Sketch! I did this a long time ago when I didn’t know how to digital art (i still don’t know how to digital art but 🤷‍♀️) Rather than having it sit forever on my computer I’ll leave it here! Yoichi scrolling TikTok or something while waiting for his buddies to join him in the void. It’s an old piece so I’m not too happy with it but I think the idea is cute anyway ^_^

I wonder what he’s looking at? Cat videos? YouTube reactions? Manga? Online shopping? Is he trying to troll AFO by leaving him mean comments and 1 star yelp reviews????

I love this because Kudou's telling the others what to do, giving out orders like the rebel leader he was in life, and then he just turns to Yoichi with the softest look on his face. Then back into Serious Battle Mode

We know Kudou isn't good with feelings and stuff. Like he said, they didn't really have time for that when he was alive. So he just looks to Yoichi with this expression and says he's leaving it to him. It's not a teary emotional goodbye but it's his version of a goodbye and that means something to Yoichi

Also you could see this as like a reverse of how their roles began, in a way. Yoichi died and left Kudou with OFA. Now Kudou is going to let himself shatter and is leaving Yoichi with OFA

yoichi took one look at kudou, asked ‘is anyone else gonna impregnate that man’ and didn’t wait for an answer

Here are 2 things I love in Daima:

1. I'm watching it with subtitles, and they captured Goku's hayseed realness in a chef's kiss way. "Ain't nothin' out here" or some shit. Boy bout to drop a "Yeehaw, y'all!" any goddamn minute. He's not just a himbo, he's a Country Fucker. A Wild Mountain Boi. Makes his behavior make 100000% more sense. He's been in A Society for like 50 years, but you can't un-bump this bumpkin.

2. He legit told Panzy, "Naw, I can't push my hair down, it just goes boing." The boi has FRONDS. Like a palm tree. Confirmed.
