Guys question, but please don’t respond with something related to the ongoing ship wars on the Severance fandom, I don’t care about that.

In Severance why does Outie Mark feel a pull (although short-lived after she called Gemma Hannah) towards Helena Eagan, but Innie Mark doesn’t feel that towards Ms Cassey?

Is there any explanation you could think of/ or did any actor/crew mention this?
