STARVATION MODE IS A MYTH!

If you are not eating enough or too little, you WILL LOSE FAT and lower that number on the scale.

You’re body does NOT HOLD onto fat for survival

It utilizes the fat because it knows you WON’T GET ANY FOOd by like say 3 of starving or going on restrictive diets or deficits

Starvation mode is and always will be a MyTH

Don’t fall into that trap of thinking you need to eat more due to it.
