of pocket that Error froze, a question on the tip of his tongues. His brows narrowed, and he snatched his hand back, a little bit offended.

"Yeah, glitchy. Come here. We were about to watch undernovella's new episode anyway. Right guys?"

They most definitely weren't, but that was a nice thought, wasn't it? that they were willing to drop whatever they'd planned just to ensure Error would be happy. As if to double down, Killer pulled his legs from Horror's fluff, freeing that last spot on the couch, and Horror shuffled to the side. Joining them on the couch.

This was the first time they'd made such an offer.

Error's mangled heart swelled with something a little cold, and something a little warm.

It'd be nice. But he wasn't there yet.

"..."

he hesitated.

"NnNext ttTimMe."

He grimaced, when Killer's purring kicked up a notch and Nightmare grinned, and shuffled his feet awkwardly when Dust opened a socket to watch him and Horror smiled wide.

"I'll have to make more pop corn next time, then. To be sure."

He huffed, warmth blooming in his cheekbones.

"SsTop MAkkKIng tHiIis a BbbBig dDeal!"
