Luke: Deckard's in jail!?!?
Owen: Yeah, for something he didn't do!
Hattie: What didn't he do?
Owen: Run fast enoughđ
*flashback*
Deckard: they're catching up!
Owen: it's fine!
Deckard: how?!
Owen: as long as I run faster than you, they won't get me!
Btw, I am fully convinced Owen is the reason his family is in prison 75% of the time
I have a fun Christmas idea everybody!
We can hang mistletoe, but instead of kissing, you have to fight whoever else is under it!
Weâll call it⌠Mistlefoe
Damian: It would make my grandfather happy that we're trying to figure out his recipe. I bet he's looking up at us and smiling right now.
Duke: Looking up?
I got a haircut!!!
yea im just going to get into it
Harry Potter: Overall good books. They do have plotholes and lack representation, but have a great fandom that makes up for it. A great intro to magic and fantasy for the younger end of the YA spectrum.Â
Overall verdict: ignore the cursed child and youâll be fine
The Hunger Games: I thought these were really interesting books. They deal with political themes that are really important to be aware of. After reading these books I would sit in class and figure out how I would kill all of my classmates in our own hunger games.Â
Overall verdict: heck yeck
The Fault in Our Stars: Pretentious and kind of hard to read, but not that bad. Pretty basic and predictable but still entertaining. The Anne Frank kiss was yikes.
Overall verdict: each to their own. read some reviews before picking it up
Twilight: Not as bad as everyone says it is, but still pretty bad. Really creepy and also pretty damn racist. Has some interesting side characters. I never read past the first book so I donât know that much.Â
Overall verdict: there are better books to spend your time on
The Mortal Instruments: Not outrageously bad, but not Oscar worthy. Itâs kind of just there. Characters are pretty clichĂŠ, and some very unnerving themes are included, the YA Game of Thrones when it comes to incest.Â
Overall verdict: Read her other series; theyâre much better.
Divergent: fun enough. the first book is the best. very confusing and full of plot holes. not that memorable tbh.Â
Overall verdict: just read the hunger games
13 Reasons Why:
Overall verdict: donât
The Maze Runner: the first book is decent. itâs an interesting concept and an entertaining read. beware of an overabundance of boys.Â
Overall verdict: go ahead, just donât touch the sequels
Six of Crows: world can be a bit confusing at first if you havenât read the grisha trilogy, but you pick it up pretty quickly. well developed characters, world, and plot.Â
Overall verdict: hell yeah
Throne of Glass: starts off pretty basic, but decent. gets less decent as it progresses. beware barfing, toxic masculinity, graphic sex, and killing of minorities.Â
Overall verdict:Â i genuinely have no idea what demographic this series is for
Red Queen: more into the political aspect, not that much action. glass sword is the low point. improves a lot in the last two books. iffy lgbt rep. Maven Calore carries the entire series on his back.Â
Overall verdict: itâs not for everyone, but give it a fair try
The Lunar Chronicles: pretty enjoyable. i like the twists on the fairytales. the characters work well together and carry the *pretty simple* plot well. beware possible racism? idk i donât really remember i was like eleven.Â
Overall verdict: yeah sure why not.
Anything by Rick Riordan: i havenât read his more recent stuff (think past heroes of Olympus), but iâve heard good things. the books are fun, and overall really good. i think theyâre meant for a younger demographic but iâm not entirely sure.Â
Overall verdict: please at least read percyâs retellings of greek mythology
A Court of Thorns and Roses: T H I S I S N O T Y A
Namor: *painting a giant wall of Shuri beating his ass* Our babies will be smart AND beautiful
Namora: Not to mention imaginary
Hello Omni and Happy Friday! Can we have an AU where Owen succeeded in his heist, but he and Letty have to team up with the crew years later
Happy Friday friend! Oo! Oo! I've never even thought about an Au like this! I love this idea!!

Dom glanced over at Luke as they both stopped in front of a door
It had been a long two years since Luke had shown up on Dom's doorstep asking for his help. But ultimately, they hadn't been able to catch their man
Eventually, Luke had been taken off of Shaw's case and given other people to track down. With Dom and his crew helping, they were given their full pardons
But, now with Cipher running around, making them and Luke fugitive, they would need some extra man power. They didn't have a lot of options, but Dom was sure this wouldn't be a dead end
Or, at least, he hoped it wouldn't be
"You sure about this, Toretto?" Luke asked. "She still might not know who you are."
Dom shook his head. He could remember the way she had looked at him the night of their last race
Letty knew who he was
"Let's get this over with." Dom grunted
Luke nodded and knocked on the door
After a few moments of waiting, the door opened, revealing a man shorter than both Dom and Luke
Dom frowned and raised an eyebrow at the man. He was wearing a large sweater that seemed to swallow him whole, while reading glasses perched at the end of his nose
He didn't look like someone Shaw and Letty would associate with
"Who are you?" The man snapped, his body tense
"Friends of Letty Ortiz and Owen Shaw." Dom said simply
The man narrowed his eyes
"Why are you here?"
