Big sweater enthusiast I realize his sweater might seem a bit confusing because it's stretchy and seems like a knit jumper, but then it has strings. It's like a mix between a turtleneck and a hoodie... It can, in fact, be pulled up and hood him! I hc Cosmo only pulls his hood up when he's upset or really cold, though...

Tisha was a little hard to design since I was debating between using a frilly dress or going with casual/somewhat formal wear instead... Shrimpo was easy though because I thought it'd be really funny to shove him into one of those corny and silly mascot outfits
