This is getting deep

I did a very quick, sketchy comic because I was extremely inspired by this post. (Credit to @pinkdiamondprince for the original post.)

The entire analogy was just fantastic and so, so accurate, and I wanted to make a comic for it, even if it’s very sketchy because my attention span is nil.

Coldplay’s “The Scientist” except it’s 2023 and it’s playing on the crappy radio in your lab while you nurse a mug of coffee and try to forget about the looming apocalypse, and there are experiments to do but you just need a few minutes to breath and listen to the steady sound of your labmate writing equations on his chalkboards, and you’re a little bit in love with him and a little bit in love with monsters at the end of the world.

Took me a while but here it is!

I had some friends who were passing through some tough times so I tried to do something to keep them motivated
