reblog drrr love it izaya orihara this is such an incredible izaya i just love the vibe the lines are soft but the style looks really sharp izaya looks really pretty but also this man can fit so much asshole i love his expression and just the entire way he holds his knife with the one (1) finger? drawing blood from his lips? it oozes such bastard energy ''arrogance and a false sense of immunity'' and the colours are beautiful i love the soft reds and blues and the hard lighting it just looks so so good against his own monochrome palette

reblog drrr shizaya h izaya orihara shizuo heiwajima (it doesn’t work) potatofu hello y es they look so suaaave who dressed them because it wasn't shizuo or izaya izaya's outfit looks so *drama* i like his little springy pose it cute and shizuo e's got class the way they sort of look like they're curving into each other idk how to describe it i love the comic hsdgsdghshd whatever order it's in it's hilarious also how it almost looks like shizuo is trying to block the sound of izaya's thinking by sinking into his pillow just late hour insomnizaya things i love his expression here and the way their hair has just the right balance of soft and messy it all looks very adorable shizuo went back to sleep after that he is not having any of izaya's shit right now alright take two feat. all the musings izaya's been simmering on for the past many hours no he does not shut up no izaya you're definitely a sherlock you're both so annoying i like the implication that his idea came from shizuo's dream of becoming a detective like post-ketsu after making amends with him and considering moving away from the line of work he's always pursued and after ruminating for hours being stuck under his boyfriend he decides that he'll take a shot at making his dream come true and be part of it of course ya too bad shizuo's other apparent dream (a peaceful life) is currently impossible with izaya around him with his little cane and suspendees talking shizuo's ear off about everything and nothing at all

reblog drrr comic shizaya GAH a cheap imitation shigaeru i really like that awkward izaya pose something about that panel just looks really nice to me maybe it's the way he casually plays off the restricted movement that back view of shizuo looks good too smoking up a storm is izaya gesturing with his leg or raising it for attack what's the difference really i love the chess imagery it's brilliant his king hidden behind the chair ooh i can't wait for like way down the line when it comes back with shizuo as the queen to izaya's king because like y'know shizuo just rams through everything thrown at him while izaya's mobility gets a little rough that serious izaya expression though damn okay the flow of the slash panel is super cool the way you divided the movement with their bodies ''a common human error'' might not want to jinx it izaya fluffy silhouettes go whooosh so many cuts but none enough to actually kill too soft for murder!! what a line look at the blood oozing out of that hand he's still using to wield

durarara comic shizaya izaya orihara shizuo heiwajima i made a thing shizayaweek2021 izaya speaks in copypasta but where is the gay you say? hsdgshd ok so originally i wanted to do something slightly more serious but i wasn't really vibing with how it was turning out my artistic ability is limited so i gave up on it for now and decided to draw something silly based on a fic i've been reading and of course i think my art looks better when i'm not trying if it wasn't obvious the fic was the mistakes we made by tastewithoutalent but i don't think this is a very accurate representation of it so uh i wouldn't quite consider it fic art but it's pretty much drawn with the fic in mind this was very poorly planned i just sort of came up with everything on the fly so it reads super jank but i think shizuo and izaya look cute at least the third shizuo looks kind of stock pose to me but ahh i already drew it i need to just let go if i want to get better even if the movement is a little awkward i hope it still makes sense? shizuo is supposed to be confused but i don't think that's very clear an ''i thought you were having an episode or something'' moment then he actually has an episode haha whoops this is my contribution to shizaya week i'm sorry i'm a lot better at writing tags that's for sure aha i'll get around to that for other people's shizaya week stuff soon hopefully i don't think i'll be able to finish anything else for it but uh we'll see will i resist the urge to make slight edits with fresh eyes in the morning? update: i did not

reblog drrr shizaya izaya orihara shizuo heiwajima lens flare shizuolovemail oh hey i recognise you from twitter didn't realise you made art though some really nice art too :0 i really like the line shading style you have going on particularly with the hair and the coat fluff with the nice jagged shapes your shading in general looks really cool and defined and i like how flowy the hair looks especially shizuo's it's really soft with the windswept look and that silhouette looks so clean also like how his collar goes with the wind like that the shading there looks so sharp is that a idk but the pretty colours and hard lighting go brr and the way it reflects off of shizuo's glasses really small but the slithers of colour with the hard lighting on his shoulders too i just like how that looks izaya's smile and the way it crinkles his eyes is so very cat also izaya with eyelashes shizuo's expression is cute mildly confused but generally at ease also i really like how that smoke looks mayhaps unintentional but the string wrapped loosely around izaya's finger while still kept hold of in his palm while shizuo's looks tied on but otherwise let fall loose

<3 reblog konoha saeru looks really cool! kgpr critai haruka kokonose i think it's so epic that you're doing this countdown!! very awesome go go go!! i know you're not happy with this one but it super made an impression on me when i saw it and then “omg they're gonna do more??? for all of them?? as a countdown????” i'm surprised you've managed to keep up with the days for the most part but i'd still be ecstatic to see 'em even if you didn't and i think the way the compositions and concepts and style have felt pretty distinct from each other is really cool! so excited to see them all...... anyways seeing kagepro in your style is always a pleasure <3 the little konoha running is cute with nice shape and form the crosswalk suspended in the composition like that is really striking and cool imo the viscous look of blood stringing between the lines and across konoha too also really like the flipside saeru up there with the snakes coiling around them the way all the elements are arranged in that sort of discordant daze way and they all enroach in towards konoha to emphasise that trapped in a loop feel !! you say you didn't think the colours through but i think the darker foreground against the vibrant yellows in the back look great and whatever other effects you put over him like the chromatic aberration which i'm so glad i can see it as clearly as i can on here i can't explain it but i really like how they create that super cool distant memory vibe for the haruka who also looks really cute btw this wasn't in the final but the hand reaching out to the scenery was also such a cool extra detail you incorporate 3d assets into your art super well i never notice it until you show like a wip of it or i start looking at them closer i appreciate the extra you do to make them blend in stylistically