"We need to talk to them." Luke said shortly. "So, if you don't mind stepping aside..."
The man snapped his head up to glare st Luke and for a moment, Dom was sure the smaller man was about to pounce on him. Now that, would have made for an entertaining fight
"Deck?"
Dom tensed as he heard Owen Shaw's voice drift out from the apartment
"Everything ok?"
Dom raised an eyebrow at "Deck", who let out a sigh and opened the door for them
"Your friends are here, Oh." The man shouted back and walked deeper into the apartment, ignoring Dom and Luke
Stepping into the large and extremely clean apartment, Dom balled his fists. Sitting on a couch was Shaw and Letty
She was spread out with her head in Shaw's lap. Dom could see several small braids in her hair as she sat up
"What the bloody hell are you doing here?" Shaw snarled as he rose to his feet. He stepped in front of Letty, shielding her from them
"We're just here to talk." Luke said firmly
"About what?" Letty asked as she stood as well, shoving Shaw out of the way so she could see them
"I don't care!" Shaw snapped. "Get out!"
"Not until we talk." Dom growled and took a step closer
"About what?!" Letty nearly shouted
"We need your help." Luke said plainly
Dom could see Shaw's face slip and his anger be replaced with confusion. He and Letty glanced at each other for a long second, almost as if they were having a silent discussion
"With what?" Letty eventually asked, her eyes narrowed
"We're being hunted by an international terrorist and need you to help us take her down."
"Who is she?" Shaw asked
"Goes by Cipher-" Luke started to explain before Letty let out a frustrated huff and punched Shaw in the arm
"Of all the fucking people!"
"Ow! Bloody tits, Let!" Shaw yelped
"I don't know how, but this is your fault!" Letty snapped, poking Shaw hard in the chest
"Oh, please." Shaw rolled his eyes. "I sleep with her once, and suddenly she's my responsibility?"
Dom blinked
What?
He watched as Letty and Shaw kept arguing back and forth. He couldn't help but wonder what they were to each other
But, if they did agree to help take down Cipher, then just maybe he would get to learn about the odd duo

I hope you enjoyed friend!
Hello Omni! Happy Friday! I gotta prompt: Roman asks Owen what was going through his mind when he did a Thingâ˘ď¸ and is left even more baffled by his boyfriendâs thought process than before!
Hello friend! Happy Friday!
I can absolutely see this happening so many times in their relationship! And between Owen and his siblings!
~~~
Roman sat across from Owen, both sitting at the dining room table. He had his head in his hands and sighed loudly. He could hear Owen fidget across from him, but he didn't dare say a word
Mostly because he knew he was in trouble with Roman
After a few more long minutes of silence, Roman finally lifted his head and looked at his boyfriend. Who looked back nervously, but tried to hide behind a mask of nonchalance
"Owen." Roman said levelly
"Yes, love?"
Roman narrowed his eyes
"Why is there a bear sitting in my living room?"
Owen sent him a nervous smile
"Well, it's simple really."
"Really? Explain it to me then."
Owen glanced away and bit his lip. This was one of the only times Roman has seen Owen act like this. Any other time, Owen would be cocky and have no regrets
"Well, you know I love animals, so I had decided to go out to the local dog park. There's was a really nice chap who had a few large dogs. We started talking and apparently he works for an animal rehabilitation facility."
Roman nodded along to the story so far
"He invited me to visit a few of the animals, saying that the wolves were friendly. I wanted to meet them, and when we did, I saw they were well taken care of. They adored me."
Owen said this last part with pride, and Roman raised an eyebrow
"The man was called away for something, so I got bored and wondered around the place. That's when I fell upon Stu. He was abandoned by his mother and was being bottle fed by one of the workers."
Roman narrowed his eyes
"He was just too adorable to let him stay there, Ro! I remember that my cousin knew someone who owns a bear rehabilitation center in Russia. So, I decided Stu would enjoy being there much better."
Roman stared
"You'd think it'd be hard to steal a bear cub, but it was quite easy. Stu cuddled into my chest with ease and I was able to sneak him out."
"And thought my penthouse would be a great place to keep him." Roman said dryly
"Well, of course." Owen frowned. "Nobody would question why we're having formula or fish brought here. And this would be the last place they'll look."
Roman sighed and scrubbed a hand down his face
"Did you think about how I would react, Oh?"
"You love animals!"
"Not wild ones!"
Owen pouted at him
"Stu is well trained and loves to cuddle, he wouldn't hurt a fly."
"He's a wild animal that has specific needs, Owen! He can't be cooped up in a penthouse."
"It'll only be for a short while before my cousin can send him to his friend."
"Who we don't even know is any good at taking care of bears!" Roman snapped and saw Owen tense. Sighing, Roman shook his head. "You need to take him back."
"But-!"
