So I saw Miles in Bristol on Friday. The show was incredible - both Miles and the opening act (The Royston Club) were so good. I have some kind of bad quality pictures and videos from the gig if anyone wants to see them I can post some. I also met Miles after the show and despite me barely saying a word and being really awkward he was so lovely.

Imagine Milex on Barbenheimer day. It's just SO their personalities. Miles would try to drag Alex into Barbie and Alex would try and convince Miles to sit through all 3 hours of Oppenheimer. They would also both secretly love both films and never admit it, you can't tell me otherwise. Miles probably owns some loud pink shirt, Alex would probably go to the cinema in THE brown leather jacket ™️ or downright in a suit I CAN SEE IT BEFORE MY EYES. He wouldn't buy any snacks but then probably steal from Miles' abundance of sweets. Please someone write this fanfiction lol

*hitting you with a stick* no benoit blanc movies should not interact. they should not lead up to something. you need to detox from the marvel/sherlock bbc poisoning. they should be completely independent movies (maybe w some cameos/little references for fun) and go on for as long as there are stories rian johnson wants to tell in this universe. i do not want an overarching plot i do not want a team up i dont want a benoit-focused prequel i want some good old fashioned episodic murder mysteries that have nothing to do with each other!!!!!!!!!!! also rian johnson has literally said he's not gonna do a prequel and he wants the movies to all stand on their own

I wasn't planning on watching series2 of squid game until i saw everyone comparing these ships - i love both of them.

I only have three mutuals and only one I talk to semi-regularly but I still love the random conversations that we have.

I think my favourite thing about tumblr mutuals is how it lets me really lean in to loving people in the simplest of ways

And by that I mean - I don't really know my mutuals extremely well, for the most part. I know pieces of them - maybe a name, maybe about their pets, or what area of the world they live in, or what fandoms they like, or little things they love about the world. Maybe about their sorrows, too. But little things. Things that feel ok to share on an open platform.

But they're still my beloved mutuals. And I still love them. So I get to leave nice little messages, or tell them that I love what they're writing, or send condolences in their replies when something hard happens. I can try and make this person who I don't really know that well smile, or feel a little bit loved, so why wouldn't I try?

And my mutuals do the same for me! I get tagged in posts, or people send me asks for an ask meme, or like the silly things I post. Little bits of love sent my way all the time.

I dunno. I just love that this platform lets us try and make people's day just a little bit brighter, simply by knowing that someone out there, halfway across the world, is smiling at you and wishing you well and sending you love through frog pictures or fandom gifs. Thats all.
