i think we deserved to see more of nico and bianca as siblings. like im talking 3am in the hades cabin, theyre arguing and hitting eachother over what cheeto flavor is the best. they have eachother as babies as their lock screens. they learn what escalators are together. nico appearing at the foot of bianca’s bed “i frew up☹️.” theyre laughing hysterically in a quiet room to the point they cant breathe. theyre gossiping in italian while walking out of school. theyre filming stupid tiktoks together. nico cheered the loudest at bianca’s graduation and vice versa. they swore they were never going to speak to eachother again after disagreeing over what voltron character is the best but broke after two seconds. “will, if you want to date nico, you’ll have to get the sister’s blessing first.” just. theyre siblings ok.

yk ive seen lots of jokes abt how kit would describe ty as beautiful, (mentally) write flippin poetry about how he looks, assist in necromancy for him, and yet still think theyre just good friends. which i love, its hilarious, BUT.

im p sure he Knows™. like, he vaguely refers to his feelings not being fully platonic throughout qoaad. most notably, when he thinks abt the reasons why he no longer thinks abt being parabatai w ty, and at the end hes like, "maybe it was something else, but he pushed away from the thought"

Yk when you're having a conversation and it's like... too much stuff is going on, options, tasks, plans, etc, and it gets too overwhelming, but you can't do anything about it bc then you're being "rude". Like, I'm just overstimulated. Like, they claim to want to help me, but the moment it becomes annoying they just give up completely.

Do you think Kit Herondale has ADHD? and do you think that because Ty is autistic, his POV is very different when he writes?

I guess I'd say that if you as someone with ADHD relates to Kit, that is cool. Like I said, there's not a wrong way to relate to a character. But I didn't write him consciously as someone with ADHD because if I had I would have done what I did writing Ty — months of research and not writing the character without consulting with sensitivity readers who themselves were people with autism. I wouldn't have felt I was doing a character with ADHD justice without doing all those things.

I do think Ty's neurodivergence would impact his narration of a story, yes, so I won't be (and am not currently) going to be writing any parts about Ty (whether he narrates them directly or not) without multiple sensitivity readers consulting before they're edited. That is why you have not seen much from Ty snippet wise from TWP. I would not even want to post a first draft publicly without consultation, given the possibility of hurting or upsetting someone with representation that doesn't feel right.

Personally, I prefer not to use labels. But I'm fine with others using it for themselves and stuff.

Edit: Yk after some thinking I feel like yeah things like support labels are deffo useful when they are not being used to put some people's needs below others - that was the main reason why I didn't like it, but I think if used well instead of as "well you're low-support so you should be able to do that", they are actually good tools.