"Owen!" Roman raised his voice. "He was doing quite fine at that facility! You just wanted to steal something!"
Owen glared harshly at him
Roman didn't say anything else as Owen stood up roughly and stormed out of the room
Head in his hands again, Roman could hear Owen playing with the bear cub in his living room
Why the hell did he get with a Shaw?
I hope you enjoyed friend!
Part 4
Hattie scowled down at her phone when it rang loudly, interrupting the silence she had cultivated inside her apartment. It had been a difficult last few days, consisting of her having to eliminate several targets
She had finally arrived home, ate a simple meal and fell into bed intending to sleep for at least ten hours. But then her damn phone rang
Not recognizing the number, she had been tempted to not answer, but she knew he bosses would use burner phones
Answering, she growled
"Shaw."
"H-Hatts?"
Hattie blinked in surprise as a child's voice called out her name. Sitting up, she frowned and a cold shiver went down her spine
"Who is this?" She tried to soften her voice, but knew she still had a harsh note
"Hatts, it's me. Owen."
Hattie went numb
What?!
There was absolutely no way Owen had called her using a wobbly child's voice, on the brink of tears. There was no way he was that crazy
Right?
Took caught up trying to think how ridiculous her brother could be, Hattie didn't respond soon enough and prompting the child to go off on a tangent
"I don't know what's happening, Hatts. I woke up all wet and cold, and these people took me to a scary place. But this nice lady, Letty, gave me her jacket and then took me out for dinner. But then I saw all these weird looking things. I think they're phones? So I stole one and tried calling Deck, but he didn't answer, do you think he doesn't like me anymore? And I tried to call you-"
Finally, the little boy took a deep breath. But before he could keep going, Hattie spoke up
"Owen, where are you right now?"
"At home."
Hattie sighed. At least that made things easier
"Owen, listen to me. I want you to stay there and I'll come and get you. Do not open the door for anyone."
"Okay."
She didn't want to hang up, just in case he did something stupid. No matter what age he was, she knew he was capable of anything
It only took her twenty minutes to arrive at their old home. None of them had lived in it for years, but she knew their mother kept it cleaned for her own personal use and business
When she arrived, she used her own key to open the door and called out
"Owen? It's Hattie!"
She listened closely until soft footsteps came to meet her
Hattie felt as if she was slapped when she spotted him
The little boy barely even came up to her hip he was so small. His hair was shaggy and long, while his clothes looked far too stylish for his age. He looked up at her with wide, curious eyes
"Why are you so big?" He whispered in awe
"Because I'm an adult." Hattie said dumbly
"But I'm older than you!" Owen pouted and crossed his arms
Hattie blinked at him and felt a smile tug at her lips
"And you'll grow up to be taller than me. But right now, you're a small fry."
He narrowed his eyes at her, his pout still strong. Hattie met his gaze evenly, but inside, she was freaking out
What the hell was she going to do with a miniature version of her older brother?!
I just had to make this post. Sorry Not sorry for all the broken hearts around here.
(Really sorry if this has been done already)
Owen let out a content sigh as he let himself fall backwards onto the large, plush bed. He only had a pair of sleep pants on, which allowed the fur blanket below him brush against his bare back and arms
Eyes closed, Owen hadn't felt this relaxed in quite some time
He had just spent an enjoyable time in a bubble bath, quickly followed by an incredible massage. Body loose and nearly purring in contentment, Owen had a filling meal
All that combined, and he felt as if he was floating in heaven
"Enjoying yourself?" A deep chuckled washed over him as the bed dipped
Cracking an eye open, Owen looked up to see Jakob smirking down at him
"Quite." Owen murmured and stretched gracefully against the soft fur under him. He let out a surprised noise when Jakob combed a hand through his hair
They were quiet as Owen rolled over and shoved his head in Jakob's lap, to better feel his fingers scratching against his scalp
Leisurely drifting off to sleep, Owen jerked slightly when Jakob's fingers drifted out of his hair and cupped his scarred cheek
"Who did this, Owen?" Jakob asked softly, but Owen could hear the quiet rage in his voice
Keeping his eyes firmly closed, Owen sighed
"It was an accident."
"Bull." Jakob hissed, but his hand stayed gentle
Owen opened his eyes to stare up at the other man. His eyes were alight with rage and his square jaw was set
"It doesn't matter. The guy already paid." Owen mumbled and could see Jakob wasn't happy with his answer. Glaring at him, Owen told him off. "Drop it. I survived and things between us are settled."
Keeping his eyes locked with Jakob, Owen didn't back down. After a few long moments, Jakob let his shoulders relax and he glanced away
"If you're sure."
Sitting up, Owen smiled as he cupped Jakob's jaw and brought their faces close
"I'm sure." He whispered and smashed their lips together
As they fell back in bed, Owen could only hope Jakob didn't figure out it was Dom who had been there during the failed heist
He didnât want to create any bad blood between the brothers. Owen knew how important a bond between brothers were after all
