And my thoughts went from that poor saxophonist to look at that flexibility and strength. Oh wait, looking at the flexibility they might have had a type of EDS.
Still iconic and brilliant. Much wow.
The blessed time of Cab Calloway of his orchestra and his extraordinary dancers.

If you meet someone with chronic pain and you think, "wow, they're so chill, I didn't even realize they were in pain"--please know that within me lives the rage of every war god.
Having ADHD, I’ve never felt like I took good or pretty notes like other people in school. I still don’t feel like I do, but this coding class I’m in makes me look like I can take notes like anyone else! Now if only I understood it better…
I used to be a 6 but now I’m a 2
new kinsey scale just dropped tag yourself
I used to be a 5 but now I’m a 3
Bilateral gynandromorph muslin moth (Diaphora mendica) [x]
What the fuck
So recently I have learned that neurotypical people are not aware of things like the following at all times:
How their clothing feels
Their body odor
The taste of their saliva
The hum of electronics
What. The. Fuck.
I don't understand that at all
To me sensory issues are like my chronic pain. I can let it fade into the background a lot of the time but it's always there
Like I am always fucking having to deal with it and other people just don't?
What the fuck!
Hi everyone,
I found a cute comic from Twitter about Autism and I thought I would share it here.
The tweet will be here in case anyone wants to view it.

Dorothy has been feeling ill for a number of weeks, and is worried that there might be something seriously wrong with her health. But, after seeing numerous doctors and specialists, no one can give her an answer as to what the issue could be, and instead dismiss her concerns with claims that she’s simply depressed about being single or getting older. Dr. Budd, in particular, suggests that she ‘take a cruise’ or ‘change your hair colour’ to make herself feel better, as his own wife did. Dorothy begins to wonder if it’s all in her head, but the girls assure her that they know she’s sick because they know her. Finally, after her friend, Dr. Weston, recommends her to specialist Dr. Chang, Dorothy is diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). Relieved and happy that she finally has a name for what’s wrong with her – and that she’s not ‘crazy’ like the doctors originally made her believe – she takes the girls out to a celebratory dinner and sees Dr. Budd in the restaurant, where she decides to confront him about his treatment of her.

you ever just sit in your bed not being able to relax bc you can’t hyperfixate on one distinct thing and instead your brain is scattered to the wind on various pieces of media and now you’re stuck in limbo bc you literally need a hyperfixation in order to function as a normal person and if you don’t have one you fall into a depressive state where you become numb to everything around you??
back when the spotify wrapped playlist of 2018 came out, i was confused to find the mission impossible theme song at the top of my list. until i remembered. halloween 2018. i had work and my job required me to walk around a lot. i basically just took laps through a building filled with people. for hours. so i got this idea. i dressed up as a secret agent, a low key and professional costume. but i added a twist. i put the mission impossible song on repeat, set it to the lowest setting possible and put my phone in my pocket. and so the entire day i walked around, slowly driving people insane bc they kept hearing the faint music of mission impossible but when they tried to find the source i was already gone. i paused it whenever i paused walking so no one would figure out it was me. they even asked me if i’d heard it. i acted confused. it took them hours to figure out what the hell was going on and knowing i caused such chaos still fuels me to this very day
