Starting my nightmare legacy challenge

After watching Lilsimsie for a while and being OBSESSED with her nightmare legacy and all of the chaos which comes along with it, I've decided to start my first official nightmare legacy. Ten generations on short lifespan.

I'm using the rules from this post, so thank you to jasminesilk for making them so easy to follow.

I used the story function to make my founder sim, Lorena Havenwood who is... sigh, mean, a genius and neat. But I'd never figured to play with the mean trait so there's something.

I also got a dog! A golden retriever named Muffin who is so so sweet but also sort of a menace.

Then, as per the nightmare rules (I use the nightmare edition of the rules except for the goals since um I ain't good enough for that), I built an empty house, choosing Copperdale as a nice place to start.

Now, my sim has already romanced a literal EVIl sim so... this is gonna be great

i do genuinely think people should be able to switch factions whenever they want at will. i think that adds to the roleplay! of course people are going to switch loyalties, and it ends up stalling out these conflicts when the only resolution is to stick it out in the faction. or die and create a whole different character.

On Owen's stream today and during it, we found out just how perfectly primadonna by Marina fits tr!Owen like genuinely listen to the lyrics while thinking of him and tell me it isn't a great match!

I think it's very important so imma put it out there on the internet:

Normalize science lovers who don't know everything

Normalize science lovers who aren't know-it-alls, who can't fix every single tech problem because 'they're interested in computers,' who haven't studied all of every field of science despite being like 14

Who aren't perfect at everything to do with science just because 'they're interested'

Instead, let there be fascinated science lovers who don't know everything, maybe almost nothing at all, but who light up at the mention of their favorite subject and inhale all information to do with it, who don't yet know but are eager to learn because they care.

You don't need to know everything to like science and I hate that media is conveying that
