Used Vigenere Cipher

Don’t know if the gibberish in the beginning is a cipher inside a cipher.. so if anyone knows let me know XD

One word wasn’t put through the cipher ENWQFE. Trying to solve the ones that don’t make sense now.

Also found this … could be nothing but maybe?

Hi, just a fellow Inside Job fan. I'm attempting to consolidate any and all information regarding the intro glitch images. I was wondering if it would be okay use your findings with the Vigenère cipher in my master post for these intro glitch images? I'll probably give the cipher a test myself to see how it stands but I'm sure it is invaluable for the future of Inside Job fan theory and decoding.
